Bill Griffith is a shareholder for Larkin Hoffman in the firm’s real estate and land use practice group. He practices extensively in land use, zoning, real estate, environmental permitting and municipal law. Bill has served as legal counsel to Mall of America for more than 20 years and also serves as city attorney for the city of Columbus. In addition to his practice, he has been an adjunct professor in land use law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Bill has published articles and guest commentary in Urban Land, Minnesota Business, Minneapolis Star Tribune, St. Paul Pioneer Press and the Minnesota Real Estate Journal, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on land use, zoning, municipal and environmental law.

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Erin serves as a Principal in the Minneapolis office of Transwestern and focuses on

urban office leasing. As workplace strategy specialist, Erin understands current

market trends and uses that knowledge to implement win-win solutions for owners

and tenant organizations. At Transwestern, Erin has guided the renovation and

repositioning of four CBD buildings totaling more than 5M SF.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In 2018, Erin was tapped to be part of a national advisory team as Transwestern’s

amenities expert, where she advises owners and investors of large office projects in

markets throughout the U.S. on renovation and repositioning strategies.

Since 2005, Erin has played a key role in the transformation of the Minneapolis

CBD, piloting the renovation and repositioning of nine CBD buildings totaling more

than 12M SF. Prior to joining Transwestern, Erin led the MN Chapter of the CBRE

Women’s Network.

He leads teams of strategists, architects, designers, planners, analysts and change managers who transform the “place” experience for organizations and their people. His clients include corporations and institutions that are re-envisioning their approach to real estate, facilities and the workplace. Gordon is passionate about applying both left and right brain thinking to solve his clients’ problems and to bring positive changes to people, processes and place.

Gordon has special expertise developing national or global service strategies for companies undertaking multiple projects across different regions and then partnering with these clients to consistently deliver successful workplace environments. He is a member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute and a frequent speaker on workplace topics.
