 777 Aviation

777 Aviation

777 Aviation, located in El Segundo, is the epitome of what it means to bring a classic back to life.

The space was originally designed in 1968 by famed Los Angeles modernist architect Craig Ellwood.

The recently renovated space is now 318,182 square-foot, 3-story, glass and steel structure that reflects the new face of El Segundo.

For years El Segundo was home to aviation and defense companies who chose it for it's proximity to LAX.

Today, the area is booming and has made Los Angeles redefine where the West Side ends.

As the expansion of the West Side continues; media, tech, entertainment and other creative firms are choosing El Segundo as their location of choice.

It sits so close to the ocean that you can catch the sea breeze all while offering easy access to the 105 and 405 Interstate freeways, and is a five-minute walk from the Metro Green Line Douglas Street Station.

Come check out the creative campus that has indoor and outdoor collaboration areas that feature lounge furniture, fitness center, and common area Wi-Fi, and new landscaping.

Come see it for yourself!

NMS Properties

Neil Shekhter founded NMS in 1988 on the principle of creating strong asset returns through superior management and investing in core locations with long-term growth. On these principles NMS began building its portfolio of properties by acquiring and repositioning poorly performing multi-family assets. Through hands-on management and capital improvements, these properties now enjoy dramatic increases in net operating income along with high occupancy rates. Mr. Shekhter’s belief is that quality starts from day one. With that in mind, he began to immerse himself in the development and construction of properties. As part of his philosophy of personalized management, Mr. Shekhter has been actively involved in every aspect of the company, from acquisitions to development to the construction of his projects, while maintaining the day-to-day operation of his existing portfolio. Mr. Shekhter also advises his three sons, Alan, Alexander, and Adam Shekhter, who along with CEO Scott Walter founded Santa Monica based WS Communities in January 2017. WS Communities is a real estate development firm that specializes in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Southern California. WS Communities’ projects include luxury and affordable residential units with ground floor retail and office spaces located in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles, California.
