Jason has also directed Saint Thomas Health Ventures – a social venture arm of Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, TN focused on developing non-acute services such as rehabilitation clinics, sleep centers, clinical research organizations, pharmacies, and other health care services. He’s also the former CEO of an international consulting firm that worked with clients such as FedEx, Caterpillar Financial, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the World Bank.

Jason received his doctorate in International Leadership and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and continues to study and research advances and challenges in localizing health system delivery. He resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and son.

Fahad Tahir is Chief Executive Officer of Saint Thomas Medical Partners at Saint Thomas Health (a member of Ascension Health) and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Fahad is also a Fellow of Washington DC's Health Care Advisory Board. Fahad earned his MBA from Loyola University Chicago and his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Fahad’s responsibilities for Saint Thomas Health include overseeing clinical, operational and financial performance of Saint Thomas Medical Partners, as well as physician network strategy, physician development and recruitment, and service line development.

Mr. Gibson founded the Holladay Properties Nashville TN Regional Office in 1986. Mr. Gibson, who received a B.S. degree in real estate from Indiana University – Bloomington, is a Certified Property Manager and holds a real estate license in TN, VA, WV, KY, LA, and MN. He graduated from The Advanced Management Development Program in Harvard’s School of Design in July of 2008. Prior to joining Holladay Properties, Mr. Gibson worked in commercial real estate brokerage and as a real estate development officer with a regional commercial bank. He has developed several industrial parks; flex space, bulk warehouse, medical office buildings, a custom guitar manufacturing plant – Gibson Guitar – and several build-to-suit properties in the Nashville market. During the early 90’s, the Nashville office under Mr. Gibson repositioned troubled real estate, taking over the management, construction, and leasing of over 25 income properties for banks and insurance companies.

Michael Dossett is a Senior Vice President of Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm’s Nashville, TN, office.

Mr. Dossett was previously employed with Saint Thomas Health for over fifteen years where he was responsible for the system’s real estate and facility support services. His responsibilities included leasing, property management, master planning and oversight of capital improvement projects.

Prior to joining Saint Thomas Health, Mr. Dossett spent 15 years with Circuit City Stores, where he had operational responsibility for multiple locations located throughout the Southern Division of the organization.

Mr. Dossett received a BS from the University of Evansville.

Ms. Cameron has 12 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and specializes in Medical Office Investment Sales.  At Marcus & Millichap, she is a member of the National Health Care Real Estate Group. Most recently, Kimberly closed on a nine-property medical office portfolio with a total sales price of $36.7 million.  Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Kimberly worked at CB Richard Ellis with the Medical Office Group. Her expertise includes working with developers, landlords and private investors. In addition, she assisted physician groups and healthcare companies with acquisition and disposition of their medical office buildings. Being the owner of Doc-Nashville she is known as one of Nashville's Medical Office Real Estate Specialist. Kimberly is determined, professional, relationship-driven and displays integrity in all her business endeavors. While out of the office she enjoys networking, theatre, music, traveling and spending time with her children.
