Candice Beaumont serves as Chairman of the Salsano Group, a Panama based family office &

conglomerate invested in private equity. She is also Chief Investment Officer of L Investments, a single

family office invested in public and private equity. Ms. Beaumont has been a speaker at numerous family

office and investment conferences globally and is a NYU Stern Family Office Council member serving

on the Steering Committee. Ms. Beaumont is a member of the Board of Directors of numerous SPACs

including Clean Earth Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: CLINU), Israel Acquisitions Corp (Nasdaq: ISRLU) is

an Advisor to Athena Technology Acquisition Corp (NYSE: ATHN.U) and Advisor to Springwater

Situations Corp. (NASDAQ: SWSSU). She is also an Advisory Board member of the Family Office

Association, a global membership organization exclusive to single family offices and families of

significant wealth.

Ms. Beaumont remains committed to community and philanthropic causes and serves on the International

Council of Advisors for Global Dignity, is a part of the Academy of The Global Teacher Prize, founded

by the Varkey Foundation as well as member of Athletes for Hope. Candice was a member of Milken

Young Leaders Circle and is an active member of Young Presidents Organization.

Candice Beaumont has well over a decade of experience in the investment business. She started her career

in Corporate Finance at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Beaumont worked as an investment banker at Lazard Frères

for several years, executing over $20 billion of merger and acquisition advisory assignments. She left

Lazard to work as a private equity principal at Argonaut Capital, where she was responsible for all aspects

of new investment execution for the firm and its portfolio companies. Ms. Candice Beaumont attended

Rice University, and obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Miami,

graduating first in her class with a major of International Finance & Marketing. Candice was Captain of

the Miami Varsity Tennis team earning Academic All American honors and is also a former world ranked

professional tennis player. She completed Global Leadership & Public Policy for the 21st Century at

Harvard Kennedy School in 2015. Candice was honored by Trusted Insight as one of the Top 30 Chief

Investment Officers in 2017 & as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014.

Brett D. Forman is a commercial real estate finance professional with over 30 years

of experience.

Forman serves as Managing Partner of Forman Capital, a private real estate lending

firm that provides commercial real estate debt and equity financing for transactions

ranging from $5 million to $100 million nationally. Since its inception in 2004,

Forman Capital has successfully funded over $2.8 billion in transactions.

From 2016 until 2023, Forman led a joint venture partnership with a Canadian asset

management firm.

Before forming his own company, Forman served as a Principal at Sylvan Ventures,

LP (a joint venture between Apollo Advisors and Sylvan Learning Systems), a $350

million venture capital firm.

He spent five years in the retail business as President & COO of FEI, Inc. and

County Seat Stores after starting his career as an analyst at Bear Stearns.

Brett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in

economics and a concentration in real estate finance. He served as Chairman of the

Foundation Board of the Achievement Centers for Children & Families in Delray

Beach, Florida.

Allison Pistone

Ms. Pistone is a Managing Director on the Real Estate Credit Team at BDT & MSD Partners. Prior to joining BDT & MSD in 2024, Ms. Pistone spent four years at Cerberus Capital Management, where she helped launch the Real Estate Private Credit Strategy, and six years at AllianceBernstein, where she was responsible for loan origination for the Commercial Real Estate Debt Fund. Ms. Pistone began her real estate investing career as an Associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group at Barclays Capital. Ms. Pistone graduated from Boston College and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Adam Steinberg

Adam L. Steinberg is a Principal of Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, specializing in arranging joint venture equity partnerships, preferred equity partnerships, and high-leverage mezzanine loans. Since joining Ackman-Ziff in 2004, Adam has closed dozens of transactions aggregating more than $2 billion of equity capital. Adam co-heads Ackman-Ziff’s Equity Business as well as Equity Approval Committee, which reviews and approves all new equity assignments.

Adam has more than 25 years of real estate investment banking experience. From 2000 to 2004 Adam worked as a vice president in AEW’s Partners Group, responsible for the execution of new acquisitions as well as investment management strategies. From 1997 to 2000 he was a vice president in the Investment Banking Group of Lend Lease/Boston Financial, where he was responsible for executing development transactions. Prior to that, he held positions with Rockwood Realty Associates and Allmerica Realty Advisors. Adam began his career as a real estate financial analyst with Salomon Brothers Inc.

Adam is a 1988 graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A.) and 1994 graduate of Cornell University (M.B.A.).

Neha Santiago

Mrs. Santiago is Head of Real Estate Private Credit and Managing

Director at Cerberus. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2020, Mrs. Santiago

spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, where she was a Managing

Director in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area investing both in

private equity and debt. While at Goldman Sachs, she oversaw the

firm’s investment strategy in the Midwest, Texas, and South Florida as

well as the hospitality sector. Mrs. Santiago began her 15-year real

estate investing career as a real estate banking analyst at Merrill

Lynch and held principal investing positions at Lehman Brothers,

Scout Real Estate Capital, and H/2 Capital.

