Hannah Davis leads Nashville’s housing innovation and policy work at the Housing Division of Metro Planning. Davis worked at the Mayor’s Office for three years, under two administrations, growing the Barnes Housing Trust Fund from $26M to $100M+ over 3 years to create and preserve over 3,000 affordable units throughout Davidson County. Davis led the creation of the Nashville Catalyst Fund, the Mixed-Income Housing PILOT, and the Connecting Infrastructure to Housing Program. Davis also assisted in launching a new Division of Housing where she proudly works to increase Nashville’s affordable housing tools.

Hannah has spent her career at the intersection of impact, innovation, and market forces. She was the Director of Community at the Social Enterprise Alliance, where she worked with over 1,000 startups, nonprofits and companies to increase their impact and drive innovation. Prior to that role, Davis worked in tax preparation, climate science, and East African microfinance. She serves as chair of the Margaret Maddox YMCA board. Dave Martin is a seasoned real estate

development and finance professional

passionate about creating investment value and

delivering strategic housing solutions, particularly

in the affordable and workforce segments. With

an extensive background spanning residential

development, home building, logistics, and

manufacturing operations, Dave has built a

career on process improvement, cost reduction,

and implementing best practices to achieve

ambitious business objectives. He is the Principal

of Martin Development LLC, a Nashville-based

residential development, brokerage, and

consulting firm, where he has led numerous

large-scale projects from concept through

completion.

Notable developments include Barnes Ridge, a 150-home mixed-income community; the

Logan Township Industrial and Apartments project, combining 569,000 square feet of

industrial space with 96 affordable housing units; and an unnamed community in Antioch

featuring 100-home townhome community. His completed work includes Williams Station,

a 51-townhome, 100% affordable housing project delivered in partnership with a nonprofit

organization.

A recognized leader in the field, Dave was selected as a Fellow in the inaugural class of the

Urban League of Middle Tennessee’s Real Estate Developer Academy, supported by the

Amazon Housing Equity Fund, where he gained advanced training, mentorship, and

strategic relationships that have enhanced his ability to deliver impactful projects. His

career also includes senior leadership roles at a leading 3rd Party Logistics provider, where

he managed real estate space strategy and finance for approximately 40 million square feet

of industrial space across North America.

Entrepreneurship and housing development are part of Dave’s family heritage. His

grandfather helped build Flanner House Homes in Indianapolis, a pioneering postwar

sweat-equity housing project for African Americans, while his parents built careers in real

estate law and home mortgages. This legacy instilled in him a belief in homeownership as a

cornerstone of wealth creation.

Adam is a dynamic entrepreneur whose journey is marked by his tenacity and unwavering passion for solving real-world problems through innovation and strategic vision. His distinctive expertise lies in breathing new life into antiquated business models, driven by a commitment to differentiation through execution, design, and the strategic use of technology.

His entrepreneurial path began with a revelation – an introduction to his inner real estate developer. As the Project Manager on a hotel redevelopment project in Latin America, recognized by Fodor's on their 2012 New & Noteworthy Hotels in the World” list, he discovered a deep-seated passion for revitalizing spaces. This experience paved the way for the founding of LYDEN, a venture dedicated to redefining the concept of community, work, and hospitality in emerging US cities.

In 2021, Adam founded AGB Real Estate. This marked a pivotal chapter in his entrepreneurial journey, with a mission to transition underutilized buildings in attractive neighborhoods into outperforming multi-family assets. Currently managing several hundred doors under renovation or development, Adam's hands-on approach extends to the day-to-day oversight on each and every project

Prior to the establishment of AGB Real Estate, Adam served as the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Business Development for Mint House, a tech-enabled hotel company specializing in high-end business traveler accommodations within class-A multifamily buildings in downtown core areas.

Adam attended Vanderbilt University for an undergraduate degree before earning his MBA at NYU Stern. Along the way, he's lent his expertise to renowned companies such as GE, Deloitte & Touche, Thrillist, and Red Bull in various capacities.

