Kev Zoryan

Kev Zoryan is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. He is Head of Western U.S. Investing for Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s various private equity real estate funds. He is responsible for the sourcing, execution and asset management of real estate investments.

Kev joined Morgan Stanley in 1997, starting in the Los Angeles office in the private equity investing area of the Firm’s real estate businesses. He has been involved in many of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate investments on the west coast and in Mexico. After returning from business school in 2001, he rejoined the Firm in the Investment Banking Department in Los Angeles as a generalist in Corporate Finance. Kev established the Firm’s Los Angeles real estate investing office in 2005. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kev was employed by the JE Robert Companies.

Kev is actively involved in the California real estate community. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of Southern California. Kev is a member of the Executive Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at Berkeley, and the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Advisory Board.

Dean Rostovsky is an equity partner and Director at Clarion Partners as well as an Acquisitions Officer. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, he oversees transaction activity across property types for the Western region. Dean sources and closes varied risk-strategy investments on behalf of Clarion’s $39 billion of client-managed accounts. Dean has experience in both the private equity and fixed income sectors of the real estate market. He re-joined Clarion Partners in 2006 and began working in the real estate industry in 1993.

Mr. David Saeta serves as a Senior Vice President of IDS Real Estate Group. Mr. Saeta joined IDS in 1992. Mr. Saeta is responsible for development, leasing, construction management and property management for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to joining IDS, Mr. Saeta was a marketing director with Trammell Crow Company. Active in civic affairs, Mr. Saeta is the former Chairman of the Pasadena Gold Line Construction Authority, and former Mayor of South Pasadena. Mr. Saeta also serves on the BOMA Board of Directors. Mr. Saeta graduated from Stanford University and earned his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Graduate School of Management.

Matt joined Jacobs in 2018 to help expand its practice in Southern California

and the West Coast. To this role he brings nearly 30 years’ experience in

business development, strategic planning and design with particular

expertise in repositioning, relocation and renovation. A trusted advisor to his

clients, he provides insight and guidance needed to assist in the

management of real estate portfolios and value driven solutions. Matt helps

businesses develop strategies that address human capital, place, brand,

process, and technology.

Prior to Jacobs, Matt developed and co-lead the Landlord Services studio at

Gensler Los Angeles. His experience in both design and management

spans multiple project types, including commercial office, headquarters,

government and institutional. His significant interaction with real estate

brokers, landlords, developers and end-users provides unique insight into

the needs of both ownership portfolios and tenants in Southern California

sub markets. Matt enjoys long-standing relationships with many clients,

encompassing several million square feet of workplace, repositioning, re-

branding and capital projects.

As EVP of Property Management, Kayce Hawk manages operations, strategic planning, impact initiatives, and business development of Rising’s property management assignments and teams. Kayce was an integral part of Rising’s reposition and sale of Rising's signature project PacMutual. Her expertise in project management combined with a prior career in accounting lent itself well to streamlining the multiple repositioning projects that took place at PacMutual.

Prior to joining Rising Realty Partners in 2014, Kayce managed 4.6 million sq. ft. of Class A industrial buildings for institutional owners in Seattle. In 2011, Kayce completed her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM. Kayce also earned a bachelor’s in communication from Seattle Pacific University.

Outside of the office, Kayce's passion has been horsemanship since the age of five. It's an art she plans to craft for the rest of her life. From 2008 to 2013 she worked as a part time riding instructor for children on the weekends. Since her move to Los Angeles, Kayce purchased a young horse and spends her weekends at the barn riding through Vasquez Rocks. She also enjoys hiking, camping, eating and cooking great food, and kickboxing.

Senior Vice President Scott Steuber is an office leasing specialist and LEED-accredited professional at CBRE and is located at the firm’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. Scott has more than 14 years of commercial real estate industry experience with a focus on corporate occupiers. Together with Jacob ‘Jake’ Bobek and Jeff Vertun, he assists clients with their local, national and international leases, sales, financing and construction projects.

The trio, part of the firm’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services group, has completed many millions of square feet in transactions for such clients as Activision Inc., Evite, CareMore and Teradata. Scott and the team are experts across the whole spectrum of real estate needs, including the identification and optimization of headquarters space, data centers, portfolio strategy, supply chain management, workplace strategy, and more. The team leverages CBRE’s unmatched platform and technology capabilities to expedite clients’ timelines.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Scott was a principal at Avison Young, where he helped form and run the firm’s Global Technology/New Media Practice Group, and a director at Cushman & Wakefield. After his graduation, Scott started his career with a stint in online advertising, working on the Intel & Michelin accounts in San Francisco.

Scott strives to truly understand each of his client’s operations in order to align their real estate strategy with the broader business plan. He is an expert at helping incorporate sustainability and wellness concepts into clients’ office environments to improve health, business productivity and employee satisfaction. Prior to Edgecast, James built KnowledgeBase into a profitable, industry-leading company that was ranked by Forrester as the Industry Leader in eService.
