As Chief Real Estate and Development Counsel for Life Time, Kari leads the legal strategy for all of Life Time’s real estate and development. This includes the Life Time Athletic, Life Time Work and Life Time Living destinations throughout the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Life Time, she was a Senior Real Estate Director and Senior Real Estate Attorney at Buffalo Wild Wings for 5 years where she was instrumental in managing the international rollout of over 300 restaurants. Prior to that, Kari worked in private practice for 7 years at two top Twin Cities’ law firms. Kari has served on the Board of Directors for the Lakewinds Food Co-Op for 4 years. She is passionate about travel, healthy living, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Kari received her B.A. with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law.

As President of Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Pat has been active in the downtown St. Paul real estate market since 1978 and has been involved in managing/leasing several downtown St. Paul properties. The most prominent property in the portfolio is the 300,000 SF Golden Rule Building. Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. is a company she founded in 1990 and the firm specializes in providing high quality management and leasing services for property owners in the St. Paul area.

Pat is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). In addition, she is a past chairperson of the Greater St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and currently still retains a seat on their Board of Directors. Pat is also past President of the Minnesota Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is active in the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), the St. Paul Board of Realtors, and the District Energy and District Cooling Board of Directors. Pat is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.Pat’s goal is to make all of the properties under the management of Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. the most professionally managed and operated office buildings in the Twin Cities. Tenant comfort and satisfaction, along with a clean and well-maintained facility, are what she strives for on a daily basis.

Erin serves as a Principal in the Minneapolis office of Transwestern and focuses on

urban office leasing. As workplace strategy specialist, Erin understands current

market trends and uses that knowledge to implement win-win solutions for owners

and tenant organizations. At Transwestern, Erin has guided the renovation and

repositioning of four CBD buildings totaling more than 5M SF.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In 2018, Erin was tapped to be part of a national advisory team as Transwestern’s

amenities expert, where she advises owners and investors of large office projects in

markets throughout the U.S. on renovation and repositioning strategies.

Since 2005, Erin has played a key role in the transformation of the Minneapolis

CBD, piloting the renovation and repositioning of nine CBD buildings totaling more

than 12M SF. Prior to joining Transwestern, Erin led the MN Chapter of the CBRE

Women’s Network.

As Vice President of Development, Maureen works with the Company’s Principals to source new development opportunities, negotiate and structure joint-venture partnerships and initiate new developments. She is responsible for leading Schafer Richardson’s Development Team and oversight of the development pipeline. Maureen has been with Schafer Richardson since 2008 as an integral player in many high profile development projects.

Maureen has nearly two decades of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate development. She began her career in affordable housing development, working on projects with multiple, complex layers of public and private financing. Maureen is adept at leading teams through all aspects of the development process from feasibility analysis and financial modeling to construction management and marketing & lease-up. She strives for practical resolutions that are wise and responsible in delivering projects and programs that meet multiple stakeholder needs.

Jaci Bell

Jaci is responsible for progressing all aspects of development, including site selection and acquisition, design and engineering, vendor selection, jurisdictional approvals, and externally facing elements such as brand management. Her work includes all product types including office, retail, residential and mixed use throughout Minnesota, Iowa and the Dakotas.

Jaci is active in many professional associations and serves on the Board of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). She has been an active volunteer with the Gril Scouts of America serving as a fundraising manager (cookie mom). She is a runner, traveler, explorer and food enthusiast in the spare time that remains after being a professional shepherd of three children and two dogs.

She has over 20 years of experience in the industry focusing on development, planning and design. Jaci is uniquely positioned in the industry having experience as a design service provider, a tough client, and developer. Prior to joining Mortenson, she was in development at Kraus-Anderson for three years, and in Real Estate at Target for 11 years where she worked on land development and leasehold acquisition across the U.S. and Canada. She has a Masters of Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota.

Ericka Miller

Ericka Miller joined Alatus in June 2022.

Ericka came to Alatus from her position at KimbleCo as Senior Vice President where she oversaw brokerage and provided project management services. Prior to KimbleCo, Ericka was Managing Director/Vice President with Savills Studley Occupier Services and opened an office in the Twin Cities. She also spent five years with Johnson Controls Global Workplace Solutions. At both companies, she led teams in growing existing business through complex financial and service-oriented solutions to drive cost savings throughout client real estate portfolios. She was often brought in for account management work and pursued new work with national and global corporate clients.

Her career path also includes time at Ameriprise Financial where she oversaw real estate services for corporate-owned advisor offices across the west side of the country while working through a year-long merger that doubled the portfolio. She also spent five years with Opus Northwest specializing in office and condominium development.

Ericka lives in the Twin Cities with her family and enjoys traveling, anything outdoors or with friends/family and volunteering with various organizations including industry organizations such as MNCREW and MNCAR.

Most recently, she co-founded and served as managing director of Mill City Capital, a Minneapolis-based, middle-market, private equity firm that manages over $200M in assets. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts/Interior Design from UW Stout. Lori Larson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Dougherty Real Estate Equity

Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate investment and advisory firm. She has been in the

commercial real estate arena since 1982 when she began working for St. Paul Properties, the

real estate arm of St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (now Travelers). Her subsequent

experience includes senior leadership positions at Richard Ellis, Inc., Opus Corporation, CBRE, as

well as her own consulting firm.

Lori’s experience spans the width of the commercial real estate spectrum, including

development, finance, acquisition, disposition, joint venture structuring, corporate real estate,

and asset management. Her knowledge in these areas is based on well over $4 billion worth of

real estate transactions completed in more than 25 markets across the country.

Lori has the distinguished honor of being the first female President of the 750+ member NAIOP-

MN, and she has been recognized with CBRE’s prestigious Chairman’s Club Award, Millenium

Club, and Teamwork Awards. In 2018, Lori was honored with the Women in Business award by

the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Her charitable endeavors include serving on the

Board of Directors for various Twin Cities non-profit organizations, including Bridging, Inc.,

CornerHouse, and Special Olympics MN.

Namrata Vora oversees all sales functions and field operations in North America, India, and Asia-Pacific regions for SageGlass, a Saint-Gobain company. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Suntuitive Dynamic Glass, leading all aspects of sales and marketing. She also spent eight years at View Dynamic Glass in key roles including product marketing, product management, and sales. Namrata is a graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune and Purdue University and holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Victoria M. Dutcher focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate and land use law. She counsels commercial and residential landlords and tenants, corporations, and developers in various real estate transactions and construction-related matters. Victoria also works with cities, developers, and homeowners on zoning, regulatory, and municipal matters. Victoria currently sits on the board of directors for AK Connection and the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

During law school, Victoria was awarded the Benjamin B. Ferencz Fellowship in Human Rights and Law three years in a row. Through this Fellowship Victoria had the opportunity to work on issues impacting persecuted religious minority groups in Southeast Asia, and traveled to Burma and Thailand on two different occasions to work with local nonprofits, government organizations, and local law schools. Prior to attending law school, Victoria served as an AmeriCorps member with College Possible, a Twin Cities based non-profit organization serving low income, first generation college students. Following her time serving with AmeriCorps, Victoria lived and taught in Gwangju, South Korea and Chiang Mai, Thailand for one year each. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, indoor cycling, and exploring new restaurants in the Twin Cities.
