As President and CEO of Related California, Mr. Canori leads Related California's market rate, luxury and mixed-income residential development and strategy throughout California. He is currently overseeing a $6 billion pipeline of 7,000 multifamily and senior units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County. He oversees an integrated development team that encompasses all aspects of development, including financial analysis, acquisition, planning and design, deal structuring, entitlements, public and private financing, construction, marketing and asset management.

For the past 21 years, Mr. Canori has played a lead role in building the company's substantial portfolio of mixed-use and mixed-income developments. He is responsible for the growth of the Related California pipeline, including the development of 4,000 multifamily units with development costs in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Canori is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California and the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Keith Wasserman founded Gelt Inc. in 2008 during the height of the recession and financial meltdown. Mr. Wasserman has been involved in the acquisition of several commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. Mr. Wasserman oversees the company’s operations, marketing, investor relations, acquisitions, leasing, development, and disposition services.

Mr. Wasserman graduated in 2007 from the University of Southern California from the Marshall School of Business. Mr. Wasserman is an avid golfer who belongs to El Caballero Country Club. He is a big brother in the Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles. He also leads Gelt’s charitable giving program.

Robert Olson is the founder of R.D. Olson Development, an Irvine, California-based firm engaged in the development and repositioning of commercial properties nationwide. He established the company in 1997 following nearly 20 years as founder and CEO of R.D. Olson Construction.

Mr. Olson guides the strategic vision for R.D. Olson Development with an active, hands-on approach toward every facet of construction and development. He works closely with design and development teams in some of the company’s most prestigious projects, providing valuable input for marketing, investment analysis, debt and equity structures, planning and entitlements, budgeting, constructability and end-user requirements. R.D. Olson Development is recognized for its ability to identify and act on opportunities, delivering solid execution through all phases of design and development while maintaining focus on the business strategy and the bottom line.

The majority of the firm’s developments have occurred in the Western U.S. and Hawaii, though Mr. Olson has built projects on a nationwide basis. Robert Olson has been recognized as a business leader and entrepreneur on numerous occasions. He is the recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, Construction Financial Management Association’s Construction Executive of the Year and the Orange County Business Journal’s Excellence in Entrepreneurship award. He was recently recognized as a 2012 Hotel Icon by Real Estate FORUM magazine, and is a frequent speaker at leading industry events.

Mr. Olson is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), including having served as Chairman of the California Coast Chapter. His philanthropic activity includes serving on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Orange County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Olson is an MBA graduate of the University of Southern California.

Mr. Lapidus joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is responsible for growing the company’s Southern California platform through the acquisition of office and multi-family assets. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was with McCarthy Cook & Co. for 13 years, most recently as senior vice president focused on acquisitions in California, Denver, Phoenix and Seattle. He was also responsible for fund raising, joint ventures, financing and dispositions. Mr. Lapidus is a member of LACRA and the Wilshire Club, an associate member of ULI and a founding member of the City Charter School in West Los Angeles. He holds an honors BA in English from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

As President of Related California Residential, Mr. Vilkin leads Related California's market-rate, luxury and mixed-income residential development throughout the state. He is currently overseeing a $2 billion pipeline of residential opportunities in key markets including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.

Having joined Related in 2014, Mr. Vilkin brings more than 30 years of real estate investment, development and management experience, during which he has led teams that developed more than $10 billion in residential, retail, hospitality, office, industrial and master-planned communities in markets throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Related, Mr. Vilkin served as managing principal and president of MacFarlane Partners, and served in various capacities for Forest City Enterprises, a publicly held real estate operating and development company with assets nationwide. For more than 10 years, he served as president of Forest City's real estate businesses that operated in the western United States- Forest City Residential West and Forest City Stapleton. The two businesses developed and owned a wide range of properties, including high-density apartments and condominiums, office buildings, retail centers and large-scale mixed-use projects.

Mr. Vilkin holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University at Northridge. He has served on the board of directors of the Center for Creative Land Recycling and the Multifamily Leadership Board of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Young President's Organization.

Jaime Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Jamison group of companies, a

privately-held, family-run real estate business, which controls over 18 million square feet

of commercial office, retail, medical, and multifamily properties throughout Southern

California.  Jamison has been one of the largest commercial landlords in Los Angeles

for the past twenty-five years. Since 2014, it has quickly become one of the city’s most

active multifamily developers as well, bringing to market 5,000 units with an additional

2,500 units currently under construction and 7,500 more in development.