Mrs. Santiago graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University

and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of

Pennsylvania.

Trisha Connolly Horowitz

Trisha Connolly Horowitz is a true trailblazer within the commercial real estate capital markets space. She has achieved many noteworthy accomplishments in her almost two decades in structured finance with a proven track record of delivering creative, tailored solutions across CRE investments totaling over $4B in transactions. She started her career at General Growth Properties and Brookfield experiencing her first GFC, which helped her grow into a leader within capital markets advisory as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Ackman Ziff and ultimately leading her to become the first female Chief Operations Officer of Capital Markets for Avison Young. Summer of 2024, Trisha took on the new role as Head of Real Estate at Catal Capital, a newly formed middle-market debt fund under the Catal Group family office where the family has a total of $2 billion AUM in U.S. real estate under Vista Property. Trisha provides the family office executive leadership in all capital markets related activities of the family office, such as facilitating closing on 494 units in Fulton Market in Chicago, sourcing the total capitalization for the project with an outside investor and construction loan. The family is currently exploring opportunities to act as Co-GP in S. Florida and leveraging the family's balance sheet through Trisha's relationships and providing diversification amongst the current business vehicles. Catal Group is expanding into S. Florida and Carolina's and eager to make investments in these markets.

Trisha was recently nominated to act as Co-Chair for CREFC Women's Network Speaker Committee. In addition to her numerous professional achievements, she also finds time to give back by mentoring young women within the commercial real estate industry and by sitting on boards of organizations like SheBuilds, the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, ULI IOPC Silver Council, Endometriosis Foundation, and the Marquette University Center for Real Estate, where she helped start the first undergrad investment program for students. The REAP program is a top program for undergrad students across the country and is a draw for the now top 10 business school at Marquette University.

During Covid, Trisha co-launched an executive women's leadership breakfast to find connection with other women which has taken off to a growing list of over 300 women and caps the attendee list to 45 women per breakfast to keep the content and connection intimate. In May 2025, Trisha co-hosted an inaugural executive retreat in the Hamptons for two days of mindful connection and networking.

Peter Weiss

Peter Weiss is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alpaca Real Estate. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Firm’s investment strategy, capital markets, asset management, portfolio management and is a member of the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors of ARE. Mr. Weiss has over a dozen years of institutional real estate experience investing in traditional and adjacent property sectors, throughout major markets in the U.S. and across the risk spectrum.

Prior to forming Alpaca Real Estate, Mr. Weiss was a Managing Director with New York-based Prospect Ridge, a private equity real estate firm that spun out from AllianceBernstein in 2019. During his ten-year tenure across the two organizations, he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management for equity (core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic) and debt investment vehicles including commingled funds, co-investments, separately managed accounts, and an evergreen private REIT. Mr. Weiss actively participated in the deployment and realization of over $3 billion of transactions through direct acquisitions and joint venture partnerships. He also led the firms’ staffing function of Associates and Vice Presidents. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Mr. Weiss was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group responsible for various mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Real Estate from Cornell University. In 2014 and together with Mr. Carr, they co-founded and actively lead the Real Estate Private Equity Network (REPEN), a forum for industry professionals to exchange market intelligence, investment insights, and promote mentorship.

Doug Lyons

Douglas W. Lyons is a Managing Principal of Pearlmark, with responsibility for the firm’s capital

markets and debt investment activities. He is a Board Director and a member of the firm’s

Management and Investment Committees. Prior to joining Pearlmark in 1996, Mr. Lyons was Vice

President of Equity Institutional Investors, Inc. where he was responsible for merchant banking

activities and strategic portfolio management projects for the Zell/Merrill Lynch Real Estate

Opportunity funds, the Zell/Chilmark Fund, and other Sam Zell-related affiliates. In addition, Mr.

Lyons actively managed an institutional portfolio of REIT stocks. Previously, he worked in the New

York Real Estate Capital Markets groups for Bankers Trust Company (1989-1991) and Merrill

Lynch & Co. (1987-1989).

Mr. Lyons earned a BA degree in History from Amherst College where he was a two-time All-

American in soccer, and his MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business

Administration. He currently serves several nonprofits including the Harvard Alumni Real Estate

Board, the U.S. Soccer Foundation, and the Breakthrough T1D Illinois Chapter for the Real Estate

Games. Mr. Lyons is also a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land

Institute, where he is a Trustee. Mr. Lyons currently serves as a Trustee of the Loomis Chaffee

School chairing its Buildings and Grounds Committee and previously served as a Trustee for Lycée

Français de Chicago and Chair of its Facilities Committee and as Treasurer of St. James Cathedral

in Chicago.

