As Director of Real Estate Development for Healthcare, Ann leads all healthcare real estate for Ryan’s North region, working closely with regional healthcare partners. Her extensive background and expertise is instrumental in guiding customers and project teams from the project’s vision and strategic plan, through financial analysis and feasibility testing, and ultimately, to project execution, lease-up and tenant operations. Her responsibilities include managing project partner relationships, site selection, land acquisition, leasing, contract negotiation and the coordination of design, construction and financing. Ann’s unique understanding of strategic planning and economic development enables her to help customers develop long-term growth strategies and navigate the complex real estate development process.

As CFO and MedCraft Principal, Jon leads the financial operations of MedCraft including construction and permanent project financing. In his 20 years of industry experience, Jon has structured and financed over $3.5 billion in healthcare and real estate projects. His focus is to implement cost effective capital solutions so that occupancy costs for our health system and physician partners are as competitive as possible.

Jon has a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota where he volunteers with their Entrepreneurial Mentorship program. When not coaching his sons on a rink, diamond, or field, he enjoys camping and fishing the Boundary Waters, skiing and snowboarding, and practicing quality control at Excelsior Brewing Company where he is a founding partner.

Peter J. Coyle advises business and institutional clients on solving problems related to federal, state and local law and regulation. He represents clients before the Minnesota Legislature and state agencies, as well as cities, counties and townships, on a wide variety of business licensing, permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental review and related matters. The main focus of his practice is advising developers and contractors who are seeking local and state regulatory approvals associated with new commercial, industrial and residential land development projects.

Tamara O’Neill Moreland advises clients on complex litigation involving land use, environmental issues, construction, real estate and appellate advocacy. For over 20 years, she has litigated cases to successful conclusions against city and state agencies in state and federal court and successfully handled a wide variety of appeals. Tamara is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board-Certified Real Property Specialist, was named to Best Lawyers in America in 2020-present for Land Use and Zoning Law and has been chosen by her peers as a Super Lawyer for many years. At Larkin Hoffman, Tamara serves as the firm’s Ethics Counsel, a member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Professional Development Committee and, previously, as founder and Chair of the Diversity Committee.
