Patrick Rhodes is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s commercial development group and is responsible for leading Brookfield's west coast mixed-use development business. Over the past 15 years, he has directly managed more than $3 billion in projects from inception through execution. Patrick holds a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MS in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Terry Koosed is the founder and CEO of Bel Air Internet, a full service communications provider that delivers high-speed Internet, television and voice services across Southern California and Las Vegas, over its independently-owned fiber-wireless network. Bel Air Internet provides service to over 50,000 residential units in the most prestigious MDUs, including developments by Legacy Partners, Related Company, Caruso, CIM Group, Alliance Residential, Crescent Heights and Equity Residential. Building off their success in the residential sector, Bel Air Internet also delivers their services to student housing properties, commercial developments, film studios, hotels and live events.

Over the past forty years, Koosed has founded and successfully run seven companies in the tech industry from the advent of the personal computer through today’s Internet revolution. He recently spearheaded Bel Air Internet’s “Bridge” program, a charitable division dedicated to bridging the digital divide by donating high-speed Internet to underserved community and youth centers in Los Angeles.

As President, Rush guides the overall strategy and direction of RealtyCom Partners. In addition, Rush leads the team that negotiates with telecommunications service providers on behalf of RealtyCom clients to provide the most attractive level of services, compensation and cost savings available. Prior to joining RealtyCom, Rush held senior leadership positions with Time Warner Cable and Comcast where he led successful multifamily sales teams in Texas, California and North Carolina. Rush also ran all sales channels for Logic/WestStar, a triple play FTTH provider in the Cayman Islands just prior to joining RealtyCom. Prior to his career in telecommunications, Rush managed an active construction lending portfolio for Wells Fargo Bank. Rush holds a bachelors degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
