Its contemporary designs are intended to help spark conversation and foster collaboration, making each location an ideal place to bring teams or clients together for an offsite session.

etc.venues Manchester, Piccadilly is located on the eighth floor of a vibrant mixed-use building in the city centre. The venue offers 15 meeting rooms of various sizes across 19,000 square-feet and has a maximum capacity of 300 guests. This location is well-suited for corporate training and the self-contained private event wing can serve small conferences or internal meetings.

The design of the space reflects the vibrance of Manchester with colorful furnishings and eclectic artwork throughout. etc.venues Manchester, Piccadilly offers select branding and signage opportunities, in-house communal catering-of-the-day, in-room plug-and-play technology, and shared hospitality resources.

The location is at the centre of a transport hub and is easily accessible via the mainline and tram stations.

Simon joined Aviva in January 2022 to help establish Aviva Capital Partners as a new business within the group, investing the Aviva’s proprietary balance capital into projects and infrastructure in the UK.

Simon brings nearly 30 years of expertise in funding and delivering major projects in the UK, with considerable experience in forming and managing joint venture partnerships and strategic alliances. His background covers funding and financing of large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects, as well as executive leadership.

During his 8 years as CEO of a large privately owned development and investment business, Simon led the delivery of over £1bn of large-scale regional regeneration projects, including a 300-acre multi-phase, mixed-use development to the east of Leeds (Thorpe Park), a new 25-acre living and working community with curated public realm in Salford (Middlewood Locks) and a new digital campus for Sheffield City Centre.

Simon has a substantial track record in working in partnership with local, regional and national government and has worked extensively with international partners from the US, Singapore and the Far East.

Alongside his role with Aviva, Simon is also a board member of the Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation, the UK’s first town-centre focused MDC.

His recent work includes transforming best‑in‑class office assets such as 25 Moorgate in the City of London and the Davidson Building in London’s West End, as well as delivering large, prime logistics schemes at Omega West in Warrington and Momentum in Rainham.

At Deepki, she built and led the UK business from inception—scaling to 4,000+ assets, growing a 45-person team, and securing the company’s first global partnership with CBRE, inc. expansion to the US and APAC. Under her leadership, Deepki UK won Proptech of the Year 2023 at the Property Week Awards.

Driven by a belief that technology should solve real problems—not create new ones—Katie focuses on innovation that delivers tangible, enduring value for the people and systems shaping the built world.

Alongside her role at re:sustain, she is a Non-Executive Director at Trustek and Board Advisor to MeterZ, mentors emerging leaders at City, University of London, and is completing an Executive MBA at Imperial College London, where she was awarded the Inspiring Women Scholarship for leadership and industry impact.

He also operates nationally as RSM’s tax lead for real estate and construction, an industry he is passionate about due to the people and complex challenges involved in constructing a property. He loves nothing more than putting on his hard hat, high-vis jacket and steel-toe-capped boots to visit a client’s latest construction project.
