Why This Matters

What You’ll Learn:

The biggest challenge in commercial real estate for women continues to be underrepresentation. Statistically corporations who foster inclusivity make better decisions and are more profitable.  According to a recent report by CREW, companies in the top 25% for gender diversity are 15% more likely to have financial returns above their industry medians and innovation is six times higher at companies with the most equal workplace cultures. Yet, only an estimated 27% of senior level CRE roles are held by women.

  • What action plans need to be implemented to become a more equitable workplace?
  •  What strategies should be employed by organizations to create a clear plan to accelerate the advancement of women into leadership?
  • How could mentorship programs be developed to ensure opportunities for younger women in commercial real estate?

How You’ll Do More Business:

Research shows that when women advocate the advancement of other women, collectively all women are more successful. Meet inspiring  leaders, learn best practices to empower your network, and take your seat at the table as we shift the paradigm of the commercial real estate industry.

Who You'll Meet: Investors, developers, architects, brokers, tenants, and engineers.

Why You Should Attend:

Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to identify opportunities, build your network and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us. Join Bisnow as we jump into the market in Minneapolis to analyze its strengths and strategize on its areas of opportunity.
