Mr. Aaron is co-founder, President and CFO of Strategic Venue Partners. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Aaron was the President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterImage 3D, a technology company that provided pioneering 3D solutions for theaters, mobile devices and gaming. Masterimage owned digital 3D cinema systems in over 100 countries and offered audiences the sharpest and clearest 3D experience while providing exhibitors with a compelling ownership-based pricing model. Founded in 2004, MasterImage 3D was privately held and headquartered in Hollywood, with offices in the UK, Tokyo and Seoul. Prior to MasterImage 3D, Mr. Aaron worked at Lighthouse Capital where he structured and advised Symphony 3D Technologies. Mr. Aaron attended Emory University and holds a BA/MBA from the University of Hartford.

Graduating from California State University, Long Beach in 1986 with a Degree in Construction Management, Jerry Mejia brings over 35 years of industry experience, over half of which have been with Swinerton. During his career, Jerry has performed many roles, bringing a wide range of experience and expertise. As Vice President for Swinerton's Southern California Healthcare group, he is responsible for the overall business, including project pursuits, preconstruction and construction processes, and business partner relationships.

Dr. Michael Nduati, M.D., M.B.A, M.P.H., is chief executive officer of UCR Health and associate clinical professor of health sciences and senior associate dean for clinical affairs at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine. He is also hospitalist at Riverside Community Hospital. Nduati has a variety of responsibilities within the medical school. As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic development and growth of UCR Health, the medical school's clinical enterprise, and serves as the physician executive leader of the medical school's faculty practice. Prior to his appointment as senior associate dean, he was co-director of the school's Longitudinal Ambulatory Care Experience (LACE) program and director of hospital medicine for UCR Health. He received his bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from UCR, then went to UCLA to earn his M.D. from the David Geffen School of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management. After graduating, he did his internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Fontana before earning a Master in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. Nduati, who is board certified in family medicine, is chair of the Academic Practice Forum for the California Medical Association and on the Board of Councilors for the Riverside County Medical Association.  He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. While an undergraduate, Nduati co-founded the student-run African Americans United in Science at UCR, an organization that he continues to work with today.

Jeff Land serves as System Senior Vice President of National Real Estate Services at CommonSpirit Health. Mr. Land is responsible for providing leadership in all areas of real estate strategy and transactions, joint ventures, energy and infrastructure, master planning, advisory services, and capital construction for CommonSpirit Health’s diverse healthcare portfolio.

worked 18 years in Pathology, Department of Microbiology as a licensed Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS)

at Cedars‐Sinai Medical Center and three other medical centers in the Los Angeles area.

Adrienne holds a Masters of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University @ Pomona

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Health System Integration at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, Bruce Pollack is responsible for setting the strategic direction toward becoming an integrated health system. He’s also accountable for developing new business initiatives and expanding clinical services through alignment with established medical groups and providers in our service area.

Prior to joining Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, Bruce served as executive director, responsible for Medi-Cal operations at L.A. Care, the nation’s largest public health plan, where he held several leadership roles since joining the organization in 2011. Prior to joining L.A. Care, Bruce served as president of the Academy for International Health Studies, organizing trade/study missions for US health care executives in foreign countries. As vice president of business development for Cigna International, Bruce was responsible for managing hospitals and ambulatory care centers in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Cigna, he served as vice president of business development for Aetna International, managing the hospital and provider network operations of Argentina’s largest private HMO. During this tenure with Aetna Bruce implemented the health plan’s first primary care medical clinics.

Bruce received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and his master’s in business administration from Stanford University. He is fluent in French and Spanish. When Bruce is not working, he enjoys travel, skiing, scuba diving, singing, and songwriting.

Nancy Moses serves as Principal with Trammell Crow Company, where she leads project

execution within the Los Angeles business unit. Specializing in client management, Nancy helps

occupiers identify and implement real estate solutions, and is sought after by clients for her ability

to drive decision-making consensus and then convert that shared vision into a turnkey delivery.

In her tenure at TCC, Nancy has successfully delivered over 1.7 million square feet of office and

healthcare developments within the greater Los Angeles area, with more than 750,000 square feet

anticipated to commence construction in 2023. Nancy was recognized as Commercial Property

Executive’s Stars to Watch in 2020, and one of Real Estate Forum’s 2022 Women of Influence.

Gregg Zoll is the Vice President of Facilities Management and Development at Sharp HealthCare. Prior to joining Sharp HealthCare, Gregg was at Stanford Medical Center where he served as the Director of Renewal Projects. Prior to Stanford, Gregg had extensive construction management experience with Hoag Hospital in Orange County. He has more than 28 years of diverse construction industry experience encompassing project estimating, program management, project controls, project management, contract administration and project engineering. Robert P. David was appointed by Governor Brown as director of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) on April 13, 2012.

