Rob is the co-founding President of Pelorus Equity Group, the leading provider of value-add bridge

commercial real estate loans to companies in the cannabis sector, and has more than 18 years of

experience in the real estate finance industry. Rob’s primary role at Pelorus Equity Group is the

development of strategic alliances with both private and institutional investors, formation of equity

partnerships, coordinating the company’s growth into new markets and as an underwriter of

transactions. Rob also oversees the direction of the marketing programs to borrowers, brokers and

investors. Today, Pelorus raises several million a month through the company’s investors and equity

partnerships.

Rob joined Pelorus in 2010 after several years in the California real estate market. In 2018, Pelorus

launched the Pelorus Fund where Rob is currently the manager. The Fund converted to an REIT in

2020.

Ankur Rungta is co-founder and chief executive officer of C3 Industries Inc. Under his leadership, the company has raised over $100 million of capital and currently employs almost 400 people. Ankur and his team have overseen the development of six award-winning cannabis production facilities as well as twenty-one retail stores in Michigan, Massachusetts, Missouri and Oregon.

Ankur is also a co-founder and board member of Nickel City Pictures, a film and television production company based in Los Angeles and New York City that has produced such box-office hits as “John Wick 2,” “November Man,” and “Mother’s Day,” among others.

Prior to launching these companies, Ankur worked as an investment banker at Moelis & Company in New York and as a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, advising clients on capital markets and M&A transactions.

Ankur earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2004. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law school in 2008, when he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif.

In 2014, he was nominated to the Michigan Opera Theatre Board of Directors. He has taken an active role in the arts organization – where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and leads the Nominating and Governance Committee, the youngest person to hold those roles.

Ankur is also a dedicated family man. He and his wife reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with their three children. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, playing basketball, watching college and professional sports, and keeping up with current events and politics. Ankur was born in Columbus, Ohio, and grew up in Buffalo, New York.

Timeka Drew is an operating social equity license holder and seasoned cannabis industry executive. She is a part of the top 200 Phase 3, Round 1 social equity retail storefront applicants in LA and looks forward to opening her store in her community plan area of Southeast Los Angeles soon. Timeka is the founder and CEO of Biko, a California cannabis brand focused on producing luxurious, effective products produced at her social equity manufacturing facility in DTLA. She sits on the Board of the Cannabis Equity Retailers Association (CERA) and Social Equity LA. She is a member of the Equity Trade Certification (ETC) Leadership Coalition, the ETC Policy Committee, and the Social Equity Owners and Workers Association (SEOWA). She entered the cannabis industry in the early 2000’s as a medical patient and advocate. She currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer of award-winning, vertically integrated retailer NUG.

Mr. Coniglio is NewLake Capital Partner's President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors. He co-founded NewLake in 2019 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until the merger with GreenAcreage in March 2021. Prior to co-founding NewLake, Mr. Coniglio was the Chief Executive Officer of Primary Capital Mortgage (PCM), a residential mortgage company. Prior to PCM, he was a Managing Director at JPMorgan, leading various businesses, including a start-up platform, to leadership positions and helping grow business line profitability exponentially. During his 14 years at JPMorgan, Mr. Coniglio was named by Dealmaker Magazine as “Top 40 under 40 on Wall Street” and led complex transactions, such as the financial-crisis restructurings for GMAC and Chrysler Financial, as well as AmeriCredit’s $3.5 billion sale to General Motors. Mr. Coniglio has led numerous initial public offerings for REITs and corporations, including MasterCard’s $5.3 billion initial public offering. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Coniglio is a proven executive possessing a unique mix of skills that have allowed him to be highly successful in the context of a Fortune 100 company as well as a start-up. Mr. Coniglio is an experienced NYSE board member, serving on the Audit Committee and Special Committee of Atlas Resource Partners as an independent director. In addition, Mr. Coniglio serves on the board of St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, the largest post-acute care pediatric facility in the tri-state area, as chair of the IT & Cybersecurity Committee and member of the Audit Committee. He was a recipient of United Hospital Fund’s 2018 Distinguished Trustee Award. Mr. Coniglio also serves as an Advisory Board Member, Speaker, Volunteer and Coach. Mr. Coniglio received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. Mr. Coniglio was a Certified Public Accountant during his tenure at Price Waterhouse, LLP.

Jonathan Kalikow is Principal of Manager, Head of Real Estate and Class II Director of AFC. Mr. Kalikow is AFC’s Head of Real Estate as well as a member of the AFC Board.

He is president and founder of Gamma Real Estate, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in New York City. The firm lends on real estate nationwide, owns a portfolio of approximately 5,000 apartments and several office properties in the Southeastern US, and developments real estate, including an 850 unit residential building on Sutton Place in Manhattan. Prior to co-founding Gamma Real Estate, Jonathan Kalikow spent 18 years on Wall Street investing across industries and asset classes as a proprietary trader at Morgan Stanley and then as a hedge fund trader and portfolio manager. Mr. Kalikow is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. He also holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Andy Poticha is Founder and Chief Executive Office of Mosaic Construction and its affiliated brands Design Construction Concepts (DCC) and Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC) a design-build firm based in Northbrook, Illinois. Since 2014, Andy has helped CFC become a national, industry leader in the design and construction of cannabis facilities helping multistate operators (MSOs), independent operators and start-up entrepreneurs to determine their design and construction needs. Currently, CFC has completed or is in-process of working on over eighty (80) cultivation facilities, processing centers, infusion labs and dispensary projects in twelve (13) states.

With 30+ years of design, sales and construction management experience, Andy understands the unique challenges facing cannabis business owners and investors. In addition to meeting compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements, CFC designs cultivation and processing centers that provide optimal conditions for indoor growing as well as productive working environments. CFC recognizes that dispensaries must create best-in-class, retail experiences that focus on the client experience while working within operational requirements, budgetary constraints and completion schedules.

Andy also devotes significant personal time and effort to multiple charitable organizations. His community leadership, industry designations and professional affiliations include Chair of the Building Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center and a Board Member of JMFC Facilities Corporation. Andy is also a member of several cannabis and construction industry groups including the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) and the Cannabis Business Association of Illinois (CBAI).

Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois.

Bryan McLaren is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zoned Properties, a

leading real estate development firm for emerging and highly regulated industries, including

legalized cannabis. The Company is redefining the approach to commercial real estate

development and investment through its full spectrum of integrated growth services. Mr.

McLaren has a strong professional background in the social, economic, and environmental

development of complex business organizations. Over his professional career, he has

successfully implemented large-scale projects for corporate and community organizations.

McLaren holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Ethics Studies from the

University of San Diego, a Masters of Sustainable Development from Northern Arizona

University, an Executive Masters in Business Leadership from Arizona State University,

and an MBA with specialty in Sustainable Development. Throughout his graduate career,

McLaren devoted time to community development and philanthropic efforts earning a

number of honors and awards including Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society Membership and

the Distinguished Walton Scholarship. Mr. McLaren has been certified as a Licensed

REALTOR, Green Roof Professional, LEED Green Associate, and is an active Forbes

Contributor as part of the Forbes Business Council.

Prior to his role at Zoned Properties, McLaren worked as a Sustainability Consultant

for Waste Management where he led the strategic development and operational

implementation of zero-waste programs for Higher Education clients. McLaren has

worked as a Sustainability Program Manager in the Higher Education industry and has

been appointed as a City Sustainability Commissioner. Sustainable development has been

a life-long passion for McLaren, who strives to create a global impact by forging a strong

foundation for principles of sustainability in emerging industries.
