Robert P. Landin is Co-Managing Partner of The Milestone Group and Co-Chairman of Milestone's Investment Committee. Mr. Landin is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of Milestone and the firm's capital markets activities and fundraising. Mr. Landin has over 25 years of real estate acquisition, development, capital markets and investment management experience.

Prior to forming Milestone in 2004, Mr. Landin held key roles with Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners, two leading U.S. real estate private equity firms where he was responsible for identifying, negotiating and structuring acquisition opportunities, as well as liquidating diverse performing and non-performing portfolios. During his tenures at Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners Mr. Landin transacted on over $10 billion of real estate investments.

Mr. Landin received a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY and studied at The London School of Economics. He is a member of The Real Estate Council and Real Property Association of Canada (REALpac). He also serves as Treasurer and Trustee of the St. Philip's School and Community Center in Dallas, TX.

Bill joined Granite in 1993 and is the Chief Investment Officer overseeing all investment activity—acquisitions, dispositions and financial structuring. Prior to joining Granite, Bill was with Financial Resource Management, Inc. (Nations Bank). Bill serves as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and past board member of The Real Estate Council. He is also an alumnus of The Real Estate Council's Associate Leadership Council.

Bill received his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from Texas Christian University.

Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 50 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

Richie Butler

Richie Butler joined Prescott Group in 2013 and serves as the firm's senior managing director and is responsible for growing Prescott's base of institutional investors while leading the firm's fundraising strategy and capital market relationships. With extensive experience in real estate development, finance and institutional fund management, he has originated and developed more than $500 million in urban development activity. Prior to Prescott, Butler served as senior vice president at CityView and has served as a managing partner for Solomon Partners, a boutique urban real estate development and consulting company. Butler serves on the board of Children's Medical Center of Dallas where he chairs the Facilities and Technology Committee as well as the board of Trustees of Southern Methodist University. Butler holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and Harvard University, completed extended studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Urban Planning, and was a Ford Foundation Fellow.

Colin Carroll

Mr. Carroll is Vice President of Investments of Ashford (NYSE MKT: AINC) and serves

as the Vice President of Investments of both Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT)

and Ashford Hospitality Prime (NYSE: AHP). Mr. Carroll’s role at Ashford focuses

exclusively on hospitality investments across all segments and at all levels of the capital

structure including direct hotel investments and mezzanine loans.

Mr. Carroll’s responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting hotel investments

including direct equity investments, joint venture equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine

loans. During Mr. Carroll’s time at Ashford, he has been involved in numerous hotel

equity transactions including its 2007 CNL and 2011 Highland Hospitality acquisitions.

In addition, he has been responsible for the asset management of Ashford’s loan portfolio

and assisted with capital raising activities of both equity and debt capital.

Before joining Ashford, Mr. Carroll held roles with for ClubCorp, a leading owner and

operator of premier destination resorts and private clubs, and Wyndham International, a

fully integrated hotel enterprise that operated primarily in the upper upscale and luxury

segments.

Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and

Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from

Southern Methodist University. Mr. Carroll is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Spinogatti, Senior Vice President of National Sales and Marketing for Real Estate, began his career at EBI Consulting in 1999 and has over 25 years of experience in the due diligence industry.

Working out of Phoenix, Arizona, Dan is responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring EBI’s National Real Estate Team of Account Executives; selling Traditional and Equity Due Diligence Services to the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Richard Stockton College in New Jersey, and later pursued his Master’s degree in Hydrology/Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada.

Justin Short has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate finance, trading

and capital markets sector. Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group in 2017, Justin was head

of trading for specialty real estate finance firm and investment manager Allegiant Real

Estate Capital, which spun off from FirstKey Lending, a Cerberus portfolio company. Before

FirstKey, Mr. Short was head of trading and capital markets at Blackstone’s single family

rental platform, B2R Finance, and head trader for Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE),

Cantor Fitzgerald’s commercial real estate lending business. While at CCRE, he helped build

the firm from its genesis, after the financial crisis, to the largest volume US CMBS originator

at the time.

Mr. Short started his career in real estate finance at Bear Stearns and subsequently, after

the merger, JPMorgan, where during his eight-year tenure he focused on CMBS trading

and capital markets. There he was involved in: conduit, large loan, fixed and floating rate,

and large public to private commercial mortgage origination, structuring, whole loan and

subordinate debt trading and securitization.

Before entering the finance profession, Mr. Short worked as an engineer at Texas Instruments

and Raytheon. He graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Nuclear Engineering, and from

Southern Methodist University with an MBA. Previously he taught Real Estate Capital Markets

at CUNY Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business in New York City.

Todd McNeill

Todd McNeill is Senior Director and Co-Principal of MCA responsible for the origination and structuring

of complex real estate finance transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. McNeill began his career

with MCA in 1998 and has completed debt and/or equity assignments for a myriad of property types

that were placed with a wide variety of capital sources. Mr. McNeill has been consistently ranked as one

of the top producers at MCA as well as a “Top 25 Heavy Hitter All-Star” by The Dallas Business Journal.

Mr. McNeill earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Jay received his JD from St. John’s University School of Law in New York and is a Partner of Hunton & Williams. He represents clients in complex commercial real estate finance and capital markets transactions, including multi-property and multistate acquisitions, construction loans, mezzanine financings, securitizations and refinancings. His practice involves office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, child care centers, adult assisted living complexes, multifamily apartment complexes, development land and other commercial properties located throughout the United States, focusing on lending, real estate finance, workouts and distressed asset transactions.
