Richard Campo is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camden Property Trust. Mr. Campo has served in this capacity since May 1993. As the Chairman and CEO of one of the nation’s largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mr. Campo holds strategic roles within the real estate industry. He is currently a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts ('NAREIT') where he serves on the Board, the National Multifamily Housing Council ('NMHC') where he was past chairman, and the Urban Land Institute ('ULI'). Mr. Campo began his real estate career after graduating from Oregon State University in 1976. After working for a private Houston real estate company, Mr. Campo co-founded Camden’s predecessor companies in 1982 and has spent almost 30 years building a company of great people that are renowned for their management proficiency, their development and construction capabilities and their savvy in the areas of technology, training and marketing. He has led the development, management, acquisition and disposition of real estate properties valued in excess of $20 billion; and under his leadership, Camden has grown from a Texas-based real estate firm with assets valued at $200 million in 1993 to an industry leader with a national footprint and assets valued at more than $10 billion. Mr. Campo serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations that focus on the economic development, business outlook and future growth of Houston, including Central Houston, Inc., the Greater Houston Partnership, and the Super Bowl LI Host Committee. Mr. Campo is also the past Chairman of the Houston First Corporation, a local government corporation that facilitates the city's economic growth through the business of conventions and the arts. Mr. Campo is a frequent speaker on real estate and development related topics for both industry- related and non-industry conferences and associations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John C. Goff is a private investor based in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Goff co-founded Crescent Real Estate with Richard Rainwater in the early 90s, designing the strategy and orchestrating the acquisitions leading to its initial public offering in May 1994. Under his leadership as Vice Chairman and CEO, Crescent grew from approximately $500 million at its IPO to $6.5 billion upon its sale to Morgan Stanley in August 2007. Crescent provided its shareholders a 15.4 percent compounded annual return and more than $2.5 billion in cash dividends during its 13 years as a public company. In November 2009, Mr. Goff reacquired Crescent in a partnership with Barclays Capital, where he now serves as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Goff joined Mr. Rainwater in 1987, investing in public securities, private equity and distressed debt in a variety of industries including oil and gas, health care, and banking. This background led Mr. Goff to establish his own family office, Goff Capital, whose Fort Worth based team of professionals invest in similar strategies with a significant focus currently in the oil and gas sector. During the credit crisis of 1998, Mr. Goff founded Goff Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invested more than $4 billion in assets, real estate debt, and equity. In 2016, Goff combined the resources of Goff Capital Partners and Crescent to consolidate all future real estate investing into one entity. The combined organization closed on its first fund which provides for approximately $4 billion in acquisition capacity. Mr. Goff is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the McCombs Business School Hall of Fame. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southwest Region in real estate and construction, was inducted to the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals Hall of Fame. Much of Mr. Goff’s charitable efforts are directed through The Goff Family Foundation which focuses on education through scholarship programs and creative solutions for specific schools in need. Most notably, the foundation founded B Sharp Youth Music, a non-traditional, after- school, music education program and Fort Worth’s only elementary youth orchestra.

Ken Valach

Ken Valach is the Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Residential and Crow Holdings Industrial. After joining Trammell Crow Residential in 1989, he served in a variety of positions including overseeing development, finance and construction for Trammell Crow Residential in all major markets in the western half of the U.S. In 2009, Ken assumed the CEO role of Trammell Crow Residential when the Crow family charged him with leading the company through the 2008-2010 economic recession. In 2015, Ken was named CEO of Crow Holdings Industrial to help build a national platform for development of speculative and build-to- suit industrial projects. Prior to attending business school, Ken served as chief financial officer of a private company in Southern California and as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse. Ken received his B.A. in Economics and Math, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. He received his MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.  Ken is the Secretary of National Multifamily Housing Council, a Director of Kimble Senior Housing, a Director of New Hope Housing, and is active in the Boy Scouts of America organization.

Bradley Freels joined Midway in May 1983 and opened its Houston Office at that time. He became a Partner in 1990 and currently serves as the Chairman. Brad is the sole shareholder of Midway Holdings, LP., the holding company for an integrated group of real estate and investment related companies that operate under the name Midway.

