  • Detailed information on the city's new players, key projects, deal types and site selection strategies.

  • With projects completing or underway in 2023 such as Soho House, Maya, Trinity Islands, Co-op Live, The University of Manchester Campus Masterplan, find out where the top owners/developers/investors are seeing opportunities for profit.

  • Real estate’s role in the Levelling Up Agenda, and if investors are still confident in Manchester's real estate market.

  • How the current transport system is impacting investment decisions and the economic growth of the city.

  • How to position available assets for long term growth by taking into account what Manchester's tenants are looking for when designing and developing infrastructure.

How You'll Do More Business: Despite the current macro-economic environment, there is a strong demand for super prime assets with strong ESG credentials from domestic and international investors in Manchester. CBRE reports that £436m across 15 transactions was invested in Manchester's city centre office market in 2022, which is 36% below the total investment volume in 2021, "but the highest investment volume across the UK’s “Big Six” cities’ investment markets".

Make informed business decisions by understanding the major projects in Manchester and how they are positioned to fundamentally benefit the end-user. Hear from top developers, investors, and advisors across office, residential and mixed-use developments about market analysis, supply and demand dynamics, the tools attracting and retaining tenants in a rising cost environment, where there is room for opportunities, and how ESG, tech and design trends are shaping future portfolios to ensure Manchester's competitive advantage.
