Jaime Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Jamison group of companies, a

privately-held, family-run real estate business, which controls over 18 million square feet

of commercial office, retail, medical, and multifamily properties throughout Southern

California.  Jamison has been one of the largest commercial landlords in Los Angeles

for the past twenty-five years. Since 2014, it has quickly become one of the city’s most

active multifamily developers as well, bringing to market 5,000 units with an additional

2,500 units currently under construction and 7,500 more in development.

Earning both BA and JD degrees from the University of Southern California, the Los

Angeles native currently sits on the USC Board of Trustees where she co-chairs the

Alumni Affairs and University Development committee and sits on the Executive, Audit

Compliance Risk & Privacy, Nominating & Governance, and Academic Affairs

committees. She is also a member of the Board of Councilors for the USC Dornsife

College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and an Executive Committee member of the USC

Lusk Center for Real Estate. A longtime university volunteer, Jaime previously served

as President of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors and President of the

USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association Board of Directors. Jaime is active with her high

school alma mater, where she is a member of the Harvard-Westlake Board of Trustees

and a founding member of its inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Jaime is also involved in a number of civic and non-profit organizations at the city, state,

and community levels. She has served the City of Los Angeles as an appointed

commissioner under three different mayoral administrations. Appointed by Mayor Eric

Garcetti, she was elected President of the Board of Harbor Commissioners for the Port

of Los Angeles in April 2018, the largest container port by trade volume in the western

hemisphere. She also serves on the Mayor’s International Advisory Council and as co-

chair of the public-private partnership non-profit Global LA. She previously served for

four years as President of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System Board

of Administration, which oversees the City’s $22 billion employee pension fund, and on

the boards for the Industrial Development Authority and the Quality and Productivity

Commission. She currently serves the State of California as Vice Chair of the California

Film Commission and previously spent seven years as a commissioner on the Speech

Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. Jaime is active in the

community as a board member of the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the

Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 where she sits on the Executive, Compensation,

and Conflicts committees, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council & Town Hall, and the

Korean American Foundation Advisory Board.

Recognized for her professional and civic contributions, Jaime has been named one of

the 500 most influential people in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal every year

since 2018. She was honored by Asia Society Southern California as their 2020 Urban

Visionary, by the USC School of Architecture with their 2021 Distinguished Business

Leadership Award, and in 2022 with the LA Parks Foundation’s Rose Award and a Los

Angeles Times Woman of Influence Award.

She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their three children.

Maki Nakamura Bara, President & Co-Founder of The Chartres Lodging Group, LLC and Chairman of the Board for affiliated management company, Sightline Hospitality, is a leading expert in investing in and repositioning urban hotels and resorts. Since the formation of Chartres Lodging in 2002, she has acquired and repositioned approximately $5 billion of lodging assets in the U.S. and Japan and completed more than $1 billion in the redevelopment of these assets. In recognition of her extensive experience in the lodging sector, particularly in acquisitions, asset management, development management and her role in the growth of the two companies, Ms. Nakamura Bara was recognized as the top "40 Under 40" by M&A Advisor, received the ''Best Executive" Stevie Award for Women in Business, was named a "Woman of Influence” in commercial real estate by Real Estate Southern California magazine, was a three-time honoree of Bisnow’s Power Women LA and recently honored as one of Hotel Management’s 2021 Influential Women in Hospitality. She is also a frequent speaker at various industry conferences. Ms. Nakamura Bara’s previous experience includes participating in the formation and growth of the lodging activities of Lend Lease Real Estate and Strategic Hotel Capital. She has also worked at Oxford Capital Partners, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the hospitality consulting division. Ms. Nakamura Bara is a graduate of UCLA and is fluent in spoken Japanese.

Randy Fifield blazed a trail many women chose not to pursue. With a design-forward, yet practical approach for creating spaces that felt and worked better for people, Randy set herself apart from competition in the industry. She partnered with her husband Steve in 1999, and together they completed multiple successful development projects including an $80 million renovation of the Chicago Civic Opera House, and the $800 million K Station development with 2,145 units in five apartment towers in Chicago’s up-and-coming West Loop. Randy now oversees the design, marketing, and execution of development projects across key markets.

She has been honored by the LA Lakers and Comerica Bank as Business Woman of the Year in Los Angeles. In Chicago, Randy was Connect Media’s 2017 Women in Real Estate Honoree, was the recipient of the 2017 Women in Construction Woman of the Year Award and has been honored by Chicago Business Journal and Crain’s as a notable female executive.

