Ken Kahan is Founder and President of California Landmark (or "CLG"), a real estate development and investment company. Since its inception in 1988, California Landmark has invested in or developed all types of real estate from residential (including single family as well as low and high rise multi-family) to commercial (including hospitality, office and industrial). The company has developed in excess of 3,000,000 million square feet of various products.

CLG has distinguished itself in Southern California as an innovative problem solver in both the design and development of dozens of multi-family communities. The firm is currently one of the largest private multi-family developers in Los Angeles with over 500 units in various stages of construction or development.

Current projects include three high profile mixed use projects including the bw (Wilshire at Barrington), the hw (Hollywood Blvd. near Crescent Heights) and the LC (Larchmont at Melrose and Camerford). Past projects include modern townhomes and industrial "hard" lofts in the Marina Arts District, high-rise condominiums along the Wilshire corridor, California courtyard buildings in Westwood and Brentwood, art deco apartments in West Hollywood, and Mediterranean style villas in Century City.

In the past ten years CLG has expanded its footprint of residential acquisitions by purchasing existing apartment communities throughout Southern California. Projects include townhouse condominium projects converted to rentals, middle income apartments in San Diego, renovations of 1950's apartment buildings in the San Fernando Valley and most recently, low income housing in the San Gabriel Valley. At the same time, the firm has expanded its portfolio to include industrial, office and flex space projects totaling several hundred thousand square feet.

Ken is passionate about all aspect of urban planning and development. He is a frequent speaker on matters pertaining to entitlements, zoning, multi family/mixed use projects and urban development. California Landmark has been involved in the City of Los Angeles implementation ordinance of SB1818 and has delivered several mixed income housing projects throughout the region.

A native of Los Angeles, Ken obtained both his bachelor of arts and juris doctor degrees from UCLA. Ken currently resides in West Los Angeles with his family.

Sarah Shaw is Vice President of Development and Operations for Constellation Place, LLC, an affiliate of JMB Realty Corporation. She is responsible for overseeing the management and leasing of the 775,000 square foot Constellation Place office tower, as well as playing a key role in the entitlement of the proposed 730,000 square foot LEED Platinum Century City Center office development.

Shaw has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry; is an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association; serves on the Executive Committee of the Century City Chamber; and is a founding Executive Board Member of the Century City Business Improvement District and the Century City Transportation Management Organization. She also serves on the executive committee of the Los Angeles Business Council.

As a local resident, Shaw is involved in a number of community organizations and initiatives, including serving on the Westside Neighborhood Council and volunteering at the Overland Avenue Elementary School Wonder of Reading Program.

Mr a`Beckett is part of the development team of One Beverly Hills, The Wanda Group’s new luxury condo and hotel project in Beverly Hills. Mr a`Beckett joined Wanda at the start of 2013, helping establish the Group’s first international office in New York City. Rohan initially lead the

acquisition of the 9900 Wilshire site as part of the NY based investment team, and following the transaction returned to Los Angeles as the Deputy General Manager for the development. Prior to joining Wanda, Rohan spent 7 years based in Shanghai from 2003, successfully completing numerous large-scale developments and investments in and around Shanghai on behalf of Australian institutional developer Goodman. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010, Mr a`Beckett was part of JLL’s downtown LA office, primarily advising in-bound Chinese investment activity

throughout Greater Los Angeles. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Rohan speaks, reads and writes fluent Mandarin.

Randy Fifield blazed a trail many women chose not to pursue. With a design-forward, yet practical approach for creating spaces that felt and worked better for people, Randy set herself apart from competition in the industry. She partnered with her husband Steve in 1999, and together they completed multiple successful development projects including an $80 million renovation of the Chicago Civic Opera House, and the $800 million K Station development with 2,145 units in five apartment towers in Chicago’s up-and-coming West Loop. Randy now oversees the design, marketing, and execution of development projects across key markets.

She has been honored by the LA Lakers and Comerica Bank as Business Woman of the Year in Los Angeles. In Chicago, Randy was Connect Media’s 2017 Women in Real Estate Honoree, was the recipient of the 2017 Women in Construction Woman of the Year Award and has been honored by Chicago Business Journal and Crain’s as a notable female executive.

Randy attended Northwestern University. She serves as a board member of Northwestern Prentice Hospital and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Randy and family have donated The Fifield Family Labor and Delivery at Northwestern Prentice Hospital and the Fifield Family Bridge at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Nadine Watt is CEO of Watt Capital Partners. Nadine brings over 25

years of real estate expertise and an entrepreneurial drive to her

position, where she oversees day-to-day activities and strategic planning

for all commercial investment activities including acquisitions,

development, and asset management for the company’s 6 million-

square-foot portfolio.

Previously, Nadine served as President of Watt Companies. In 2011, she

led a strategic reorganization of the company that moved the firm

beyond traditional property management and leasing to a focus on

acquisitions and real estate development, as well as joint venture opportunities. Nadine played a key

role in launching Watt Companies’ acquisition division – Watt Investment Partners – that now actively

invests $60 million in a variety of property types across the Western United States.

