Thomas joined Nashville General Hospital in 2015 with more than 20 years of experience in information services and healthcare operations in both for-profit and not-for-profit organiza­tions. She has an extensive project management and implementations background and has executive leader­ship experience in operations, revenue cycle as well as

information systems.

Since joining Nashville General Hospital, she has focused on updating the network infrastructure, improving system processes and building relationships with physicians and other staff. Her business development role focuses on identifying and bringing new service line opportuni­ties into fruition and identifying and improving areas of opportunities for existing product lines.

Thomas attended Oakwood University, Huntsville, Alabama, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She also completed her MBA from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.

Mr. McRoberts has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of

MedEquities Realty Trust’s board of directors since the formation of the company. John

has 30+ years’ experience in financing, acquiring, and disposing of healthcare-related,

income producing real estate properties. He also has founded, acquired, expanded

and/or monetized several businesses, including a healthcare REIT, an inpatient

rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospital company, and a home health and

hospice company. Mr. McRoberts was a co-founder, President and CEO of Capstone

Capital Corporation (NYSE:CCT), a healthcare REIT that became publicly traded in 1994

and was sold to Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated (NYSE: HR) in 1998.

In 2001, John invested in, and subsequently become President and CEO of,

MeadowBrook Healthcare, Inc., a private company that purchased and operationally

restructured four under-performing hospitals, the operations of which were

subsequently sold in July 2005 to RehabCare Group (NYSE: RHB) and the real estate to

SunTrust Corp (NYSE: STI). In April 2007, he acquired a controlling interest in Care First,

Inc., a Birmingham, Alabama-based provider of home health and hospice services, which

he sold in February 2015.

Prior to his affiliation with Capstone, Mr. McRoberts spent 16 years with AmSouth

Bank (now Regions Corp), which is based in Birmingham, Alabama, where he served in

several management and investment committee capacities related to commercial

lending, including serving as the head corporate banking in the greater Birmingham area

and head of regional healthcare lending.

Kevin Pascoe joined National Health Investors in June 2010. Kevin oversees NHI’s portfolio of assets, business development, relationship management with existing tenants and conducts operational due diligence on NHI’s new investment opportunities. He has over 13 years of health care real estate background including his experience with General Electric - Healthcare Financial Services (2006 – 2010) where he most recently served as a Vice-President. With GE HFS he moved up through the organization while working on various assignments including relationship management, deal restructuring, and special assets. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University.

An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Chip created and has served as CEO of several billion-dollar companies in diverse industries ranging from publishing and medical devices to real estate.

As a founder of Montecito Medical, Chip serves as President and CEO and is responsible for the company’s vision and extraordinary growth. He plays a central, hands-on role in the company’s success, and under his leadership Montecito has emerged as one of the fastest growing medical-related real estate companies in the United States, amassing a portfolio worth more than $1 billion.

Prior to starting Montecito Medical, Chip was a founder of Montecito Property Company (MPC) and served as its chief executive officer. Under his direction MPC acquired and converted more than 5,500 apartments to condominium-home sales. In a 36-month period, MPC acquired over $2 billion in residential multi-family communities throughout the US, making it the second largest condominium converter in the country.

Chip graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara, and is nationally recognized in the industry. He received The Donald Trump Developer & Builder Alliance Visionary Award for Real Estate Development, and was a finalist for Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Hamilton Espinosa is responsible for leading DPR’s healthcare core market throughout their 28

offices. He has a deep knowledge of the healthcare core market, bringing over 28 years of

construction industry expertise to teams he collaborates with. Hamilton’s favorite aspect of his

job is being able to build great things that serve a meaningful purpose in the community. His

integrated project approach and his unique ability to lead and challenge team members to look

at all options have built his excellent reputation in the market place, producing results and

developing long term working partnerships. He also serves on the executive foundation board

for the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.

In a 25-year plus career in the telecommunications industry, Allen

Dixon has held positions including field engineering, product line

management, marketing, market development, and sales. He is

currently Vice President for National Accounts for Zinwave, working to

develop partnerships in the Enterprise space.

A vocal proponent of the role of standards in the industry, Allen is the

past chair of the HetNet Forum – a membership body within WIA – the

Wireless Infrastructure Association -- and a veteran of the ATM

Forum, TIA, and IEEE standards organizations.

Allen is a 1985 graduate of the University of Florida.
