Kevin Reynolds is Executive Vice President and Regional President, Director of Sales for United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc. with $14 billion in assets and over 80 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Formerly president and director of sales for Cardinal Financial Corporation, Kevin joined United Bank in April 2017, following its acquisition of Cardinal Bank. Prior to establishing Cardinal Bank with a select group of community bankers in 1998, he held executive and management positions with several leading area financial institutions, including George Mason Bank and American Security Bank. Kevin’s volunteer efforts, business expertise, and hands-on support have helped organizations throughout the area raise funds and awareness for their causes. His contributions have made a difference to organizations as diverse as the American Heart Association, Cornerstones, The Economic Club of Washington, DC, Rotary International, The Gladney Center for Adoption, Children’s Science Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Homestretch and The Martin Luther King, Jr. Cultural Foundation. He serves as chairman of the United Cardinal Classic, an annual golf tournament that has raised $5.3 million to benefit Inova Kellar Center and community organizations around the area. Kevin’s contributions toward improving the quality of life in the region are widely recognized and reflect his years of service and dedication. He was elected board chairman of the 2015 World Police & Fire Games, the second largest multi-sport event in the world, surpassed only by the Summer Olympic Games. He was awarded the 2012 Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year for Large Businesses, and was finalist for the 2012 Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Executive Leader of the Year. Kevin was named the 2010 Business Citizen of the Year by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce and was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2009 as one of Washington’s most outstanding fundraising volunteers. That same year, he was honored by Leadership Fairfax with a Regional Leadership Award for fundraising leadership. A graduate of The College of William and Mary, Reynolds earned an MBA in Finance/Business from The George Washington University. He lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife, Stacey, their two children, and two golden retrievers.

P. David Bramble has been working in real estate investment for over 20 years. He dedicates his time to sourcing & capitalizing transactions and overseeing project underwriting and execution. As a corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm –Madison Funding – which he co- founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of Steptoe & Johnson LLP where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space. David serves as the Chairman of the Board of Lendistry, a fintech enabled CDFI focused on providing small business capital to underserved communities nationwide. He serves on the investment committee and board of the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation which invests in innovative people, projects, and ideas that improve the quality of life in Baltimore and beyond. He also serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, UPENN Institute for Urban Research, The Abell Foundation, and Baltimore Tree Trust. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and A.B. from Princeton University. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Marc Elrich was elected as Montgomery County Executive on Nov. 6, 2018. He had previously served three terms (12 years) on the Montgomery County Council as an at-large member, being first elected in 2006. He served as a Councilmember on the Takoma Park City Council from 1987-2006. For 17 years, he was a teacher at Rolling Terrace Elementary School in Takoma Park. As a County Councilmember, he was the chief sponsor of several landmark pieces of legislation and programs. He led the successful effort to increase the Montgomery County minimum wage in coordination with surrounding jurisdictions to $11.50 an hour and subsequent legislation that will eventually increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour. He was the first elected official to propose building a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system throughout the County to address Montgomery's transportation and environmental problems. Ground was broken in Fall 2018 for the first BRT line, which will run along Route 29. Throughout his political career, he has been a champion of improving tenants' rights and for making developers pay for a greater share of the infrastructure cost to build schools and transportation solutions. He was a leader in the fight to preserve Ten Mile Creek in the Clarksburg area by limiting the proposed development that would have threatened the health of Montgomery County's last best stream which flows into the County's backup water reservoir.

Elana Fine is the Chief Executive Officer of VWG Wealth Management. As a member of VWG’s executive team, Elana oversees VWG’s financial management, client services operations, human resources, professional development, compliance and marketing. She also works closely with our partners to guide the future growth and development of the organization. Before joining VWG, Elana served as the Executive Director of University of Maryland’s Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, where she provided strategic vision and leadership for one of the nation’s preeminent university entrepreneurship centers. Elana began her career as a technology consultant with Accenture and subsequently worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns and Revolution Partners. She earned a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 1997 and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business in 2002.

As a Principal with StonebridgeCarras, Kent Marquis focuses on financial strategies relative to acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. He manages relationships with current and prospective financing partners, directs the underwriting of potential investment properties, manages the firm’s investment assets, and reports on all investments to lenders and investors. He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry with complex joint venture structures spanning a diverse range of property types. Prior to joining StonebridgeCarras, Mr. Marquis worked in public accounting with Reznick Group in audit/compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Husson University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Marquis served as co-chair of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association Capital Markets Committee from 2014-2016. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves as a mentor in the ULI Mentorship Program.

Marc Dubick, Principal/President, has over 38 years of experience as an institutional real estate investor and developer. Prior to Duball, Mr. Dubick served as Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, one of the country's largest real estate pension fund advisors. Following 17 successful years at Lowe, Mr. Dubick formed Duball, LLC in 2004. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment, development or redevelopment of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties. Mr. Dubick earned his J.D. from the Washington School of Law at American University, a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and graduated from the Gilman School in Baltimore. He has participated in the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Dubick has been active in the lacrosse community having played at the University of Maryland and been president of Bethesda Youth Lacrosse Club.

