William Gaudreau, AIA is a managing principal at EwingCole, where he directs the master planning, programming/strategic planning and design initiatives for many of the firm’s science and high technology clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, emerging technology companies, college and universities, and state and federal laboratories across the county. Over the past 30 years, Bill has overseen the programming, design and construction of more than 100 life sciences projects, including research and development laboratories, vivaria, and FDA validated cGMP production facilities. He is a frequent speaker on facility planning and has published numerous articles on a wide variety of industry topics.

Nick is responsible for Longfellow’s strategic growth across the West Coast as well as operations in Southern California including oversight of acquisitions, development, asset management, design and construction, property management, and leasing. Prior to joining Longfellow, Nick served as Senior Director in the San Diego office of real estate capital markets intermediary, HFF, where he was responsible for over $2 billion of life science, office, and industrial investment sales. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, BSBA Real Estate Development, and received his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego in 2012.

Brig Black

Since 2012, Brig Black has served as Executive Vice President – Southern California for Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc. Mr. Black’s primary responsibility is to oversee, manage and grow the San Diego regional office of the company. In this capacity, Mr. Black serves as primary point for all of the company’s regional activities, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset and property management, and leasing.

Prior to Lincoln, Mr. Black served as Director of Leasing, Senior Vice President and a Principal of The Shidler Group during his 12 year tenure. The Shidler Group was a highly successful institutional joint-venture platform focused on acquiring opportunistic and value-added commercial real estate in partnership with institutional co-investors.

During Mr. Black’s 22 year career, he has negotiated and structured hundreds of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition and lease transactions in the office, R&D, life science and retail product types worth hundreds of millions in consideration. An active participant in NAIOP, Mr. Black served on the San Diego Board of Directors for nine years and served as its 2012 San Diego Board President. Mr. Black holds a B.A in Finance from the University of Utah, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Christopher High specializes in multi-tenant and corporate headquarter

office and life science leasing in the San Diego markets. He currently

represents over 2.5 million square feet of office space. Mr. High also

concentrates on countywide tenant representation.

Through his specialization in the office leasing sector over the last 15

years, Mr. High’s landlord clients have included Bixby Land Company,

Bollert LeBeau, Clarion, Cruzan, Cypress, DRA Advisors, Everwest, EQ

Office, Emmes, Hines, Irvine Company, JP Morgan, Kilroy Realty, LBA

Realty, LNR, Shea Properties, TA Associates, Nuveen, Longfellow,

Swift, and Westbrook.

Additionally, Mr. High has provided tenant representation services to

several notable clients including American Specialty Health, Akamai,

Cymetrix, DataQuick, Fish & Richardson, GE, Hewlett-Packard, Konica

Minolta, MaxLinear and Novartis.

Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. High worked as a

Director at Cushman and Wakefield and UniDev, LLC, a real estate

developer in Los Angeles. During his tenure with UniDev, he worked

exclusively on residential and commercial development projects at

California State University, Channel Islands.
