Mr. Dalton brings clients more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and

development, including 25 years in lending and development for the franchise hotel sector with a recent

focus on modular hotel construction lending. Prior to becoming part of Western Alliance, Mr. Dalton had

a senior position with GE Capital, and previous roles with banks including Wells Fargo.

Mr. Dalton graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a bachelor’s degree in Business

Brad Wagstaff, with 20 years’ experience in real estate development, finance, investment, and acquisition, is the managing partner and owner of the hospitality-focused real estate development company, Mogul Capital. Prior to forming Mogul Capital, Mr. Wagstaff worked for seven years as Investment Analyst and Manager for Intel Capital, Intel Corporation’s venture capital investment fund. Mr. Wagstaff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2005, Mr. Wagstaff formed Mogul Capital, a specialty real estate development company focused on opportunistic development and investment transactions. Since 2005, Mogul Capital has acquired, developed, and invested in over $325 million of real estate projects, including a $200M hotel development portfolio across five Marriott and Hilton brands, $60M of single tenant retail developments, $40M of multi-family apartment complexes, and a $20M car wash portfolio. In 2018, Mogul Capital opened a 354-key dual-branded Courtyard and TownePlace Suites in Hawthorne, CA. This project was Marriott’s first dual-branded modular project and Marriott’s largest modular project to date. Mogul Capital has over $350 million in assets under management and has over $300 million in modular hospitality and condo projects at various stages of development and construction in the Western US.

Rich Rozycki is Senior Vice President of Z Modular, a steel modular construction

company. In that role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic growth and business

development. Rich has 15 years of diversified construction experience and has played a key role

in developing over $350 million of innovative modular construction projects primarily in the

hospitality, student housing, and multi-family residential sectors.

Prior to joining Z Modular, Rich managed the commercial division of Champion Home

Builders, Inc., one of North America’s largest modular construction providers. He was

instrumental in leading Champion through Marriott’s rigorous selection process to become a

charter member of Marriott’s industry-leading modular program launched in 2015.

Before entering the modular construction industry, Rich specialized in construction law

where his practice focused on representing owners, contractors, design professionals, and

governmental entities. He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit and B.A. in Business

Administration from Michigan State University.

Bruce Greenfield

Bruce Greenfield is a veteran architect and Principal at AO with more than three decades of industry experience. He has been working with modular and prefabricated construction systems since the 1990’s, including retail, resort, and hotel projects. His recent experience with the Marriott Dual Brand Courtyard and Townplace Suites was Marriott’s first modular project in the LA area, and Marriott’s largest modular project under construction at that time, comprising 354 guest rooms, two lobbies, and a third party restaurant.

Bruce and his team worked closely with the Modular factory to develop the details for fire ratings, utilities, acoustics, vertical transportation, and to coordinate closely between site work and factory work. This experience was invaluable in understanding the nuances and risks associated with modular construction and was put to good use on subsequent modular projects including hotels in Monterey, San Jose, San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles, and Avon, Colorado. Architects Orange has a robust understanding of modular projects and shares expertise among our various studios using the modular approach for mixed use, high-rise, senior housing, affordable housing, resort and hotel projects.

As a Principal at KTGY, Keith Labus has led the design and planning of award-winning urban infill and mixed-use communities throughout California. Over his 20-year career Keith has established himself as an architect that creates value for even the most challenging projects.

Over the last several years he has led KTGY’s Construction Innovation Committee, a dedicated team of architects, designers and interdisciplinary professionals who come together to assess and develop opinions about technical advances in construction. This leadership has propelled KTGY as one of the most sought-after designers for modular and prefab communities. KTGY has designed over 1,300 units for residential and hospitality developments.

A notable project is Hope On Alvarado, which is the first in a series of Los Angeles-area developments using modular construction to provide supportive transitional housing for the formerly homeless and is currently under construction.
