Robb Bader is the Principal and President. After college, Robb spent 8 years as an investment sales and leasing broker in the California submarkets of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. In 2008, he moved to Minneapolis and started at Bader Diamond Fund. He is in charge of new development and acquisitions for the company.

Robb graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communications. Since moving to Minneapolis, he has been involved as a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and currently serves on the MHA Board of Directors as well as the leadership committee for the MHA Young Professionals Group.

Harrison Wagenseil is a Managing Director and team lead for Transwestern’s Minneapolis-St. Paul capital markets andinvestment sales practice. Harrison has executed significant deals across the nation, working principally on behalf offamily offices, trusts, private equity shops, real estate funds and middle-market institutional and private investors. His team provides advisory and brokerage services primarily in the disposition of multi-tenant and single tenant office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties nationwide.

Tom brings more than 36 years of experience and development

Development Partners. His wealth of knowledge managing

real estate portfolios makes him an ideal advisor. Tom works

with clients and communities to negotiate acquisitions and

development agreements as well as secure financing and

entitlements. Tom’s development experience runs deep, and his

ability to identify trends allows him to create innovative market

strategies to foster new business opportunities and solve

development challenges.

Erin is a Senior Director in the Minneapolis office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. She focuses on office and industrial investment sales advisory transactions in the Greater Minneapolis area. Throughout the course of her career, Erin has advised office owners and investors on repositioning and redevelopment strategies for more than 20 million square feet of real estate across office and industrial property types.

Prior to joining JLL in March 2022, Erin worked as a Principal at a national brokerage firm, leading the downtown Minneapolis office leasing team and increasing the firm’s market share while at the helm. There, she was also instrumental in leading her team to rise to the top in the market. She is an active member of numerous philanthropic and community organizations, including the ALS Association and the Education Committee for NAIOP.

With a laser focus on expansion, Jay has sourced more than $200 million worth of acquisitions and developments since JR Hospitality was founded in 2008. With an out of the box methodology, Jay negotiates and executes development projects, franchising, construction processes and acquisition opportunities.

Anna Maria Kowalik is responsible for the business development of PACE initiatives through the marketing, education and implementation of this next generation sustainability financing option. Ms. Kowalik possesses almost 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and property management industries, including with a former Inland REIT where she last oversaw a portfolio of over 30 retail properties consisting of 3.4 million square feet with more than 500 tenants, and budgets close to a quarter billion dollars. She has been an active member of industry organizations and chambers of commerce, and liaisons with municipal, county and state governments

Megan Rogers advises local and national clients on legal and policy issues impacting land use, zoning, real estate, municipal law, regulatory matters and mining. Before joining Larkin Hoffman, she served as counsel to cities in south Florida and most recently as an assistant city attorney for the city of Bloomington, MN. Megan is a trusted advisor on board governance, real estate development, public financing, and transactional real estate matters for both private clients and municipalities.

Steven has 26 years of experience in a broad range of projects with

a focus on higher education, science and research, and healthcare

facilities. He has the unique ability to fulfill roles ranging from

programming to lead designer alongside the knowledge to fully execute

construction documents, consultant coordination, code reviews, and

construction administration. The belief that one’s environment shapes

how one works, sees and feels the world drives Steven to approach each

project individually coming to innovative and comprehensive solutions.

Jessica brings over 17 years of real estate strategy and execution

experience not only locally, but globally. She joined JLL in 2019, after

previously working for Cresa as an owner and Principal where she led

a multi-disciplinary international team. Her team optimized and

executed on a portfolio consisting of 500+ locations, 28 million square

feet, 140 countries on behalf of a Fortune 100 Medical Device

company.
