David Josker is the Managing Director of the Los Angeles North Region for CBRE, Inc., the global leader in real estate services.

Mr. Josker is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of over 70 sales professionals throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. His team comprises all CBRE lines of business including leasing, sales, property management, debt and structured finance, project management, valuation and consulting, with an acute focus on excellent service delivery.

Mr. Josker emphasizes innovation and world class service as differentiators to his professionals. He successfully relocated the Los Angeles North headquarters into CBRE’s first adaptive reuse, known as The Masonic Temple, a 90yr old iconic building in Glendale, Ca. In partnership with CBRE’s Workplace Strategy group, The Masonic Temple implemented a paperless and free addressing workplace, and also introduced the office industry’s first “concierge service”.

Marc Gittleman oversees 3rd Party Services throughout Rising's 3+ million sq. ft commercial real estate portfolio, business development of integrated verticals, and Rising's energy, sustainability and technology initiatives. Marc has also participated as a GP investor in over $600M of transactions.

Marc is also CEO & Co-Founder of 5x5 Telecom, a fiber optic ISP and smart-building platform located in Los Angeles.

Prior to becoming a key member of Rising Senior Leadership and culture, Marc spent the past 18 years working with multiple start-ups. He worked closely with Nelson and Christopher Rising over the past decade on real estate projects, including Nelson and Christopher's tenure at Maguire.

A noted expert in real estate innovation, Marc's creative leadership in implementing advanced technologies has garnered national attention and drives value for Rising and many of the nation's largest real estate investors. Marc serves as a Director and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors for BOMA International's Greater Los Angeles Chapter representing 135 million square feet of office and industrial space, the IP Infrastructure Committee of Innovate Pasadena, Chair of NAIOP's Trends in Real Estate Development forum, and an appointee to the Advisory Board of Cross Campus, where former President Obama recently spoke on technology and innovation

Phil Cyburt

In this role, Mr. Cyburt executes on investment opportunities to bolster Monday Properties’ capital base and grow its national footprint.

Mr. Cyburt has been a senior executive with two Fortune 500 companies, where he was responsible for the management of vast global real estate and development portfolios. His institutional real estate responsibilities have included: corporate and structured finance; transaction structuring; debt/equity formation and negotiations; strategic planning; portfolio valuation and feasibility studies; as well as residential and commercial development. With over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Cyburt has been instrumental in completing more than $10 billion in various types of real estate transactions in major markets across the United States.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Cyburt was Chief Executive Officer of the Laurus Corporation, a principal real estate investment private equity firm that invests in office, hospitality and retail. Prior to Laurus Corporation, Mr. Cyburt, as Managing Director of Alvarez and Marsal, LLC, served as interim CEO of Lehman Brothers Holdings real estate division, where he managed their debt and equity portfolio consisting of over $30 billion of assets. He also co-founded Cyburt Hall Partners, where as Managing Director he acted as an investor, developer, and operator for approximately $500 million of real estate investments.

As President of Boeing Realty Corporation, Mr. Cyburt successfully directed the company’s real estate portfolio ($9 billion in assets comprising of 125 million square feet in 26 states and 63 countries). In addition, he spearheaded Boeing’s relocation of its world headquarters from Seattle to Chicago. Mr. Cyburt was also elected as President of McDonnell Douglas Realty Company, which serviced and restructured a $750 million commercial real estate loan portfolio in the early 1990’s. The portfolio consisted of nonperforming loans and REO properties including office, industrial, retail and hotels located throughout the United States. Early in his career, he was also Director at Tishman Realty and Construction.

Mr. Cyburt attended Chapman University in Southern California, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also attended graduate courses at Chapman University, Pepperdine University Executive MBA Program, and the investment real estate certificate program at University of Irvine. Philip currently serves on the advisory board for the UCLA Anderson School of Management – Ziman Center for Real Estate, in addition to being an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Cusumano recently completed the 480,000 square foot Talaria at Burbank mixed use project which was named the San Fernando Business Journal 2018 “Mixed Use Project of the Year”, and won the 2019 “Golden Nugget” Grand Award. The Whole Foods anchored project is Burbank’s first and only LEED Gold mixed use development. The Cusumano Family is the largest owner of multifamily units in the region and one of the most active philanthropists in southern California. Cusumano is also one of the most active developers in the area having developed scores of projects over the past several decades. The Cusumano Real Estate Group currently has two major projects in the entitlement phase in Burbank. Cusumano is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Providence St. Joseph Foundation, sits on more than a dozen other community boards and has received dozens off awards for philanthropy and civic engagement. Cusumano received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA, his MBA from Pepperdine, and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. He lives in Malibu.

Kevin Farrell is President and COO of Fifield Realty Corp.. He joined Fifield as Senior Vice President and later became President of Fifield Realty Corp (the development arm of Fifield Companies). Kevin started with Steve Fifield in the 1980's as a construction manager and is currently overseeing FRP's national apartment acquisition program as well as new construction and adaptive reuse projects in Chicago and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Fifield, Kevin was a Vice President at the Related Companies, where he managed several rental and for-sale residential development projects, including Roosevelt Square, a 2,400-unit mixed-income residential community in Chicago's near West Side. Previously, Kevin managed due diligence activities for First Union Real Estate's property investment, acquisition, and redevelopment program in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Kevin has an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. Kevin recently served on the City of Chicago's Green Urban Design Task Force.
