Robb Bader is the Principal and President. After college, Robb spent 8 years as an investment sales and leasing broker in the California submarkets of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. In 2008, he moved to Minneapolis and started at Bader Diamond Fund. He is in charge of new development and acquisitions for the company.

Robb graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communications. Since moving to Minneapolis, he has been involved as a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and currently serves on the MHA Board of Directors as well as the leadership committee for the MHA Young Professionals Group.

His team provides advisory and brokerage services primarily in the disposition of multi-tenant and single tenant office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties nationwide.

Erin is a Senior Director in the Minneapolis office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. She focuses on office and industrial investment sales advisory transactions in the Greater Minneapolis area. Throughout the course of her career, Erin has advised office owners and investors on repositioning and redevelopment strategies for more than 20 million square feet of real estate across office and industrial property types.

Prior to joining JLL in March 2022, Erin worked as a Principal at a national brokerage firm, leading the downtown Minneapolis office leasing team and increasing the firm’s market share while at the helm. There, she was also instrumental in leading her team to rise to the top in the market. She is an active member of numerous philanthropic and community organizations, including the ALS Association and the Education Committee for NAIOP.

Anna Maria Kowalik is responsible for the business development of PACE initiatives through the marketing, education and implementation of this next generation sustainability financing option. Ms. Kowalik possesses almost 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and property management industries, including with a former Inland REIT where she last oversaw a portfolio of over 30 retail properties consisting of 3.4 million square feet with more than 500 tenants, and budgets close to a quarter billion dollars. She has been an active member of industry organizations and chambers of commerce, and liaisons with municipal, county and state governments

feet, 140 countries on behalf of a Fortune 100 Medical Device

company.

Jessica is also the host of the real estate podcast, The Fly Through
