Why This Matters

Prince George's County may not have received HQ2 — but there's enough of a development boom to sweep Amazon to the side. From the potential of the Purple Line to massive mixed use developments underway, PG County has more than enough potential, at locations including New Carrollton, National Harbor, and even Largo Town Center.

But despite all the young talent flocking to PG County for academia, the challenge becomes giving these young professionals to stay - and build - Prince George's County to make the ultimate live/work/play environment. How can developers step into the fray?

Join the masterful developers shaping Prince George's County and building the region. Learn everything you need to know about the county's future and how you can get in on the action.