Under his leadership, Midway has prospered and become one of the most active developer/investment owners in the greater Houston area. Midway has developed and acquired more than 44 million square feet of office, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, medical and retail properties throughout the US and Northern Mexico, and more than 4,500 acres of business and residential communities in more than a dozen cities.

David Porter

Texas Railroad Commission of Texas

Chairman David Porter was elected statewide by the people of Texas in November 2010 to serve a six-year term as Railroad Commissioner and was unanimously elected by his fellow commissioners to serve as Chairman in June 2015. Since taking office, Chairman Porter has been appointed to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission as the Official Representative of Texas and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the organization. He is an advisory board member for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. He also served as the Official Representative on the Interstate Mining Compact Commission from 2011 to 2014. In 2011, Porter created the Eagle Ford Shale Task Force, the first of its kind at the Texas Railroad Commission, to establish a forum that brings the community together to foster a productive and forward-looking dialogue regarding drilling activities in the Eagle Ford Shale. In 2013, Porter launched his Texas Natural Gas Initiative: a series of statewide events that bring stakeholders together to discuss business opportunities, challenges and regulatory barriers and solutions for natural gas conversion and infrastructure – focusing largely on the transportation and exploration and production sectors. In recognition of his foresight and leadership, Porter was named “Man of the Year” by The Oil & Gas Year, Eagle Ford, Texas 2013. He has also been recognized by Shale Oil & Gas Business Magazine and Unconventional Oil & Gas Magazine for his proactive efforts.

Before taking office, Porter built a successful small business around his CPA practice in Midland Texas, providing accounting and tax services to oil and gas producers, royalty owners, oil field service companies, and other small businesses and individuals.

Dean Lane joined NewQuest Properties as a Partner in 2003. Dean plays a critical role on NewQuest’s development team, working on the design, tenant-mix and construction. Comprising more than seven million square feet of gross leasable area over the last several years, some of the major town centers include Sherman, Cy-Fair, Brazos, Hutto, Creekside, Stone Hill, Stone Park, Stone Hill Town Center and Grand Morton Town Center.

The primary focus of Dean’s career has been on retail tenant representation, representing companies such as Kohl’s, Oshman’s/Sports Authority, Eye Masters, Ross Dress For Less, Sears Specialty Group, Petsmart, Petco, J.C. Penney, Ulta Cosmetics, CompUSA, Toys R Us, Golf Galaxy, Robins Bros. and The Gap Concepts. Due to his dedication, Dean was named Master Broker for Dick’s Sporting Goods in five states. He was overseeing all markets in the major cities of interest in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

During his career, Dean has completed numerous lease transactions for his clients, ranging from 5,000 – 133,000 square feet. One of Dean’s largest transactions completed in recent years was the 138 acre tract of land sale to CBL REIT for the 800,000 square foot Pearland Town Center Mall that opened in 2008. Previously a Vice President and Partner of Boyd Page & Associates from 1991 – 2003, Dean’s career started in the real estate industry with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in 1984. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Dean likes to spend time with his wife Regina and their two daughters, Halle and Jesse, and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Maggie Hatfield

Maggie is the director of Real Estate Services, responsible for global facility management, property acquisitions, disposals & portfolio management, and project system support. She’s lead a variety of global strategic initiatives including M&A activities, portfolio optimization, processes development and the implementation of enterprise wide tools such as SAP’s Real Estate module. Before joining Halliburton in 2000, Maggie held various positions in accounting, client services and management at Universal Computer Systems, BFI, Compaq and SourceNet Solutions.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, a master’s certificate in project management from the University of Houston and she’s a licensed realtor.

Ricardo Rivas

Mr. Rivas joined Allied Realty in 2001 and he has successfully directed or assisted the acquisition/development of over 2,300 multifamily units for a total aggregate value of over $240 million.

Mr. Rivas’ responsibilities include all aspects of managing Allied Realty’s multifamily investment businesses that include acquisition and development. Mr. Rivas oversees the acquisition and disposition of assets, market feasibility, site selection, project design, permitting, construction management, and project financing. Mr. Rivas formed and oversees Allied’s first private equity fund launched in 2013 to develop multi-family assets in the major metropolitan areas of Texas.

Mr. Rivas’ professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leaders Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA). A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Rivas is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and he is currently C.P.A. eligible while pursuing his Master of Science in Accountancy at the University of Houston. Mr. Rivas received his M.B.A. from the University of North Alabama. He is a also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conference and Academic All-Gulf South Conference for two consecutive years as a 4-year member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis team (both as player and Assistant Coach).

