Event Summary

Second quarter data from the Manchester Office Agents Forum shows takeup of office space in Manchester city centre was more than double the same period in 2017, reaching 769,118 SF for the first half of the year. According to Deloitte's 2018 Manchester Crane Survey, 532K SF of new city centre office space is due for completion this year, with a further 922K SF due for completion in 2019.

Demand for office space is evident, so who is buying and what areas are they targeting? And as new tenants flood in, what amenities are they demanding for their workforce? Find out this and more at The Manchester Office Mania as we bring the city’s most prominent CRE professionals to discuss major trends and issues facing the market today.
