John Ditto is the President and founder of Hamilton Creek Partners. Prior to founding the firm in 2023, John was President of StateStreet Group, LLC for over 20 years, and previously worked as an asset manager for EastGroup Properties. John graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994. He has lived in Nashville since relocating with his family from Mississippi in 2018. John enjoys tennis, golf and travel.

Michael O’Malley is a Managing Director of Pearlmark, and head of asset and portfolio management for the firm’s equity real estate investments. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. O’Malley served as Senior Vice President with Hudson Advisors, the asset management arm of Lone Star Funds, with responsibility for overseeing value-add real estate investments across the U.S. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. O’Malley served as Director in various real estate investment and asset management roles with ORIX Capital Markets in Chicago and Dallas. Mr. O’Malley earned his BA in History from the University of Dayton and earned his MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Mr. Wilson joined Stonelake as an Associate in the Dallas office in 2016 and is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, asset management and development of Stonelake’s investments in Tennessee and Florida. Prior to joining Stonelake, Mr. Wilson interned with Chief Partners, a Dallas based family office, and Meridian Realty Advisors where he focused on underwriting new acquisitions and managing investments during the construction, lease-up and disposition phases.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business, and currently serves as an Associate Board Member of the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate.

William Tanner

William Tanner is a VP of Capital Deployment at Distribution Realty Group focused on acquisitions and other activities related to capital deployment for the Nashville office. He has acquired and developed over 3 million square feet of industrial properties. Prior to DRG, Mr. Tanner was in commercial real estate finance at Truxton Trust, where he financed over $50 million of projects across various asset classes. Mr. Tanner attended the University of Kentucky and the University of Tennessee, Martin where he was a member of the varsity football team for both universities. Additionally, Mr. Tanner is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, the Montgomery Bell Academy alumni board where he serves as Chairman of the MBA Annual Fund, and the national NAIOP Developing Leaders Forum.

Chris is the Business Development Director, Ohio at Nuveen Green Capital. Chris has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, including working in areas of accounting, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, financing and investor relations. Prior to Greenworks Lending, Chris was Vice President, Investor Relations at White Oak Partners. Additionally, Chris spent eleven years with Washington Prime Group, formally Glimcher Realty Trust, as Senior Director, Investments, where he sourced new acquisition opportunities, oversaw the financial underwriting function, managed the relationships with joint venture partners, and oversaw financial projections on development and redevelopment opportunities. He also spent 10 years at Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), in the Real Estate Accounting and the Real Estate Investment Division, where he managed several portfolios totaling over $1.5 billion in market value consisting of various property types.

Chris received his MBA from The Dauch School of Business at Ashland University and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Ohio.

Melissa Alexander, SIOR serves as Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial. Considered one of the foremost industrial

brokers in Nashville, she leads the Foundry Industrial Brokerage team in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Melissa has more

than 16 years of real estate experience focusing on the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties in Tennessee as

well as across the US.

Melissa got her start in industrial in Memphis, TN where she previously served as Principal of the Cushman & Wakefield

(C&W) affiliate there. She served as the only female partner and only female broker in the firm.

Melissa has a strong business presence locally and online. She is consistently named one of the top Commercial Real Estate

Influencers to follow on Twitter and LinkedIn. In 2018, she launched #CREchat with colleague, Casey Flannery. The monthly

chat hosts Commercial Real Estate thought leaders from across the US and has garnered participation and praise from CRE

professionals, organizations such as CREW, SIOR, Bisnow and CoStar as two women bringing change and innovation to the

industry. The chats have since evolved into a podcast called CREchat Live. Melissa regularly serves as a speaker/panelist for

national conferences and media outlets such as GlobeSt.com, Bisnow, Nashville Business Journal, Arco Murray’s Women in

Construction, CREI, Drastic Summit and Counselors of Real Estate.

Outside of work, you will find Melissa hanging out by a fire pit, watching sports or traveling with her husband, John, and their
