Louis is a highly accomplished construction executive, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record in leading teams in successful execution and delivery of projects with multiple product types including office, industrial, retail, lodging and multi-family. His strength as a leader is evident in his ability to motivate teams to achieve results beyond expectations.

Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Louis has continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability. With a broad base of construction knowledge, he brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of real estate development and how it relates to construction project delivery.

Renee Kirscht-Rascher

Current Responsibilities

In her new role as Senior Vice President of Development Operations, Renee is responsible for ensuring that all development projects are executed successfully in coordination with our development company and our development market leaders. This includes managing the project production reporting, established contractual milestone events and approval of new pursuits/commitments, contracts/vendors, process compliance and due diligence. She will also be responsible for overseeing construction contracts, value engineering and other development processes while working closely with our corporate counsel, analyst and asset management teams.

Past Experience

Renee joined United Properties in March of 2020. A Twin Cities commercial real estate veteran, Renee spent 24 years at NTH, Inc., most recently as principal and senior project manager. Renee was responsible for managing multiple complex real estate, design and construction projects. She has a proven track record of exceeding budget expectations and managing decisions to meet critical project milestones while aligning client business goals with their real estate strategy. Renee worked on key projects such as Ecolab, HealthPartners and the Ordway Center of Performing Arts.

Professional and Community Involvement

Renee was an active member of MNCREW from 2008-2019 and has been on the MSPBJ Woman Leadership Council since 2017. She has also been on the Visitation School Board since 2019.

Education

Renee graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design.

Kelly McNamara

Kelly provides oversight of Mortenson's construction and field operations across Minnesota, Iowa and the Dakotas. She joined Mortenson in 2000 after earning her degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

She was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2015 for Women in Business and in 2017 as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient. She was also recognized by Midwest Engineering-News Record in 2017 as a Top Young Professional.

Kelly has been involved with building Target Field, FedEx Forum, Sprint Center, 4Marq, Rafter, and Mayo Clinic Square.

Judy Ring is a Business Recruitment Executive for Xcel Energy. has worked for Xcel Energy for 19 years. In her current role in Economic Development, Judy works to locate businesses in one of the 8 state Xcel Energy Serves. Judy has worked in National Accounts, Demand Side Management and other areas of the company.

Judy has an MBA from Concordia College and an BAS in Energy Management from Bismarck State University.

Judy lives in Minneapolis with her husband. In her spare time she follows professional sports, the WNBA being her favorite. She is a runner and competes in Triathlons.