Randy attended Northwestern University. She serves as a board member of Northwestern Prentice Hospital and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Randy and family have donated The Fifield Family Labor and Delivery at Northwestern Prentice Hospital and the Fifield Family Bridge at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

The road since Harvard Business School has been a rewarding one for Lisa St. John. She joined Trammell Crow right after graduation, working in the Washington, DC, office before moving to LA. Prior to business school, she worked as a banker for Citibank in Tokyo. She loves her job, especially “putting together complex deals and coordinating the many facets of a successful transaction.” Lisa enjoys going to work every day and negotiating industry challenges, including evolving tenant space needs as buildings aim to be more of a lifestyle location. Landlords now offer tenants more amenities than before, driving the popularity of pet-friendly buildings and interactive outdoor space. Lisa encourages women to continue entering this dynamic and diversifying industry, but cautions them to make sure they love it as “it can still be a challenging career for women.” Outside of the office, Lisa has her hands full with her four children.

Reon Roski serves as CEO of Majestic Realty, a position she was appointed to in May 2022. A

Board Member since 1997, Reon joined the company as Senior Counsel and Managing Director

in 2007. Reon is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the

continued growth of Majestic’s portfolio.

Reon is the granddaughter of the company’s late founder, Edward P. Roski, Sr., and daughter of

its current President and Chairman of the Board, Edward P. Roski, Jr.

Prior to coming in-house, Reon served as a highly-respected real estate attorney for two Los

Angeles-based law firms where she managed numerous large, complex and innovative real

estate transactions, averaging more than 18 million square feet of transactions per year.

A graduate of both the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School, Reon

completed extensive studies abroad, including graduate school in China.  Fluent in Mandarin,

Reon worked for the Chinese government on real estate matters.

Reon has been named one of the “Women at the Top” by Commercial Real Estate Women

(CREW) and one of Bisnow’s LA Power Women.  She is a member of YPO, Chief Executives

Nadine Watt is CEO of Watt Capital Partners. Nadine brings over 25

years of real estate expertise and an entrepreneurial drive to her

position, where she oversees day-to-day activities and strategic planning

for all commercial investment activities including acquisitions,

development, and asset management for the company’s 6 million-

square-foot portfolio.

Previously, Nadine served as President of Watt Companies. In 2011, she

led a strategic reorganization of the company that moved the firm

beyond traditional property management and leasing to a focus on

acquisitions and real estate development, as well as joint venture opportunities. Nadine played a key

role in launching Watt Companies’ acquisition division – Watt Investment Partners – that now actively

invests $60 million in a variety of property types across the Western United States.

Throughout her 20-year tenure at Watt Companies, Nadine has touched all facets of the company’s

operations, including the development of thousands of apartment units and numerous shopping

centers. Nadine was also responsible for a widely celebrated multi-million-dollar renovation program at

Watt Plaza, a 920,000 square foot, Class-A office building in Century City. The building was certified

Platinum LEED and was recognized by BOMA International with an award for Outstanding Building of the

Year.

Nadine was recently inducted as the President of the University of Southern California Board of

Governors and serves as Vice-Chair of the Lusk Center for Real Estate, as well as on the USC Associates

Board of Directors. She was the first woman to be named Chair of the Los Angeles Business Council, a

position she held for 7 years and is now the immediate past chair. She is a Board Member of Fisker Inc.

(FSR) chairing the Compensation Committee, Visionary Women, and the City of Hope Los Angeles Real

Estate & Construction Industries Council.

Nadine received the Century City Citizen of the Year award in 2017 and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year

award in 2018. Nadine has also been the subject of a spotlight piece in the Los Angeles Times

highlighting her career path and business success. She has also previously held Board Positions on two

other publicly traded companies, The New Home Company (NWHM) and 1 st Century Bank.

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Nadine also holds a Master of Arts

degree from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California.

Nadine currently resides in Beverly Hills with her husband Andrew Jameson and their two daughters,

Keira and Reese Jameson.