Drew Alexander

Mr. Alexander graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with highest honors majoring in real estate. Drew joined WRI in 1978 as a Leasing Executive in the Retail Division. He held various positions and was named President of WRI in 1997 and was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Alexander serves on the Board of Weingarten Realty Investors.

Mr. Alexander is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He serves as a director of The Texas Medical Center, The Gladney Fund, The Endowment Board of the Houston Food Bank, The Real Estate Center at the University of Houston, and United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. Mr. Relyea was one of the first employees hired by twin brothers Louis B. Cushman and John C. Cushman, III, following the formation of Cushman Realty Corporation in 1978. Located in the Houston office, he became Executive Vice President and the #1 producing broker in the 200-person firm. In 2001, Cushman Realty merged with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., with Mr. Relyea being named Vice Chairman. David Hightower presently serves as Executive Vice President at Midway Companies. He has been involved in the ownership, development and/or management of over 6,000 acres of commercial, residential and agricultural land investments and developments. He has primary responsibility for marketing, sales, project planning and development activities for the firm’s real estate assets, as well as new investment acquisitions. He is also responsible for regulatory approvals and other governmental related activities.

He is active in various community and civic activities, and is presently serving on the boards and committees of several organizations that deal with issues affecting the real estate industry and overall community development, including the West Houston Association, the Urban Land Institute – Houston District Council, the Greater Houston Partnership’s Real Estate Advisory Committee and the Houston Real Estate Council.

Mr. Hightower is a member of a number of other real estate-related organizations including: the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute , NAIOP – The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Counselors of Real Estate, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. Justin Bennett

As a Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust, Justin Bennett directs capital investment activities and manages the leasing activities in our Houston region. Mr. Bennett brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to DCT Industrial and during his tenure with the Company has been directly involved in more than 3.6 million square feet of commercial development and has participated in corporate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Before joining the team in April 2010, Mr. Bennett was a Senior Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company, where he developed markets in Northern California and Houston. Prior to his work there, Mr. Bennett was a practicing commercial real estate attorney with a prominent firm in Northern California. Mr. Bennett currently serves as President Elect for the Houston Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is a member of the Houston Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Ed is Managing Director of the Hillhouse Resources team. He was most recently CFO of DJ Resources, Inc., an early leader in the Niobrara Play in the Denver-Julesberg Basin. At DJ Resources, he completed equity fundings, two bank financings, derivatives trading and operations, and the installation of public-company compliant accounting systems and audits. Ed managed the monetization of DJ’s assets in 2010, returning 8.2x cash investment to partners (10.2x cash at April 2013). Prior to joining DJ Resources, Inc., he ran Hirs & Company, a corporate finance advisory firm and successor to Niven Associates, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.

He has 30 years’ experience in finance and teaches the graduate and undergraduate courses in Economics of Energy at the University of Houston and chairs a national energy conference at Yale University. Ed began his career at Mobil Oil, and he worked at the US Department of Energy at the Office of Conservation and Solar Energy.

He has been interviewed as an expert in energy economics by Forbes, The Houston Chronicle, The New York Times, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek and Marketplace on NPR and affiliates for ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. He co-authored with Robert Ames, Anthony Corridore and Paul W. MacAvoy the following papers on energy economics, all of which are posted on SSRN.com: "Crude Oil Imports and National Security," "Synfuels to Replace Crude Oil Soon," and "Replacement of Coal by Fracgas in the Generation of Electric Power." Mr. Halberdier’s wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale/Leaseback, Investment Analysis, Ground up Development, Build to Suit, Design Build, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Business Development, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Syndication, Promotion and Financial Services/Placement for Investments & Developments and (pre)Foreclosure & Bank REO Advisory and Principal Note Purchases.

EDUCATION

Mr. Halberdier graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing at The Fisher College of Business. While studying at The Ohio State University, Mr. Halberdier won NCAA Big Ten Conference Varsity Scholar Athlete Awards and a Big Ten Championship as a four-year letterman playing Division 1 Big Ten Varsity Men’s Soccer. Trey is affiliated and member of ULI, CommGate, NAIOP, Texas Young Professionals, CoreNet, HAR/TAR, ULI, and CCIM.