Chelsea Andrews has served as President/Executive Director of HOC since July 2022. Before joining HOC, Ms. Andrews worked as a visionary thought leader and strategic executive for over 15 years in both large-scale operations and legal fields for mission-based organizations, leading agencies in both the homeless and affordable housing sectors, with the goal of being a bridge builder and community transformer. Most recently she served as the Executive Director of EveryOne Home, a ‘collective impact initiative’ and HUD designated Continuum of Care bringing together key stakeholders representing Alameda County and 14 cities in California (including Oakland and Berkeley) to prevent and end homelessness for nearly 10,000 individuals. Previously, Ms. Andrews served as the Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the District of Columbia Housing Authority, with a portfolio of 8,500 public housing units, 13,000 vouchers and a budget of more than $400 million and approximately 900 staff and 40,000 clients. She is a tireless advocate for ending homelessness, preserving and creating affordable housing, social justice and strengthening communities. She attended Florida A & M University, earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from The George Washington University Law School. Ms. Andrews has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is admitted to practice in the Maryland State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Andrews was appointed to the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee in 2018 by the Montgomery County Executive and subsequently was reappointed to and elected Chair for the 2020-2021 term. Ms. Andrews curated a course on the Impact of Housing Segregation on the Black Community and was an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Maryland College Park School of Policy. She is a member of the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) and served as an At-Large member on the Executive Board for the Mid-Atlantic Region Council and the Bylaws Committee. She was the Co-Founder of a Housing Equity Task Force advocating for policy reform to address the impact of systemic and structural racial segregation in housing. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her daughter and volunteering in her hometown of Wheaton, Maryland.

Stephanie Roodman, Vice President of Real Estate Development. Stephanie joined MHP in 2006 with a dual role as project manager and MHP’s in-house general counsel. She was promoted to Senior Project Manager, then Director of Real Estate and recently the Vice President of Real Estate. In her role as Vice President, Stephanie is responsible for new acquisitions and guiding the entire real estate team. She is also responsible for the success of both renovation and ground-up development projects, including assembling and directing the consulting teams, obtaining project entitlements, negotiating project financing, and overseeing project construction and lease-up. Prior to joining MHP, Roodman was a senior associate at a boutique, affordable housing law firm, in Washington, DC from 2003-2006. She was a senior staff counsel for the Illinois Housing Development Authority from 1995-2003. Roodman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her Master of Urban Planning and Policy degree from the University of Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago.

Stephen Morel is the Chief Executive Officer and was formerly the Chief Investment Officer of the Montgomery County Green Bank. He comes to the Green Bank with a professional background in corporate and project finance, with a particular interest in the use of public and private funds to fill market gaps and catalyze investment into high impact sectors. Stephen brings his strong skills in financial management and project-related investment to the Green Bank in order to accelerate the deployment of programs and products towards achieving the Bank’s clean energy and energy efficiency objectives.

Bob Elliott has over 20 years of real estate experience and is currently Chief Executive Officer for Lantian Development, a small, privately held, real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Lantian invests exclusively in the Washington, DC region and has acquired operating properties, value add investments and large tracts of land, totaling over 300 acres and 1.2 million square feet. Prior to joining Lantian, Bob held leadership positions at Washington REIT, Clark Enterprises and JBG and he has developed more than two million square feet of commercial, multifamily, retail and mixed-use development in the Washington, DC region with total development value in excess of $1 billion.

John L. Ziegenhein is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Chevy Chase Land Company, overseeing the company’s new development and two-million square feet of commercial and residential properties. John has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and management, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at McCaffery, Inc. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., Urban Land Institute, and National Multifamily Housing Council. John currently serves on the Land Company’s Executive Committee, and is active locally serving on the Board of the Arlington Food Assistance Center and Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing.

Mr. Edelstein is a Principal with Roadside and has 20 years of expertise in retail leasing, acquisitions, and design. He currently leads all acquisitions for Roadside and has been instrumental is growing the company holdings over the last 15 years. As either an owner or owner’s representative, Mr. Edelstein has participated in the leasing and design of over 3,000,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use projects. A great example of such was the successful merchandising and leasing of Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center. Through his efforts the project was leased to first class retailers such as Wegmans, REI, Apple, PF Chang's, Sport & health, Ann Taylor LOFT, Chico’s, White House Black Market, Starbucks, DSW, Orvis, and many more. Mr. Edelstein also led the retail and office leasing at City Ridge which is currently 100% leased in the including Wegman’s (first location in DC), International Baccalaureate, Equinox, Cava Corporate Headquarters, Industrious, Lunara, King Street Oyster Bar, Taco Bamba and KinderCare. Mr. Edelstein was instrumental in the curating of retail and placemaking at the City Ridge project. As part of his retail expertise, he represents multiple tenants in their searchesfor hard to find financially viable locations. Mr. Edelstein has successfully rolled out the expansion of retailers such as Potbelly Sandwich Works in the District making them a model for success for all other fast casual food chains seeking expansion. He currently serves as the national broker for award winning restaurant Taco Bamba and has successfully negotiated 20 locations for them and led their expansion in 5 states. He has represented multiple James Beard winning Chefs and restauranteurs including 2 Chef of the Year winners. Other Tenants exclusively represented included LensCrafters, Sun Glass Hut, Ray Ban and Hour Eyes. Mr. Edelstein holds a BA from Ithaca College where he was a two-time captain of the Wrestling team as well as a NCAA All-American. Mr. Edelstein was named a partner in the company, Roadside Development, LLC in 2015.

Nancy P. Regelin uses her skills as a strategic thinker, communicator, and manager to implement the vision of land owners, developers, and creative consultants to create great places for us to live, work and play. One of her true strengths lies in the trust and relationships she builds with elected officials, staff, community leaders, professional consultants, and other attorneys that she can draw upon to creatively solve problems. In a recent assignment, Nancy was selected as outside local zoning counsel for Marriott International, to serve on their site selection and entitlement team for its new international headquarters site in Bethesda, Maryland.