Sue has been involved in real estate finance for over 20 years in a variety of roles. With TCR since 2004, Sue oversees debt and equity financing for TCR’s new developments in the Western United States. In addition, she oversees asset management and dispositions for TCR’s remaining West Coast operating properties and land holdings. Prior to joining TCR, Sue was a Vice President and Manager of the National Accounts group at Bank of the West, where she originated and managed loans for for-sale residential, apartment, retail, office, industrial and land/land development projects. Earlier, Sue served as a Vice President at Citicorp, in the Commercial Real Estate Group, and was involved in loan work-outs, asset disposition (OREO and loans) and investment banking. Sue graduated from Claremont McKenna College and earned her MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Robin Potts is the Co-Head of Real Estate Investments and Director of Acquisitions for Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC. Ms. Potts has been with Canyon for 11 years and is responsible for overseeing the origination and acquisitions of debt and equity investments across Canyon’s real estate platforms and holds a seat on all real estate investment committees. During her tenure at Canyon, Ms. Potts has facilitated the acquisition, financing and development of over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes including multifamily, condominiums, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, student housing and mixed-use. Ms. Potts previously worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Credit Suisse in Los Angeles and focused on equity, debt, and M&A transactions in the mortgage real estate investment trust sector. Ms. Potts is a graduate of Harvard University, and received a B.A. degree in Economics.

Tammy Harpster serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Roundtree Properties. Her real estate career includes co-founding LaTerra Development, a Southern California development company with more than 3,000 multifamily units under construction with an estimated value at completion of more than $2 billion. She also served as a fund manager for a real estate opportunity fund as well as an investment advisor for hundreds of millions of dollars of residential and commercial assets.

Prior to LaTerra, she was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Phoenix Realty Group (PRG) and ran the firm’s San Diego Smart Growth Fund, a $90 million workforce housing opportunity fund with institutional investors such as CalPERS, Washington Mutual, and Northwestern Mutual. Ms. Harpster was also Assistant Vice President for Buchanan Street Partners, a leading real estate investment management firm, where she closed $300 million and managed over $600 million in commercial assets across four funds. Early in her career, she managed $125 million of pharmaceutical, biotech, and microelectronic construction development projects for DPR.

Ms. Harpster holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University.

Robin Hughes joined the Housing Partnership Network as its

President and Chief Executive Officer in 2022. She brings over 35 years of

experience in the affordable housing and community development

sector. As HPN’s chief executive, Hughes leads a collective network of

the nation’s leading affordable housing and community development

nonprofits and oversees the vision, strategy, and sustainability of

practitioner-driven peer exchange, policy, and innovation/R&D to spark

systems change and social enterprises that solve for closing the gaps in

the sector. Hughes also manages a portfolio of businesses co-designed and/or launched with network

members, which currently include Housing Partnership Fund (CDFI), Housing Partnership Insurance

Exchange, Framework Homeownership®, and the Charter School Financing Partnership.

Prior to joining HPN, Hughes served as the President and CEO of Abode Communities for 26 years. Abode

Communities is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit architect, developer, manager, and operator of service-

enhanced affordable housing. Under her leadership, Hughes transformed the organization into one of the

nation’s top developers and the premier provider of environmentally sustainable affordable housing in

California. During Hughes’ tenure, Abode Communities developed more than 50 residential and mixed-use

communities; created new affordable homes for over 12,000 California residents and provided a social

safety net for its residents through Beyond Homes, the organization’s substantive resident services program.

Early in her career, Hughes held positions in the private and public sectors including The Richmond Group

of Companies, Citibank, the Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles, and the

Office of the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles. Hughes received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in

public administration from the University of Southern California and certification from the executive program

in Community Development at Harvard Kennedy School.

Rosie has over 15 years’ industry experience and is responsible for acquisition, development, construction, operations and disposition activities in Southern California and Phoenix. She is a registered professional engineer, licensed real estate broker, and serves on JPI’s Investment Committee. Rosie received both her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and her Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management and Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Maria R. Hawthorne was named CEO and elected to the Board of Directors on July 1, 2016. She has been President of PS Business Parks since August 2015. She has been with PS Business Parks and its predecessors for over three decades, having served numerous managerial roles in her tenure with the Company. In 2013 she was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer and from 2004 - 2013, Maria was responsible for PS Business Parks property operations in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Florida. She holds a BA from Pomona College in International Relations.

RealtyMogul.com CEO Jilliene Helman grew up discussing real estate around the dinner table with her family and always knew she wanted to do it as a profession. Her greatest rewards come from watching and helping her team grow. She says she likes to hire people who can “punch above their weight class” and watch them excel in ways they didn’t think they were capable of. Sandra Jacobson is a partner at Allen Matkins in the firm's Orange County office. Sandy has extensive experience in representing sellers and buyers in complex and portfolio projects involving industrial and office properties.