Throughout her 20-year tenure at Watt Companies, Nadine has touched all facets of the company’s

operations, including the development of thousands of apartment units and numerous shopping

centers. Nadine was also responsible for a widely celebrated multi-million-dollar renovation program at

Watt Plaza, a 920,000 square foot, Class-A office building in Century City. The building was certified

Platinum LEED and was recognized by BOMA International with an award for Outstanding Building of the

Year.

Nadine was recently inducted as the President of the University of Southern California Board of

Governors and serves as Vice-Chair of the Lusk Center for Real Estate, as well as on the USC Associates

Board of Directors. She was the first woman to be named Chair of the Los Angeles Business Council, a

position she held for 7 years and is now the immediate past chair. She is a Board Member of Fisker Inc.

(FSR) chairing the Compensation Committee, Visionary Women, and the City of Hope Los Angeles Real

Estate & Construction Industries Council.

Nadine received the Century City Citizen of the Year award in 2017 and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year

award in 2018. Nadine has also been the subject of a spotlight piece in the Los Angeles Times

highlighting her career path and business success. She has also previously held Board Positions on two

other publicly traded companies, The New Home Company (NWHM) and 1 st Century Bank.

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Nadine also holds a Master of Arts

degree from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California.

Nadine currently resides in Beverly Hills with her husband Andrew Jameson and their two daughters,

Keira and Reese Jameson.

Brad Cox serves as Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company where his

primary focus is raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating deal flow, and

overseeing the day-to-day activities for the Los Angeles Business Unit. Trammell Crow

Company is a 69-year national development company, a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE,

with offices in 16 cities across the United States.

The Los Angeles division portfolio currently includes $1.8B of in process development

including 200 acres of industrial development in Santa Clarita, Irwindale and Compton;

400,000 SF Office Building for LA County Department of Mental Health Services; 50,000 SF

Medical Office Building for MLK Hospital; and over 4,000 multifamily units in Downtown Los

Angeles, Pasadena, Hollywood, North Hollywood and Bakersfield.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Brad was Senior Managing Director of the Southern

California region for Cushman & Wakefield that included six offices and 135 brokers. His

career experience has included the development, marketing and leasing activities of real

estate portfolios totaling in excess of 10M SF for institutional and entrepreneurial owners in

Southern California.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, past development and leasing experience includes the

1.2M SF Westwood Gateway project in West Los Angeles, the 600,000 SF 550 South Hope

Street Office Building and the repositioning of the 1.2M SF 55 story 333 South Hope Street

building in downtown Los Angeles on behalf of, Bren Investment Properties, The Koll

Company and MetLife.

As Founder and Chief Executive Office, Michael Sorochinsky is the visionary of CEI and the driving force behind the company's 3.5 Billion Real Estate portfolio. Michael's investment strategies, business philosophy, and transaction execution diligence has brought about substantial annualized returns to equity.

From 2001 through 2005 Michael focused CEI's investments in the Value Add Multi-family space, purchasing 70 properties comprising 3500 apartments.

In late 2006, Michael began to notice significant stress on the credit markets and by 2007 advised his partners to start selling properties. Under Michaels leadership, CEI successfully sold approximately 80% of its portfolio for significant gains prior to the crash of 2008. In 2008 through 2010, Michael focused CEI's investments on purchasing blocks of single family homes in some of the hardest hit areas in the country as well as investing in real estate related operating companies.

In 2010, before large numbers of developers jumped into the multi-family development game, Michael saw an opportunity to build Class A apartments in Los Angeles and other top cities around the country and led CEI to amass a development pipeline of over 5100 luxury apartments with projected value in excess of 3.5 billion.

Susan Bursk is the President & CEO at Century City’s Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this position, Susan went to Woodbury University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business and interior design. Susan worked as the Chief Field Deputy for Los Angeles City Council District 5. She then attended Academy, the Western Association of Chamber Executives and began working at the Century City Chamber of Commerce.

Eric Geier is a Community Relations Manager at Metro. As the agency’s representative for day-to-day issues on the Westside, Mr. Geier works with local cities and stakeholders to ensure open lines of communication between Metro and the neighborhoods it serves. He has been working closely with the Century City Chamber of Commerce and building managers to help prepare the community for the Century City/Constellation Purple Line station construction. Mr. Geier attended Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in California.

Patrick J. McRoskey is a Managing Director for CBRE, Inc. Mr. McRoskey leads CBRE’s leasing, property and project management on an award-winning, 4.5 million SF regional portfolio of Class A office properties. Those properties include the destination assets of 2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers in Century City and Water Garden, a creative office campus in Santa Monica. As the CBRE team leader servicing this portfolio, Pat works closely with J. P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets, the advisor for investors who own the portfolio’s properties.

