Marshall A. Loeb has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director in January 2016. Mr. Loeb, who was with EastGroup from 1991 to 2000, began with the Company as an Asset Manager and rose to Senior Vice President after having a variety of responsibilities including opening EastGroup’s Western Regional Office in Phoenix. Subsequent to his time at EastGroup, Mr. Loeb served as the Chief Financial Officer of Parkway Properties, Inc. (2000-2005) and, most recently, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Glimcher Realty Trust (2005-2015). Mr. Loeb received a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master of Tax Accounting degree from The University of Alabama, then earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

As Senior Vice President/Director of Development for the company, he is responsible for all acquisition and development activities of Majestic Realty Retail, a division of Majestic Realty Co. As a development partner, John brings more than 30 years and 5.1 million square feet of retail/industrial land acquisition and development experience to Majestic. Prior to joining the company, he served as President and Managing Partner of Watt Commercial Development Co., one of Southern California’s premier shopping center development companies. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. A strong industry leader and community volunteer, John is a long standing member of ICSC, and an active board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

As President/CEO, Jeff Jennison manages the entirety of Watson’s 20 million square foot portfolio. His many years in the commercial real estate industry have made him an expert in portfolio management, new construction, building systems, project transition and start-up, tenant retention programs, emergency building procedures and inspections, management plans, and budgeting requirements.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, Jeff is working to become a Certified Property Manager® with the Institute of Real Estate Management, in which he is actively involved. He is also involved in the Building Owners Management Association and the Big Brother Program of Orange County.

Peter M. Rooney is responsible for the acquisition and development of SARES•REGIS Group’s commercial and industrial real estate portfolio. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Rooney has overseen the acquisition of approximately 75 commercial/industrial properties totaling 33 million square feet with a value of approximately $2.3 billion. Prior to joining the Sares Company, Mr. Rooney worked for a major East Coast institutional investor where he was involved in the purchase of residential, retail and commercial properties with an approximate value of $600 million. Mr. Rooney graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Mr. Rooney is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

James “Watty” Watson has spent a 35-year career in the commercial real estate investment, development and management business. He currently serves as President and CEO of CT Realty Investors in Orange County, California.

CT Realty Investors has enjoyed a twenty year history of successful and profitable real estate investment, development, and management activities and has acquired and sold over $2.5 Billion in real estate. Since 1994, CT has invested in industrial, office and multi-family properties, as well as distressed commercial debt. CT’s investment platform has cultivated and fostered a community of sophisticated and diverse private and institutional investors.

Previously, Watty served as President of the Koll Development Company where he was responsible for real estate investment and development in the Western United States and Mexico. Koll developed or acquired more than 75 million square feet of institutional quality commercial real estate including office, industrial, and retail properties during its history.

Prior to Koll, James was President of SDC Investments, successor to the Santa Anita Development Company. SDC developed several million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the southwest United States prior to Watty merging SDC operations into the Koll Company in 1990.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California, he earned a bachelor's degree in Public Administration. James was President of the Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and served on its National Board of Directors. He is also a member in the ULI and was appointed by Governor Wilson as State Racing Commissioner on the California Horse Racing Board and served for four years.

Watty is Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board of the UC Irvine Center for Real Estate at the Paul Merage School of Business. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife and three children.

Mr. Schwimmer serves as Rexford Industrial's Co-Chief Executive Officer and on our Board of Directors since July 2013. Mr. Schwimmer has served as Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of our predecessor business and President of Rexford Industrial Realty & Management Inc. since December 2001. From May 1983 until November 2001, Mr. Schwimmer, a licensed California real estate broker, served at various times as manager, executive vice president and broker of record for DAUM Commercial Real Estate, one of California’s oldest industrial brokerage companies. Mr. Schwimmer’s thirty-year professional career has been dedicated entirely and exclusively to Southern California infill industrial real estate, including its acquisition, value-add improvement, management, sales, leasing and disposition. Mr. Schwimmer has experience forming real estate investment companies, managing real estate brokerage offices, serving as a real estate brokerage company board member and acquiring, repositioning, developing, leasing, selling and adding value to over thirty million square feet of industrial properties in Southern California. Mr. Schwimmer received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1983 where he majored in business with an emphasis in real estate finance and development. Mr. Schwimmer serves on the USC Lusk Center Real Estate Leadership Council, is Board Chair of USC Hillel, and is the Allocation Committee Chair of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Real Estate Principals Organization.

Kim Snyder is President of Prologis’ Southwest Region and is responsible for all regional activities including development, acquisitions and operations for Prologis. Key markets included in this region are Southern California, the Inland Empire, Las Vegas and Phoenix. A thirty-year veteran in the development business, he joined AMB (pre-merger) in 2005, bringing experience in real estate development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and finance. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President during his tenure at AMB, Kim managed AMB's Airport Group, Mexico and Brazil operations.