Karin Liljegren has dedicated her career to revitalization and the power of adaptive reuse to enrich a community. In 1999, she worked on the very first projects under Los Angeles’s Adaptive Reuse Ordinance, which launched her nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities of adaptive reuse. Karin is a thought leader in the community and is active with city and county officials in crafting policies that ease the challenges of working on existing buildings. Her impact created the return of historic downtown Los Angeles as a livable, walkable neighborhood.

Karin founded Omgivning in 2009. The firm uncovers potential in underutilized buildings and spaces transforming them into hotels, multifamily housing, offices, restaurants, and bars. Julie is a partner and Co-Chair of the Century City Real Estate practice, and focuses her practice on a variety of real estate transactional law matters. She represents purchasers and sellers in the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale transactions for office, residential, and industrial real property, including note purchases and subsequent foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure processes. Her practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of commercial, industrial, and retail leases of projects throughout the West Coast, including build-to-suit transactions, for clients ranging from entrepreneurial individuals and entities to real estate investment trusts and other highly sophisticated institutional investors. Julie has been involved in several presentations on real estate matters, including “Tax Increment Development Districts: Another Tool in the Economic Development Toolbox” for the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and “How Local Governments are Keeping Up with the Issue of Sustainability” at the Urban Land Institute of Los Angeles’ Eighth Annual Marketplace Conference on Sustainable Development in the Urban Marketplace.

Tonya joined Alliance in 2004 and has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Most recently serving as Vice President of Operations in Southern California, Ms. Decker is responsible for the operational oversight of our third-party assets, including multifamily and retail, and is a key player in Alliance’s new business and client relations efforts. During her tenure, Ms. Decker has successfully led many innovative and high-profile developments, has played a vital role in the acquisition of current and future business, and has been a vocal leader in the development and growth of our company initiatives and policy. Ms. Decker studied abroad at Oxford University (England) and Heidelberg University (Germany), and has been recognized over the years as a top performer for our company, receiving the Regional Vice President award in 2014 and the Alliance Icon award in 2016.

Shauna L. Mattis is a Senior Vice President at JLL and has over 19 years of experience in retail commercial brokerage. Mrs. Mattis leads the company in client management and leasing services throughout Southern California. Shauna serves as an advocate for her clients in identifying, negotiating and completion of new stores, relocations, expansions and renewals. She is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property's full potential. Shauna began her real estate career in 1998 as a leasing agent with Kirnan Commercial working on the development of Valencia Marketplace, a 750,000 sf promotional center, in Santa Clarita. Her clients include REIT's, developers, receivers, institutional and professional shopping center owners. She has extensive experience in anchor tenant leasing and shopping center repositioning. She is also a specialist in leasing and selling underutilized and excess retailer-owned real estate. Through her portfolio of properties, she has successfully completed leases with many of the active retail chain tenants in the industry.

Mrs. Mattis graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Business Administration. Ms. Alworth joined George Smith Partners in late 2017 as Senior Vice President.

Olga and her team have closed over $300,000,000 debt and equity transactions in

2018.

Ms. Alworth has over twelve years of experience working in CRE financing. She

started her career as a Production Analyst working at ARCS Commercial Mortgage

(now PNC Bank) in Calabasas, a DUS Agency Lender specializing in Multifamily

financing. Her position at ARCS was instrumental in establishing her underwriting

knowledge and love for the business.

Ms. Alworth moved onto the Mortgage Brokerage side with a position at Meridian

Capital Group in their Los Angeles office. Ms. Alworth was responsible for overseeing

the entire process of placing, negotiating and closing debt for multifamily and

commercial loans. During her ten-year tenure at Meridian, Ms. Alworth successfully

closed over $1.4B in financing representing over 400 transactions.

Native to Los Angeles, Ms. Alworth received her Bachelor’s degree from Cal State

Northridge in Finance and Real Estate and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from

Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Ms. Alworth loves to travel and has

visited several countries in Asia and Europe. Next on the list: Greece.

As EVP of Property Management, Kayce Hawk manages operations, strategic planning, impact initiatives, and business development of Rising’s property management assignments and teams. Kayce was an integral part of Rising’s reposition and sale of Rising's signature project PacMutual. Her expertise in project management combined with a prior career in accounting lent itself well to streamlining the multiple repositioning projects that took place at PacMutual.

Prior to joining Rising Realty Partners in 2014, Kayce managed 4.6 million sq. ft. of Class A industrial buildings for institutional owners in Seattle. In 2011, Kayce completed her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM. Kayce also earned a bachelor’s in communication from Seattle Pacific University.