Earning both BA and JD degrees from the University of Southern California, the Los

Angeles native currently sits on the USC Board of Trustees where she co-chairs the

Alumni Affairs and University Development committee and sits on the Executive, Audit

Compliance Risk & Privacy, Nominating & Governance, and Academic Affairs

committees. She is also a member of the Board of Councilors for the USC Dornsife

College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and an Executive Committee member of the USC

Lusk Center for Real Estate. A longtime university volunteer, Jaime previously served

as President of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors and President of the

USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association Board of Directors. Jaime is active with her high

school alma mater, where she is a member of the Harvard-Westlake Board of Trustees

and a founding member of its inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Jaime is also involved in a number of civic and non-profit organizations at the city, state,

and community levels. She has served the City of Los Angeles as an appointed

commissioner under three different mayoral administrations. Appointed by Mayor Eric

Garcetti, she was elected President of the Board of Harbor Commissioners for the Port

of Los Angeles in April 2018, the largest container port by trade volume in the western

hemisphere. She also serves on the Mayor’s International Advisory Council and as co-

chair of the public-private partnership non-profit Global LA. She previously served for

four years as President of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System Board

of Administration, which oversees the City’s $22 billion employee pension fund, and on

the boards for the Industrial Development Authority and the Quality and Productivity

Commission. She currently serves the State of California as Vice Chair of the California

Film Commission and previously spent seven years as a commissioner on the Speech

Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. Jaime is active in the

community as a board member of the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the

Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 where she sits on the Executive, Compensation,

and Conflicts committees, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council & Town Hall, and the

Korean American Foundation Advisory Board.

Recognized for her professional and civic contributions, Jaime has been named one of

the 500 most influential people in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal every year

since 2018. She was honored by Asia Society Southern California as their 2020 Urban

Visionary, by the USC School of Architecture with their 2021 Distinguished Business

Leadership Award, and in 2022 with the LA Parks Foundation’s Rose Award and a Los

Angeles Times Woman of Influence Award.

She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their three children.

Michael Durham is the General Manager for CoreSite’s Bay Area market, responsible for the overall investment performance and business operation of CoreSite’s San Jose, Milpitas, and Santa Clara facilities. Mr. Durham has been with CoreSite in this role for 18 months. Prior to CoreSite, he worked in Mergers and Acquisitions for Agilent Technologies managing inorganic growth and IP licensing; as a Financial Analyst for Xilinx’s R&D and CTO groups optimizing budget spend and resource allocation; and as a transportation engineer for CHA, Inc. designing traffic intersections and general aviation airports. Mr. Durham received a B.S. and a Masters of Civil Engineering from Cornell University.

As founder of Studio One Eleven, Alan Pullman, AIA, leads design teams on mixed-use, urban infill and adaptive reuse projects. With over 20 years of experience in architecture and urban design, he has led project teams on a number of award-winning developments and is committed enhancing communities through incremental urbanism – the development of modest projects that emphasize placemaking. Pullman is a registered architect in California and an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute, where he serves on the Inner-City Council. He is also a board member for the Long Beach Conservation Corps and a partner in East Village Partners, a community focused infill developer. Pullman received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.

Brad Cox serves as Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company where his

primary focus is raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating deal flow, and

overseeing the day-to-day activities for the Los Angeles Business Unit. Trammell Crow

Company is a 69-year national development company, a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE,

with offices in 16 cities across the United States.

The Los Angeles division portfolio currently includes $1.8B of in process development

including 200 acres of industrial development in Santa Clarita, Irwindale and Compton;

400,000 SF Office Building for LA County Department of Mental Health Services; 50,000 SF

Medical Office Building for MLK Hospital; and over 4,000 multifamily units in Downtown Los

Angeles, Pasadena, Hollywood, North Hollywood and Bakersfield.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Brad was Senior Managing Director of the Southern

California region for Cushman & Wakefield that included six offices and 135 brokers. His

career experience has included the development, marketing and leasing activities of real

estate portfolios totaling in excess of 10M SF for institutional and entrepreneurial owners in

Southern California.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, past development and leasing experience includes the

1.2M SF Westwood Gateway project in West Los Angeles, the 600,000 SF 550 South Hope

Street Office Building and the repositioning of the 1.2M SF 55 story 333 South Hope Street

building in downtown Los Angeles on behalf of, Bren Investment Properties, The Koll

Company and MetLife.