John Manginelli

Northeast Regional Executive

John J. Manginelli is Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Executive for KeyBank

Real Estate Capital. KeyBank Real Estate Capital is the third-largest commercial real estate lender

in the U.S. and a major line of business of Cleveland-based KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY).

Manginelli, an expert on trends in commercial and multifamily real estate development,

manages the entire Northeast region including sites specific to the New York and New Jersey

markets. He leads an organization that provides loan programs for construction and interim

financing; permanent lending and mezzanine and market-rate equity products; and he manages a

regional cross-functional team that delivers the bank’s many products to commercial and

multifamily developers and investors. Manginelli has over 20 years of experience delivering

commercial real estate financial solutions. He is an experienced relationship manager with expertise

in market analysis, business planning, extending market penetration and developing new market

niches.

Prior to joining KeyBank in 2001, Manginelli spent 12 years at Summit Bank in Cranford,

N.J., most recently as Senior Vice President of commercial real estate. He managed all aspects of a

construction and permanent mortgage portfolio aggregating $450 million and more than 150-plus

accounts including: originating; structuring; underwriting; negotiating; monitoring; and cross-

selling the bank’s products and services. Previously he served as Assistant Vice President of Private

Banking at Bankers Trust Company in New York City.

John Manginelli received his Master’s degree in Finance from Rutgers University. He

earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Industrial Engineering and Economics, also from Rutgers

University. Manginelli is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks

(NAIOP); Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA); New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA);

Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA); Rutgers University Engineering Advisory Board; and

American Diabetes Association (ADA).

David Becker

David Becker oversees all Equity Department personnel and capital market strategies including institutional equity, strategic joint ventures, family offices, tax exchanges, and a series of investment and debt funds offered throughout the Broker-Dealer financial advisory community to high-net-worth investors.

With a distinguished, 25-year career in real estate, Mr. Becker has extensive acquisitions and asset management experience across a variety of asset classes (including residential, industrial, office, retail and student housing), with concentrations in the US, Caribbean, and Western European markets.

Mr. Becker sits on a variety of TEl committees that serve to review company policies, evaluate new investment opportunities, develop long-term company strategy and plan for the continuity of TEI's legacy portfolio.

Mr. Becker is also a partner in The Becker Organization, a family real estate office run by his brother, Bryan Becker.

Mr. Becker graduated from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting and holds securities licenses 22 and 63 with Time Equities Securities (TES).

Ben Cherney

Ben Cherney is the vice president of acquisitions for Tokyu Land US. Ben heads all equity investments across the capital stack in institutional and middle-market assets. During his 17 years in the real estate business, Ben has had the opportunity to work on all of the primary asset types with a particular focus on multifamily and retail. In his time at Tokyu Land, Ben has acquired approximately $1.5B in assets, investing nearly $700M of equity capital. About Tokyu Land US Corporation: TLUS is the US arm of the Japanese real estate investment and development firm, Tokyu Land Corporation, a subsidiary company of the publicly traded Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group (3289:JP). TLUS' objective is to provide equity throughout the capital stack to local operators in major US markets. The primary focus is on core plus/value-add multi-family investment opportunities. While there is no stated minimum or maximum, the 'sweet spot' in terms of amount of equity per deal is approximately $10M-$40M.

Jared has over 16 years' experience as a lender, completing more than $1.5 billion in commercial loans and more than $600 million CPACE transactions. Previously, Jared served as a loan officer for Voya Financial where he was responsible for the origination of construction, bridge and permanent loans ranging from $10 million to $200 million. Prior to Voya, Jared cofounded the real estate lending platform for AloStar Bank, where he grew the commercial real estate balance sheet to more than $500 million. He started his career as an underwriter for Colony Capital. Jared earned his Business Administration Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Georgia.

Simon Ziff serves as president of Ackman-Ziff, a position he assumed in 1995. Since joining the firm as an

Analyst in 1989, Simon has overseen the arrangement of 100+ billion of debt, mezzanine, and equity

financings for some of the nation’s foremost real estate developers and owners while simultaneously

solidifying the firm’s relationships with key capital sources. He engineered the firm’s unique,

collaborative culture and directed AZ’s evolution as an industry thought leader with over 50

professionals.

Simon received a B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Real Estate

Finance from NYU. He has been recognized on multiple occasions by Penn State and NYU, as well as

being awarded REBNY’s first “Most Promising Commercial Salesperson” award, the “Most Ingenious

Deal of the Year” award six times and winning the prestigious Louis Smadbeck award.

Simon has also been active in many leadership roles for universities and not-for-profit

organizations. Simon has also been involved in teaching at University of Miami and NYU on families in

Real Estate.

Most recently, Simon has been lecturing at many undergraduate and graduate programs including a

course on Family Real Estate Business Management at NYU Schack.