Outside of the office, Kayce's passion has been horsemanship since the age of five. It's an art she plans to craft for the rest of her life. From 2008 to 2013 she worked as a part time riding instructor for children on the weekends. Since her move to Los Angeles, Kayce purchased a young horse and spends her weekends at the barn riding through Vasquez Rocks. She also enjoys hiking, camping, eating and cooking great food, and kickboxing.

Lia Tatevosian is currently Vice President, Operations Manager for Swinerton, with oversight of the

Aviation, Civic, Special Projects, Seismic/Adaptive Reuse and Entertainment markets for Swinerton’s

Orange County and Los Angeles Division. She is responsible for an annual revenue of

$550Mil for 2017 and 550 employees and growing. Lia is a 22-year veteran with Swinerton, having

started her career with them as a Project Engineer in 1996 and working her way up through project

management and estimating. Prior to working for Swinerton, Lia spent 2 years as a Junior Estimator

working for an LA general contractor in Silver Lake, CA where she discovered her passion for

construction.

Lia has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis. She lives in Glendale, CA and has three children,

Mara (17), Luca (15) and Ella (9). In her spare time, Lia coaches a high school age girl’s basketball

traveling team, enjoys watching her son play basketball, going to music concerts and the movies.

Lia is one of the co-founders of Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) and served on their

Southern California board for 5 years.

She also serves on the Architecture Construction Engineering (ACE) Los Angeles Chapter board helping

high school students become exposed to the ACE disciplines and leading them in the right direction,

finding scholarships and internships in their desired fields.

Lia is also one of the newest members of the Architecture and Design (A+D) Museum board in Los

Angeles, whose mission is to celebrate and promote an awareness in progressive architecture and

design in everyday life through exhibits, educational programs and public outreach..

Lastly, Lia serves on the Swinerton Foundation board, which helps build sustainable cities and

neighborhoods by partnering with community-focused non-profit organizations to support health,

social services, cultural, education, and environmental programs that benefit all members of the

community. The Swinerton Foundation also serves as a catalyst to encourage and expand the

philanthropic endeavors of Swinerton Incorporated and its affiliates' employees and has raised and

Suzanne Holley is President & CEO of the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID), a coalition of over 2,000 property owners in the central business district of Downtown Los Angeles who are committed to enhancing the quality of life in the Downtown Center. Suzanne joined the DCBID in 2013 as its Chief Operating Officer and assumed her current role as head of the organization in 2018.

Prior to joining the DCBID, Suzanne worked in commercial real estate management for

over 20 years, most recently as Vice President, Property Management for MPG Office

Trust, a public REIT, and the largest owner and operator of Class A office properties in

Downtown Los Angeles. During her tenure at MPG, Holley was responsible for overseeing the management of 14 million square feet of office and retail mixed-use assets in Southern California and Colorado. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and serves on the Board of Directors of Film LA and the California Downtown Association.

Keely Colcleugh is a designer with over 18 years experience in the fields of architecture, graphic design, film, visualization, and animation. She holds a professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from McGill University and a Masters Degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Keely has worked with leading architecture and design practices around the world, including Rem Koolhaus (OMA) and AMO, Bruce Mau Design, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and Ateliers Jean Nouvel. Keely has also worked as a previsualization and visual effects artist for feature films such as Iron Man and Superman Returns. In 2009, Keely founded Kilograph with a desire to combine leading edge visualization techniques with animation, interactive design, graphics and branding. She is also a board member at the A+D museum of Los Angeles, Vice President of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators (ASAI), and a member of the Jury for the Architizer A+ Awards.

Stacy Stemen is a real estate industry marketing specialist. Throughout her 20-year marketing career, she has successfully driven brand growth and business development for several national companies.

As Vice President, Corporate Marketing for Passco Companies, Mrs. Stemen oversees all aspects of marketing, public relations, special events, conferences and business development for the firm. In this role, she spearheads the development of the Passco brand and manages the strategic growth of the company’s visibility across the nation.

Prior to joining Passco Companies, Mrs. Stemen worked for nearly two decades in the marketing industry, most recently serving in a leadership role for Thompson National Properties’ marketing division.

Mrs. Stemen is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), sits on the Conference Planning Committee for the Alternative and Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and President for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Orange County Chapter. In 2016, Ms. Stemen was nominated by the Orange County Business Journal as a “Woman in Business” and recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by Real Estate Forum.
