should harmonize with the surrounding architecture to benefit everyone who moves through that

space.”

wellbeing. That foundation drives her focus as an interior designer as she thinks about how the

environments she creates will impact the body, spirit and mind.

Colletta is the Managing Principal of ForrestPerkins, a distinct design studio of Perkins

Eastman. In her two decades of experience in award-winning hospitality design, Colletta has led

projects with major hotel brands both nationally and internationally, in addition to numerous

expertise to spa design, restaurants, resort properties, and major luxury multi-residential

projects. Regardless of the type of project she’s overseeing, Colletta’s passion for creating

healthy environments is always part of her DNA, which underscores Perkins Eastman’s

foundational focus on health and wellness.

Principal, Design Director

Gensler

An award-winning architect and interior designer, Paul is deeply committed to experiential, people-centric design.

Paul is a design principal known for his exceptional insight and respect for his clients’ vision. With more than 30 years of experience in both architecture and interior design, his passion for creating high-performance environments that enhance well-being and purpose has shaped a prolific portfolio. Paul’s body of work is diverse in scale and type, but user experience is central to each project. He approaches every client and project with boundless creativity, infectious energy, and an open mind. Paul’s expertise in design strategy, story, and concept development support his deeply reflective design philosophy. His unique design perspective and commitment to transformative design has made him a highly sought-after mentor by young designers.

Tom Reisenbichler

Principal, Managing Director

Perkins&Will

Tom doesn’t like to sit still for long. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug in college while trying to put together a real estate deal, he’s since launched multiple businesses—including co-founding the architectural firm that later became part of Perkins&Will.

Tom always looks for opportunities to get out of his comfort zone, in work and in life. (Ask him about his amoeba metaphor, which is famous around the Dallas studio.) He considers architecture to be a type of puzzle, which he’s always been good at, and is constantly seeking ways to create in a different and better way.

Now that he’s an empty nester, Tom finds more time to play golf, attend the theater, and host gatherings of friends. He and his wife are adventurous travelers who enjoy active and exotic vacations: Kenya is a current favorite, and he still wants to visit Morocco and Tibet.

Stephen Knowles

Design Principal

HDR

A 30-year veteran of the profession, Stephen is well-known for engaging a collaborative process that considers the technical, environmental, economic, and social impacts for mixed-use projects. He advances innovative solutions that integrate the site, surrounding resources and local culture. As design principal, Stephen works to connect and support our design excellence initiative to the firm’s project work throughout Dallas and the surrounding communities. His priority, he says, is to “balance supporting a studio culture committed to design excellence with researching building craft and exploring concepts for architecture and urban design.”

Stephen's an advocate for exploring the influence of knowledge through making, especially how the maker culture has latched on to technologies and material exploration that will impact how buildings perform, look and get experienced. He's especially interested in how computation has empowered fabricators, manufacturers and contractors to achieve a higher level of complexity that can empower the imagination of creative teams through modular and pre-fabricated approaches. These new makers, he says, “are opening up new possibilities for designers to re-shape the built environment with ideas that take advantage of these innovations of building craft.”

Lindsay Wilson

Under Lindsay's leadership, Corgan’s Interiors Studio has grown in reach as well as services, developing additional focus on Workplace Strategy, Wellness, Change Management and Branded Environments. Her reputation for understanding what drives a client’s business, combined with creative problem solving and identifying the "hot buttons" for success, make her a go-to resource for her teams and her clients.

Anne Weston
