Ronnie Ragoff joined Shorenstein in 2004. She is responsible for overseeing

asset management activities and developing and executing investment

strategies for a portfolio of the company’s assets located in New York City,

Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Minneapolis.

Ms. Ragoff is a member of WX, an organization of senior women in New York

real estate, and serves on its membership committee. She is co-chairman of

the International/Domestic seminar committee for the Real Estate Board of

New York.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Ragoff was a senior vice president at LaSalle

Investment Management (formerly Jones Lang Wootton) where she had

worked for 23 years handling asset management for both a diversified offshore

client base and fund assets on a national basis.

Ms. Ragoff graduated from George Washington University with a B.A.,

Columbia Teachers College with an M.A. and Rutgers University with an M.B.

Dr. McGuire completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston after finishing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas. As Chairman and CEO of United Health Group, he grew the health care company from $400 million to more than $70 billion in annual revenue.

Before Dr. McGuire purchased Minnesota United, at the time known as Minnesota Stars FC, professional soccer in Minnesota was in jeopardy. After the NASL took over ownership of the team in 2011, it won the league’s first championship, but was still on the verge of folding. Then, former-league commissioner David Downs reached out to Dr. McGuire to save the team.

Interested in seeing the squad for himself, Dr. McGuire attended several matches, culminating in the home leg of the 2012 Soccer Bowl. Inspired by the atmosphere and excitement of the fans, he purchased the team following the 2012 season.

Dr. McGuire began grooming the franchise for success, using inspiration from a visit to Bayern Munich, one of Germany’s top clubs, to guide his course of action. The following March, the team was rebranded as Minnesota United FC. Dr. McGuire went to work building it not only to survive, but to thrive on and off the field, expanding the front office and building partnerships with local businesses.

As the club’s accomplishments began to pile up, Dr. McGuire started working toward building an MLS franchise. He brought together a largely local ownership group, comprised of Twins owner Jim Pohlad, Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor and Carlson board member Wendy Carlson Nelson, in addition to other prominent Minnesota families. The group began to work with MLS to bring MNUFC to the highest level of the game in the U.S. and secure the future of soccer in Minnesota.

On March 25, 2015, MLS awarded Minnesota United the league’s 23rd franchise. For Dr. McGuire, it was an emotional moment, having seen his team go from the brink of folding to the top league in the U.S. and Canada in just two years. The team’s inaugural season featured historic moments, sellouts at TCF Bank Stadium and a burgeoning match day atmosphere that ranks among the best in the league.

Dr. McGuire and the ownership group have continued to raise the profile of the club and its community by building a privately-funded, soccer-specific stadium. Allianz Field will revitalize the area, bringing in new corporate, retail and residential spaces. The stadium will be completed for the 2019 season in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul.

Showing his commitment to the community, Dr. McGuire‘s philanthropic efforts include donations to the Guthrie Theater, Walker Art Center and Gold Medal Park.

Peter J. Coyle advises business and institutional clients on solving problems related to federal, state and local law and regulation. He represents clients before the Minnesota Legislature and state agencies, as well as cities, counties and townships, on a wide variety of business licensing, permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental review and related matters. The main focus of his practice is advising developers and contractors who are seeking local and state regulatory approvals associated with new commercial, industrial and residential land development projects.

Lee Krueger began with the Saint Paul Port Authority in 2012 and was promoted to president in 2016. Lee brings to this role 30+ years' experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Lee earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Moorhead State University and master's degree in planning from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. Lee also holds a real estate broker's license in Minnesota. He is also actively involved with the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Bob founded Alatus LLC in 2005 and serves as its Principal.

Bob has been in the real estate development and investment business for over 30 years. He has been involved in numerous housing, office, and industrial projects throughout the Minneapolis Metro area. As co-founder and Principal of APEX Asset Management from 1993 to 2007, he was active in the business of property acquisition, disposition asset management, and the organization and management of investment programs. In the 1980′s, he was Local Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Residential Minnesoata where he was responsible for all of the development, construction, and management of Trammell Crow’s Minnesota residential portfolio.

He serves as Chair of the Minneapolis Convention Bureau (MEET Minneapolis), Co-Chair of the Destination Transformation 2030 master plan, and as a board member of the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Downtown Council Executive Committee. He has served previously as a Director of Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, NAIOP, and is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of Urban Land Institute.

Bob has recently been named one of Twin Cities Business Magazine’s Top 100 People to Know in 2017 and is identified as a top Influencer for the region as a key individual expected “to make an impact on local business, the regional economy and quality of life in 2017”.