Stuart Waldman is the president of the Valley Industry & Commerce

Association (VICA), which is recognized as the most active and influential business group in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining VICA, Waldman spent 11 years working for the California State Assembly representing the San Fernando Valley. Seven of those years were spent as a Chief of Staff to two Assemblymembers, including Assembly Speaker Bob Hertzberg.

From 2001 to 2008, Stuart was appointed as a board member to the California Board of Accountancy, the body that governs California’s 68,000 CPAs. In 2004, Stuart was elected secretary-treasurer of the board, overseeing the board's $7 million dollar annual budget. He became the first non-CPA to hold that position since the board‘s creation in 1901.

Waldman has firsthand experience in the private sector. Charged with purchasing and operations for a Woodland Hills Pension Firm for more than six years in the early 1990s, Waldman was instrumental in ensuring that the company continued operation following the

Northridge earthquake. Waldman served in the Army from 1987 to 1989 as a Cavalry Scout with the First Infantry Division. He was awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal, the Army Achievement Medal and the Army Service Ribbon. He attended Los Angeles Valley College, where he received his associate‘s degree, and California State University, Northridge, where he received his bachelor’s degree. Waldman also holds a law degree from Loyola Law School.

Waldman is on the boards of Grandparents as Parents, the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles County Business Federation. He also serves on the Air Quality Management Plan Advisory Group for the South Coast Air Quality Management District, the Recycled Water Advisory Group for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the Mobility Stakeholder Group for the California Board of Accountancy. Stuart and his wife, attorney Nicole Kuklok-Waldman, share their Van Nuys home with their son Beckett and two rescue dogs, Max and Roxy

Jay Newman joined The Athens Group in 2000 as Chief Operating Officer where he focuses on the company’s financial affairs and development opportunities. He has more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate including development along with entitlements and design, acquisitions, joint ventures, finance and dispositions. Jay is primarily responsible for managing the acquisition and financing of many of The Athens Group's projects including the raising of equity capital. In addition, Jay was primarily responsible for the development and financing of the mixed-use Montage Beverly Hills in California and the acquisition, re-entitlement and redesign of the West Hollywood mixed-use Edition project and is currently engaged in the planning and entitlement for the re-development of the Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica.

In 1993, Jay was one of the founding members of the national real estate law firm of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks based in Los Angeles where he was a managing partner and a real estate transactional attorney. In 1995, he joined Highridge Partners in Los Angeles as Senior Vice President of the Summit Commercial Properties Division, where he focused on the purchasing, repositioning, leasing, management and sale of shopping centers and office buildings on both a one-off and portfolio basis. Jay was one of the founders of Lend Lease Development (US) in 1996, where he focused on the development of resorts (including The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California), shopping centers and office buildings. As Senior Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., and a member of the Lend Lease Lodging Group, he focused on the development of new hotels and resorts throughout the United States and was primarily responsible for the creation of the Resort Development Program.

Jay received his undergraduate degree in applied economics (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1978, and his MBA and Juris Doctorate degree from Stanford University in 1982. He is a guest lecturer at the UCLA School of Public Policy and Planning and a frequent speaker at ULI, Meet the Money, Bisnow, the Southern California Development Forum and CLE International. Jay sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Conference and Visitors Bureau, and the Board of Directors of Beverly Hills Rotary. Jay is also actively involved in Imagine LA. Jay and his family reside in Los Angeles, California.

30 year veteran in the Construction and Development business, Don Carp is CWP's most recent addition. In 2006, Don worked with Steve Fifield and Kevin Farrell as the Principal in Charge for the builder of Fifield’s Allure Waikiki, a 300 unit Luxury Condo in Hawaii and is currently overseeing mixed use and residential programs as well as new construction and adaptive reuse projects in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining CWP, Don was Vice President at The Pankow Companies, a leading Design Build firm in California and Hawaii where he managed two successful business units and business development. Prior to that, Don was with Castle & Cooke, a large national residential and commercial developer. Some of his most significant projects included The Allure Waikiki, Beachwalk , Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, The Manele Bay Hotel and multiple residential projects.

