Jeff Hite serves as senior vice president of economic development for the

Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Hite manages a team of

project managers responsible for promoting Nashville and the Middle

Tennessee region as a prime location for business investment, relocation,

and expansion. Jeff and team work on a day-to-day basis with corporate

executives of relocating and expanding companies as well as professional

site consultants hired by clients to advise on relocation/expansion

investments and locations. Hite is a board member for the Tennessee

Economic Partnership and in 2016 & 2018 was named one of North

America's top 50 economic developers. Educated at Western Kentucky

University, Jeff resides in the Nashville area with his wife and two children.

Dan Bauchiero is a Principal with Eakin Partners. He is currently

focused on tenant representation and assisting landlords in leasing

their space.

Dan graduated from Belmont University in 1999, with a B.A. degree

in Music Business. After graduation, he went to work for BMI as a

performance royalty collector. Subsequent to his tenure with BMI,

Dan joined the Nashville Predators, selling suites, season tickets and

group packages to both corporate clients and individuals.

Dan came to Eakin Partners in 2004. Since that time, he has negotiated over 5,500,000 SF of

office sales and leases, valued at more than $800 million.

Dan is married, and has two children, Drew (13) and Corinna (11).

Scott Cloud

Scott is the Managing Director of Albany Road Southeast and is responsible for leading the Company’s Southeastern U.S. acquisitions and operations efforts out of Nashville, Tennessee. With over 20 years of capital markets experience, Mr. Cloud has been involved in all facets of the commercial real estate industry including acquisition, disposition, development and asset management. Prior to joining Albany Road, Mr. Cloud was Senior Vice President of Investments with Carter, an Atlanta-based investment and development company. In this role, he focused on sourcing new value-add and opportunistic real estate investments, leading Carter’s office acquisition efforts and pursuing new multifamily development opportunities. His responsibilities also included financing and due diligence of new Carter investments and development opportunities.

Before Carter, Mr. Cloud spent seven years at Parthenon Realty, an affiliate of AREA Property Partners as Vice President of Acquisitions. While at Parthenon, Scott was involved in the acquisition and disposition of value-add office product throughout the Southeast. Early in his career, Mr. Cloud was a Senior Associate with Trimont Real Estate Advisors, an Atlanta-based primary and special servicer with investment management responsibilities. Mr. Cloud has extensive experience and relationships throughout the Southeastern United States. Over his career, he has been involved with the acquisition, disposition and development of over 16 million square feet of real estate with a gross asset value of $2.0 billion. Since launching the Southeast platform in early 2014, Mr. Cloud has sourced the acquisition of over 3,500,000 square feet of office and industrial property in the Southeastern United States for Albany Road Real Estate Partners. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Cloud is a graduate of the University of Alabama (BS Finance) and The Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida (MBA Finance).

Stephanie Fletcher

Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Stephanie Sawyer Fletcher is a Vice President in the company’s Capital Markets group. Ms. Fletcher has nearly ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers of all commercial real estate asset classes throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Fletcher was Managing Partner of Sawyer Fletcher Consulting, a boutique equity financing firm focused on raising capital for commercial real estate owners and operators of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. She previously worked for Equitable Trust, a private investment advisor, as a vice president in the business development group. There, she brought over $120 million of new business to the firm.

Ms. Fletcher attended the University of Tennessee where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in human ecology and a Master of Business Administration.

Patrick Burke, AIA, is Principal and Studio Head at MGA&D with over thirty-six years of lead designer experience. Since joining the firm in 1982, Burke has been the lead designer for projects ranging from hospitality, civic, institutional, and education projects to master planning and design for eco-sensitive resort developments across the world. Recently, Burke has been the Principal-in- Charge and lead designer of Resorts World at Sentosa, South-East Asia’s largest integrated resort and The Fred D. Thompson U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse in Nashville, a GSA design excellence project currently about to start construction. He has been a keynote speaker for several industry events in hospitality, sustainability and wellness and has participated on numerous juries and peer reviews. His projects have won numerous awards for design excellence.

Jason serves as a Tax Partner in Cherry Bekaert’s Nashville

practice. His practice focuses on providing tax planning

Jason’s industry experience includes real estate, healthcare

and retail clients, where he provides consulting across a

variety of business growth and tax minimization areas.