Prior to AMB, Kim served as President of Paragon Capital Corporation and CEO of Paragon Development, Inc. and was Managing Director for Insignia-ESG's Western region development operation. Prior to Insignia, he was a partner with Investment Building Group.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is on the advisory board for the NAIOP-Inland Empire Chapter, and is a past President of the Chapter. Kim is also on the Technical Committee and Advisory Board of the Prologis Fibra (Mexico), a publicly traded real estate investment company based in Mexico City. He is currently serving on the Industry Advisory Board at the Drucker School at Claremont University, and is a Trustee on the Board of the Gooden School in Sierra Madre, California.

Mr. Strasmann is the Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Orange County Operations as well as the functional Southern California Industrial & Logistics Market Leader. Mr. Strasmann’s Orange County responsibilities include leading a team of over 360 professionals in the Orange County Region with direct oversight of all lines of business and services CBRE provides to the marketplace. As the Functional Industrial Leader, Mr. Strasmann has the additional responsibility of managing approximately 130 selling industrial professionals throughout 12 Southern California offices. Mr. Strasmann also serves as the management oversight for CBRE’s National Port Logistics and E-Commerce specialty practice groups.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Strasmann served as the Managing Director of Brokerage Operations for Voit’s Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland Empire Operations. Mr. Strasmann’s region accounted for approximately 75% of Voit’s revenue and profit. Mr. Strasmann was directly responsible for opening up offices in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for Voit. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned at Voit to accept a position at CBRE.

Prior to Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Strasmann worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 24 years. Mr. Strasmann held many positions at Grubb & Ellis working his way up from an Industrial Broker to eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire operations). Mr. Strasmann’s region was recognized as the largest and most profitable region nationwide for Grubb & Ellis. Additionally, Mr. Strasmann served on Grubb & Ellis’ National Executive Committee. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned from Grubb & Ellis to accept a position at Voit Real Estate Services.

John C. Condas, a partner in our Orange County office, has broad experience obtaining and defending all types of land use and environmental permits. He has assisted numerous land developers and industrial, multifamily, retail and office developers, and homebuilders in obtaining entitlements from federal, state, regional and local agencies. He has particular experience working with multiple species habitat plans, affordable housing regulations and the winding down of RDAs, and advises clients on the developing climate change and green building requirements they face.

John has led legal due diligence and entitlement teams for industrial, commercial, retail, multifamily and single-family residential projects in more than 200 jurisdictions and agencies. Over the past four years, he has provided entitlement due diligence and counseling for industrial and logistics projects totaling over 65 million square feet. He represented national, publicly traded and private home-building clients in acquiring more than 30,000 residential lots.

John is a member of the Board of Directors of Great Ajax Corp., a NYSE-traded REIT. He has taught real estate law at the USC Gould School of Law and taught real estate law for 15 years in the USC MBA and Master of Real Estate Development programs. He was the 2015 President of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter.

Brett Dedeaux serves as President of Dedeaux Properties LLC., a Los Angeles-based logistics real estate investment development, and asset management firm controlling a portfolio of over 6,500,000 sq. ft. of primarily distribution, cold-storage and transportation-orientated properties largely in Southern California, including a strategic presence in Northern California. Currently, the firm has a project pipeline of approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. in various stages of development and entitlement. Michael G. Tingus, President of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura and one of the region’s highest producing brokers, has been assisting landlords, developers, tenants and business owners with their real estate needs for over 26 years.

His expertise includes sales and leasing of industrial, R&D, office and retail properties as well as development land throughout Southern California with a focus on Los Angeles and Ventura counties. A consistent top producer, Mr. Tingus was named Broker of the Year in 2015 to reflect his transactional achievements. He has served as president of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura since 1994. Ken Fields, a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Real Estate Practice Group, practices all aspects of real estate legal transactions, including buying and selling individual properties and multi-property portfolios, construction and development and leasing of industrial, retail, and office properties, and permanent, construction, mezzanine, and other real estate secured loans. Ken's clients include industrial, retail, and office building owners and tenants, commercial brokerage firms and real estate investors and syndicators.

He has assisted clients in buying or selling billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets, has negotiated leases affecting billions of square feet of space, and has helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate syndications. Ken frequently represents owners and tenants in single-tenant "big-box" leases. Robinson is currently acquiring land and developing speculative commercial real estate, primarily in San Diego County. Over the past few years, he has acquired 2.5 million square feet, more than 2 million of which is for a long-term hold, and has an additional one million square feet of speculative development in the pipeline over the next 24 months.