Mr a`Beckett is part of the development team of One Beverly Hills, The Wanda Group’s new luxury condo and hotel project in Beverly Hills. Mr a`Beckett joined Wanda at the start of 2013, helping establish the Group’s first international office in New York City. Rohan initially lead the

acquisition of the 9900 Wilshire site as part of the NY based investment team, and following the transaction returned to Los Angeles as the Deputy General Manager for the development. Prior to joining Wanda, Rohan spent 7 years based in Shanghai from 2003, successfully completing numerous large-scale developments and investments in and around Shanghai on behalf of Australian institutional developer Goodman. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010, Mr a`Beckett was part of JLL’s downtown LA office, primarily advising in-bound Chinese investment activity

throughout Greater Los Angeles. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Rohan speaks, reads and writes fluent Mandarin.

Paul Rahimian is a third generation developer and general contractor that has developed over $350MM in commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California,

including retail strip centers, condominium projects, apartment buildings, custom homes,

office buildings, horizontal land development, and mixed use projects.

Paul has also worked in the capacity of a General Contractor, building major governmental projects, including colleges, schools, police departments, jail houses,

community centers, and hospitals. As a construction lender, Paul has the vision of a developer

and works with the borrower and contractor as a team to help the project be successful.

For over 30 years, Paul Zeger has been the definitive source of information for new construction sales and marketing in the Bay Area. Michael E. Wise oversees administration, legal tasks, property management and capitalization of both debt and equity. His responsibilities also include reporting and accounting oversight of J.H. Snyder real estate holdings, as well as investor communication, correspondence and meetings.

Mr. Wise began his real estate career with the J.H. Snyder Company 35 years ago. In 1978, he left The Company to form his own real estate company, developing and managing commercial and residential projects as a principal and founder of L&S Property Management and The Regency Group. The companies built and managed numerous retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties and over 12,000 apartment units in Southern California.

In 1988, armed with this additional expertise, Mr. Wise rejoined the J.H. Snyder Company. He has since used his entrepreneurial experience to build a strong management team that has guided the company through its pursuit of office, retail and mixed-use development growth. Mr. Wise's projects include the structuring and capitalizing of more than $1.5 billion of debt and equity for Snyder projects, including the $115-million construction loan for Water Garden II. He has further enhanced Snyder growth with creative acquisition structures designed to minimize land cost and maximize profits.

Mr. Wise is an Advisory Board Member and former President of the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. He also has served on the Board of The National Conference for Community and Justice, and the Midnight Mission. Community service awards include Spirit of Life from the City of Hope and Champion of Youth from the Boys & Girls Club of Venice.

Mr. Wise graduated from the John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

Prior to joining PMA, Sonnet was Vice President, Design and Construction at NBC Universal, where she was responsible for developing and leading design, construction and related capital planning services for NBCUniversal and DreamWork’s West Coast Studio Operations. In this role, she managed the planning and execution of construction projects at the iconic 400 + acre Universal Lot in Studio City.

She was honored in 2016 and 2017 by Bisnow as one of “Los Angeles’ Power Women.” In the past year, Sonnet has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as part of their Women’s Leadership Series, the 2020 class of Thriving in Their 40s, and as a Women of Influence in Construction and Design. Sonnet Hui is a Trustee of the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU).

Tyson Strutzenberg joined Trinity Capital Advisors in 2019 and leads the development and asset management efforts for Trinity’s life science platform. In this role, he is responsible for project design, construction, leasing, and finance. Prior to joining Trinity Capital Advisors, Tyson was COO and SVP of Asset Management at Rising Realty Partners, a vertically integrated developer and investor in Los Angeles. While at Rising, Tyson oversaw the company’s portfolio, executing business plans for 20 properties totaling over five million square feet (over $1.3 billion in value). Previously, he was a Managing Director in the commercial group at Kennedy Wilson in Beverly Hills for five years. Tyson has a total of 20 years of industry experience and holds a BS from Purdue University, an MS from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Terry is a 34-year construction veteran who has a solid reputation built on integrity and a track record of success. He has completed projects for developers and end users such as Four Seasons Resorts, Omni Hotel, Embassy Suites, Marriott, The Ivy Hotel (now Andaz San Diego), and Barona Resort & Casino. He has overseen over 25 million square feet of construction combined, which includes hospitality, historical renovations, restaurants, medical, and office projects. Terry has been on the Board of Directors for Downtown San Diego Partnership for 18 years.

Scott Carriveau grew up in the construction industry and has over 37 years of construction experience, 20 of which are located in Southern California.
