The Hotel at the University of Maryland

The Hotel at the University of Maryland offers 297 guest rooms and 43K SF of meeting space in a 10-story structure located just opposite the University of Maryland campus in College Park. The Hotel is working in partnership with the university, but is independently owned and operated by Southern Management Corporation.

Guests walking into the hotel are welcomed by a grand lobby with beautiful furnishings, displays of local artwork, and exceptional customer service. Guest rooms, which average 450 square feet, are the largest in town, and The Hotel boasts 29 signature suites of varying sizes. A fitness center, indoor pool and a 5,200 SF Red Door Salon & Spa are located on the property’s fourth floor. The Hotel also features an expansive lobby bar, 4 on-site restaurants and 10 event spaces including a 10th story penthouse space with sweeping views of the campus.​
