Why You Won't Want To Miss This Conference

How You'll Do More Business From Attending This CRE Event: A partnership as tenuous as it is essential, public-private partnerships, or “P3’s,” and the projects they produce are among the most complex, and important outcomes of a diversified regional market. From towers and tollways to streets and meters, understanding how and why many CRE projects sit at the intersection of private industry and public policy is necessary for success in a competitive environment. At this event, learn what projects are driving change in the P3 space, how projects of such complexity compare to the development of other assets and what lessons leaders learn as they seek opportunities for 2025 and beyond. Join Bisnow in conversation with leaders across CRE and local government for a closer look at policies, projects and players shaping the industry.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why is cultivating strong relationships with cities and key industry stakeholders essential for success in the public-private partnership (P3) space?

  • What are the primary barriers to entry in the P3 market, and how can municipal leaders and private enterprises collaborate more effectively to overcome these challenges and drive successful projects?

  • How will the growth and transformation of the national P3 market impact the broader real estate sector and the region's economic outlook? What insights can be gained from the experiences of companies, governments, and their adoption strategies?

  • In what ways are current economic conditions affecting the feasibility and dynamics of P3 projects in commercial real estate? Are less favorable market conditions slowing progress in this space?

  • What key takeaways can be gleaned from past public-private partnerships? What valuable lessons can the government impart to businesses, and how can businesses inform governmental approaches?

  • How are rising interest rates and other economic challenges influencing development and expansion strategies in the commercial real estate market?

  • As businesses and communities evolve, how can local and state governments adapt to meet changing needs and foster growth for all stakeholders?