Aron, named to the Nashville MTA board in August 2023, is the Executive Director of the Real Estate Developers (R.E.D.) Academy, a program of the Urban League of Middle Tennessee (ULMT). R.E.D. Academy offers persons of color an unequaled educational opportunity, preparing cohorts for a rewarding, responsible leadership position in the building industry. Aron oversees the program's direction and assists with developing opportunities that allow local developers of color to tap into the program's resources and produce projects that produce equitable development in Nashville. Aron has over twenty years of experience in the architect field with numerous project types such as student focused, student housing, sports & recreation, justice, aviation, healthcare, industrial, and corporate projects. He has worked as a senior project architect and project manager for local architectural firms. He is a member of professional organizations such as NOMA, ULI, NAIOP, NMHC, and NAHB. He is a deacon in his church and a board member for Bethlehem Centers of Nashville. He received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Architecture, from Prairie View A&M University. Staci Coleman is a Nashville-based Real Estate Broker, Developer, and Community

Leader. She is the Broker/Owner of The Arbitrage Collective, a Black woman-owned

brokerage dedicated to delivering exceptional real estate services and creating

pathways to generational wealth.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Black Diamond Development, Inc., a nonprofit

focused on affordable housing and community development. Staci leads innovative

projects in workforce, senior, and veteran housing, ensuring equity, sustainability, and

long-term affordability in underserved communities.

Beyond her development work, Staci serves on the boards of Empowerment Inc.,

Greater Nashville Realtors, and the Tennessee Affordable Housing Coalition (TNAHC).

Matt leads strategic initiatives for CBC, including oversight of business performance and growth, as well as sourcing development and preservation opportunities. With over 20 years of experience, Matt’s expertise in leading high-performing, revenue generating teams and building strong external relationships help drive CBC’s growing presence in the affordable housing space.

Matt is an alumnus of Leadership Nashville and was a Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient. An active member of the community, Matt is heavily involved in the Urban Land Institute and is a board member for Habitat for Humanity and Valor Collegiate Academies. He also serves on the board of Catholic Charities where he and his family actively volunteer.

Jennifer is a dynamic leader with over 17 years of sustainable development &

operations experience focusing on performance-driven results. As an executive

with international real estate firm Lendlease for 12 years, she led development

and sustainability teams to achieve successful project outcomes in world class

developments, master planned communities and public private partnerships.

She is the CEO and Managing Partner of Urban Campus and Core, a

development and real estate advisory firm focused on helping clients explore

new opportunities, expand existing capabilities, and optimize their real estate

footprints. As a Nashville native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jennifer

has deep roots in the community and has a vested interest in creating inclusive

and sustainable growth through innovative community developments.

Over the course of her career, she has developed innovative partnerships to

design award winning sustainable developments, unique community led real

Brad is the CEO and Founding Principal of Shapiro & Company Architects, a residential architecture firm

with offices in Memphis, Nashville and Dallas. Shapiro & Company is dedicated to partnering with developers to

deliver timely and profitable projects. In the last several years, the firm has completed over 6,000 units

and $1 billion worth of construction in leading cities such as Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville,

Amani Kelly is a real estate developer, investor, and entrepreneur dedicated to creating communities that inspire growth and opportunity. Jacob Kupin moved to Nashville from New York to take a job in the music industry. After falling in love with the city, he transferred to Belmont University to complete his education. After purchasing his personal home, he realized he could fulfill his purpose of serving and helping others by becoming a professional Realtor. Eventually, he started his own real estate team, The Kupin Group, in 2020, and also got his mortgage lending license in 2024 with Canopy Mortgage. Since moving to Nashville, Jacob has been involved in various community roles, from President of the Historic Buena Vista Neighborhood Association to serving on the Participatory Budget Committee, graduating from the Transit Citizen Leadership Academy, and serving on various non-profit boards. Sheila Dial Barton AIA, LEED AP is a Principal with EOA Architects in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 1991, this regional design firm is known for its innovative approach to architectural practice, called humanizing design. EOA’s focus on sustainable and environmental design includes Nashville’s first LEED-Gold high-rise, The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, along with multiple LEED/sustainable projects throughout the Southeast including the $160M Tennessee State Museum. EOA’s current work includes the new Tennessee Performing Art Center (TPAC), the new Tennessee Titan’s Football Stadium, War Memorial and Legislative Plaza Building Renovations, and a new concourse at the Nashville International Airport. First, studying Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta, Sheila later received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee in 1997 and studied urban planning through UT’s foreign exchange program in Krakow, Poland. Sheila is a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute), former Chair, and current Governance Chair of ULI Nashville’s 1,120 members.