As senior vice president of Retail Investment and Development, Keith Ulstad leads the company’s efforts relating to retail and mixed-use real estate acquisitions,

development and re-development opportunities. The retail group is responsible for capitalizing on United Properties’ financial strength, market knowledge and tenant relationships in the retail sector to create value in our owned-asset and client portfolios. Its focus is grocery-anchored retail, mixed-use projects with a retail component, and single-tenant net based assets.

Past Experience

Keith has been actively involved in retail investment real estate for more than 30 years as a developer, asset manager and consultant. He has been responsible for the

development or re-development of more than 25 shopping centers as an officer or partner at Carlson Companies, the Center Companies, Madison-Marquette

Realty Services and Oppidan Investment Company.

Professional and Community Involvement

He is a former chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Small Scale Development Council, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and has been admitted to the American Society of Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).

Education

Keith obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt Knisely joined Shorenstein in 2006. He is responsible for sourcing,

evaluating, negotiating, and closing capital transactions for the Eastern United

States. He serves as the Asset Team Lead for designated properties with

responsibility for developing and executing asset strategies.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Knisely was a vice president with Trilyn, LLC

where he worked on the formation, fundraising and investing of a mezzanine

debt fund. Previously, he was a vice president with L&L Acquisitions, LLC,

where he was responsible for acquisitions, fundraising and portfolio

management, and prior to L&L Acquisitions, worked as an associate in the

Acquisitions Group for The Carlyle Group’s real estate opportunity funds.

Mr. Knisely graduated from The University of Richmond with a B.A.

Jen Helm, CCIM, is an experienced managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's Minneapolis-St. Paul office, specializing in tenant representation and sale/leasing advisory services for retail and hotel properties in the Twin Cities and throughout the Midwest. The first female president of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/REALTORS (MNCAR) in 2014, Ms. Helm is an award-winning industry professional with approximately 17 years' experience and a cadre of well-known national retail clients.

Ms. Helm joined NKF in 2018. She was previously a director of brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield, where she provided landlord and tenant representation including strategic planning, market research and site selection services for retail and hospitality clients, along with shopping center sales and new hotel development consulting services.

Known for her professional and community involvement, Ms. Helm is a board member for both the MNCAR and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), serving on numerous committees within those organizations.

Richard Sprecher currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for

Aimbridge Hospitality based out of their Chicago Area Offices. His goal is to grow

the company’s third party hotel management contracts, structure Joint venture

agreements, obtain hotel receivership assignments, and identify hotels that the

company should acquire.

Aimbridge Hospitality is the largest Independent Hotel Management &

Investment Firm in the country, currently operating over 800 hotels and Resorts

in 45 states and three Countries. Ambridge operates independent properties and

hotels franchised with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Choice, Radisson, and Wyndham

Hotels.

Prior to joining Aimbridge in March of 2009, Rich spent 17 years with Choice

Hotels International as The Director of Franchise Sales for the Upper Midwest.

Selling over 215 hotel franchises in his Career and being a member of Choice’s

President Club in all but two years.

Prior to that he held senior management positions with Amerihost Properties,

Bradbury Suites Hotels, Adams’s Mark Resorts, Stouffer Hotels, and Renaissance

Hotels.

Richard Sprecher Graduated with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Stout

Hotel & Restaurant Management School and is a Certified Hotel Administrator.

Dinesh Chandiramani serves as Vice President, Development,

Americas for Radisson Hotel Group (formerly Carlson Rezidor

Hotel Group). Chandiramani is responsible for the development

of Radisson Hotel Group brands in the Western region of the

U.S. and Canada. He reports to Terry Sanders, Chief

Development Officer, Americas.

Chandiramani brings more than 29 years of senior level

leadership in the Construction and Real Estate Development

industries. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Chandiramani

founded America TMC, a non-institutional, boutique private

equity firm and leading capital provider to the real estate

industry across all categories, including residential, commercial,

retail and industrial. He also served as CEO of Hyphen

Construction Group and President of Response Remediation

Services.

Chandiramani attended Texas Tech University. Throughout his

career he has been very involved in the community serving as a

Board Member and Advisor for organizations such as Hope for

the Silent Voices, which brings attention and resources to

severely disadvantaged and abused children around the world.

Matt Hazelton is a Director of the National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap. He has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, transacting more than $400 million in investment property sales. Matt has worked with a diverse network of clients ranging from individual investors to larger institutions. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Legislative Committee of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association. Matt holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Minnesota.