Mr. McRoskey’s career experience has included providing advisory services and directing marketing and leasing activities for real estate portfolios totaling in excess of 10 million square feet. Prior to his current role at CBRE, Mr. McRoskey served for more than 16 years as Vice President of Leasing at MPG Office Trust where he was responsible for all brokerage and leasing transactions within the company’s nine million square foot downtown Los Angeles portfolio. Before his tenure at MPG Office Trust, he served as Director of Leasing for Hines in Los Angeles. Mr. McRoskey started his real estate career with CBRE in 1985. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Gary Weiss is one of the founding Principals of L.A. Realty Partners and has been an active broker in the Los Angeles area since 1987. He started his career at Studley, specializing in the West Los Angeles submarket, focusing on tenant representation. After 13 years at Studley as one of their consistently top-producing brokers, Mr. Weiss left in 1999 to start up the commercial brokerage division of Wall Street investment bank, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, headquartered in Century City. Shortly after DLJ’s takeover by Credit Suisse First Boston, Gary left CSFB in January 2002 and joined the JH Snyder Company as Senior Vice President, concentrating on new development, acquisition, and leasing. From there, he opened Madison Partners in Century City in March of 2004, with three other partners. Gary has made his reputation by representing many high profile tenants and has select high end landlord assignments. He has completed over 8 million square feet of transactions, and to date, has negotiated over 460 separate real estate transactions. Additionally, he has represented over 4 million square feet of law firm, entertainment and media companies, and over 2.5 million square feet of transactions in Century City alone.

John is the Operating Partner of the Century City office of Allen Matkins, immediate past Chair of the firm's Real Estate Department and one of the top attorneys in California with respect to real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and asset management. John represents his clients in actively buying, financing, developing, leasing and selling office centers, shopping centers, mixed use projects, hotels and multi-family projects throughout the United States. He also has extensive experience in representing owners, operators, and partners in all types of development, construction, management and operating agreements.

John represented the buyer in the largest commercial office transactions in Los Angeles for each of calendar years 2012-2014. He also represented Tishman Speyer Properties in the acquisition and development of commercial office property at Playa Vista, California, Raytheon Company in its $9.5 billion acquisition of Hughes Aircraft Company, a transaction involving 20 million square feet of space in 30 states, Lubert-Adler in the repositioning of over 200 Mervyn's throughout the western United States, and Extended Stay America as west coast counsel in facilitating their national rollout of extended-stay hotels.

John represents numerous clients in the development, management, and disposition of assets throughout the western United States. He also represents owners and developers in the acquisition and development of, and the redevelopment of office buildings into, residential buildings.

Bill Christopher, founder and Principal of Urban Concepts, has also served as a member and Past President of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles. Through his past experience as a member of the City Planning Commission and Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Los Angeles, along with his years of working with local jurisdictions and neighborhood associations, Bill is a nationally recognized expert in working with public agencies and private interests on planning and land use related matters. Mr. Behzad was named California Rehabilitation Institute’s first CEO, in March 2015, to lead the unique three-way partnership among Select Medical, Cedars-Sinai and UCLA Health System - the largest physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital in Los Angeles and the West Coast. In this role, he oversees the direction, strategy and operations for the hospital. He joined the California Rehabilitation Institute management team with more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, and a strong commitment to patient safety, quality, service and excellence.

Mr. Behzad began his career with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers and later joined Tenet Healthcare, where he served for 10 years. Subsequently, he worked on large-scale not-for-profit health system mergers and acquisitions in Northern California and the Baltimore/Washington, DC, area. Most recently he served as Administrator for Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation service line (PM&R), where he provided strategic oversight and day-to-day management for PM&R’s medical practice, hospital operations and ambulatory services.

Mr. Behzad is a certified public accountant, a certified information systems auditor, and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received his MBA in strategic management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and he has completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Behzad is the current chair for the Administrative Directors Council of the Association of Academic Physiatrists.

Garrett Ushiyama is a partner in the Assurance Practice of CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office. He is also a member of the Firm’s Renewable Energy Industry and Commercial Real Estate Industry Practices. Garrett has more than 25 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to public and privately-held companies across a broad range of industries with domestic and international operations.

Garrett’s industry experience includes renewable energy, commercial and residential real estate, hospitality, REITs, construction, IP/technology/software, manufacturing and distribution, e-commerce, and not-for-profit. He has extensive experience with reporting under IFRS (primarily UK IFRS). In addition, Garrett has served in interim controller and in CFO roles for several companies and has experience providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, litigation support, financial restructurings, and bankruptcies.

Garrett is also involved with the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program and has provided services to Community Development Entities(CDEs) formed by both public benefit and private companies with NMTC awards and related investments in QLICIs. Prior to joining CohnReznick, he was a partner in the audit practice at Squar Milner. \Garrett has also served in the assurance practice of Grant Thornton LLP, in the mergers and acquisitions group of Ernst & Young LLP, and in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand.