PERSONAL

Mr. Halberdier enjoys his family time with his wife Paige, young son Gavin, and two precious daughters Lyla and Libby Rose. Trey and his family are committed members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. He serves as a Board Member of Commercial Gateway Houston, and past Vice President for The Ohio State University Alumni Association Chapter in Houston. Most recently, Trey became a Mentor with Investor Mentor Program in the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business. Trey is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Program, and an active youth Soccer Coach in The Woodlands Community. Trey also loves to read, cheer on his Buckeyes, practice yoga, golf, mountain bike, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Kristen Rabel

Kristen began her real estate career in 1996. Within twelve months in the business, she

focused her efforts on Landlord representation, marketing office space and negotiating

leases. In 1999, Kristen was named Grubb & Ellis’ “Rookie of the Year” and in 2001, was

awarded NAIOP’s prestigious “Rising Star” award for office leasing brokers.

In 2005, she made the strategic move to Trammell Crow Company, now CBRE, to take the

next stop in her career. Since joining CBRE, Kristen continues to be a top producer from

year to year among the Houston office. Currently, Kristen is responsible for leasing office

space throughout the greater Houston area. Her strengths include actively marketing

properties, financial lease analysis, negotiating lease structure, and executing leases for a

wide range of owners, all with different goal sets for their respective properties. She is

currently responsible for leasing over 5 million square feet of space in 20 different properties

in Houston. Kristen’s attention to detail allows her to complete over 90 transactions a year.

In 2013 Kristen was awarded the HOLBA Landlord Representative of the Year.

Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell leads Houston as a Director for IPA Texas. Ms. Campbell has closed more than $3 billion representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She also interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE debt and equity group while completing an MBA in real estate finance.

Ms. Campbell is also a graduate from Tulane and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where she earned degrees in music and dance. She enjoyed a 13-year career singing opera professionally, prior to entering the real estate profession. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her CCIM designation.

Lilly Golden

A highly respected commercial real estate broker in the Houston market, Lilly Golden has been working in the industry for 25 years. She has represented retailers such as HEB, Sun & Ski, Guitar Center, Sur La Table, David’s Bridal, 99 Cents Only, Aaron Rents, and Houston’s Restaurants, leased properties for landlords such as CBL, Crescent, Freeway Properties and Tanglewood Corporation, represented investors such as Mischer Investments, Provident and Lovett Homes and completed build to suits for both Aaron Rents and Dollar Tree.

Lilly has earned the “Heavy Hitters Award” from the Houston Business Journal and the “Costar Broker of the Year Award” in 2012, 2013 and 2015. She is a CCIM, a board member of The Site Source National Retail Broker Network, the Houston chairperson for the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women. Lilly started her career as a Systems Engineer at IBM in Chicago, she joined Jones Lang LaSalle 5 years later and worked as both an office and retail broker before moving to Houston in 1993. After working for Trammel Crow, Wulfe & Co and Moody Rambin, Lilly formed Evergreen Commercial Realty in 2005.

Stacy Hunt

Stacy has been with Greystar and its predecessor firm since 1982 and is currently

responsible for national client relations and new business pursuit for the

company’s 670,000 unit domestic management operation. Since joining Greystar,

Mr. Hunt has helped build the firm’s management portfolio through the opening of

regional offices in Arizona, Florida and additional offices in Texas. Stacy is a

member of the National Apartment Association, the National Multi Housing Council

joint legislative committee, the board of directors of the Houston Apartment Association and the

Westchase District, Treasurer of the Better Government Fund of the Houston Apartment Association

and is a licensed Texas broker. He also served as president of the Houston Apartment Association in

1992 and the Texas Apartment Association in 1998. In 1973 Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance

from the University of Texas.

Mr. Hunt has witnessed the firm’s growth from 2,000 units to its current ranking as the largest

apartment manager in the United States, with more than 670,000 units in 43 states. Greystar also

manages approximately 24,650 units in China, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain

and the United Kingdom. The company’s owned portfolio consists of over 51,000 units including 87

properties under construction and 31 stabilized properties in markets across the US.

Mr. Hunt is based in Houston, Texas, and the Greystar corporate office is located in Charleston, South

Carolina.