Prior to his appointment to OSHPD, David was an executive for the American Hospital Association where he worked on state and federal issues impacting the industry. From 2005 to 2010, David served as the Chief Deputy Director for OSHPD, and before that, he was the Regional Vice President at the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California for six years. Other state government experience includes serving as Assistant Secretary at the Health and Welfare Agency and as Senior Negotiator at the California Medical Assistance Commission.

From 1999 to 2003 David served as a member of the State Emergency Medical Services Commission and is a former member of the San Joaquin County Health Commission. He was selected as a Sierra Health Foundation Health Leadership Fellow in 2002, and completed the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at Harvard University in 2006.

JJohn Pollock is Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Meridian. Mr. Pollock is responsible for

the capital markets, financing, and operational functions of Meridian. He works with his executive

leadership team on the company’s strategy and operations. Before his most recent role, Mr. Pollock

served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Margaret R. Peterson, PhD, serves as President of Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical, a 318-bed community hospital located at 1401 South Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Peterson began her career as a registered nurse. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., her Master of Science degree in Cardiovascular Nursing from The Catholic University of America in Washington, and her Doctor of Philosophy in Administration from Miami University in Ohio.

Peterson has served in executive leadership roles over the past several years. Most recently, she was chief executive officer (CEO) at Desert Valley Hospital and Desert Valley Medical Group in Victorville, California, where she lead expansion efforts that included the opening of a comprehensive heart center. Prior to that, Peterson was CEO of Victor Valley Community Hospital and Simi Valley Hospital and Health Care Services in Simi Valley, California. She has also held executive leadership positions at hospitals in the states of Louisiana and Maryland.

Peterson has been honored by several organizations for her community leadership and named as “2005 Woman of the Year” by the 38th Assembly District of the California State Legislature. More recently, she received the President’s Award for Leadership from the Victorville African American Chamber of Commerce. A results-oriented leader, Peterson understands the important role that a hospital plays in the well-being of the community it serves. She is mission-driven and has hands-on community relations experience. Leaving Ireland for the U.S. in 1989, John owned and operated John Parker Building Ltd., a residential remodeling firm. Mr. Kovac is a Managing Director in HFF’s Seattle office with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Janet Pangman is a Principal at ZGF Architects with over 24 years of experience in the programming, planning, design, and delivery of complex healthcare projects. Tom Raffety is an established member of the Los Angeles building industry

community both residing and working in for over 35 years. His almost 35-year

tenure with Hathaway Dinwiddie has established him as a leader of major

projects in the Los Angeles Basin. Projects like The Getty, Century City high-

rises, Life Sciences, and most recently his passion for Healthcare. Through

decades of diversity, he commits his highest efforts to the project, his team, and

the community it ultimately serves. Tom is very proud of his integrity manifested

Tom has a diverse background in both construction and EMS. Having first

become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 1998, he wanted to give

back to his community to the best of his abilities. Tom went back to get his

paramedic license while still working full time. “Hardest thing since college, but so

worth it.”, having graduated from UCLA the toughest program in the country. Tom

also serves his nation as a first responder for disaster medical response and

honored to have been the first relief team deployed to Puerto Rico after

Hurricane Maria. He continues to work as an active 9-1-1 Paramedic in the Los

His Los Angeles community outreach also extended to the Los Feliz community

serving for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 20 Scoutmaster for nearly ten

The past 25 of those years have been dedicated to master planning, medical planning and the design of large, complex healthcare and academic projects. He has led the design and/or master planning for such world-renowned academic medical centers as Stanford University, the University of California and MD Anderson Cancer Center, as well as healthcare systems including Sutter Health and Kaiser Permanente. Eric also excels at planning and designing for local and federal government agencies including the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mark Krejchi earned a Doctorate in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. After completing postdoctoral fellowships at California Institute of Technology and Stanford University, Mark took a position at Wilsonart LLC where he has played important roles in the design, development, and commercialization of innovative decorative surfacing solutions, both in the US and abroad. Mark holds several patents in areas that involve the materials and processes required to produce decorative surfacing products. He has expertise in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, genetic engineering, and polymer material science as well as commercial product development and business innovation. Dave Hagan has been involved in the Lean Design and Construction communities for over 15 years. As Executive Director of Continuous Improvement for The Devenney Group, Dave has used his experience and expertise to facilitate the implementation of Lean and integrated delivery methodologies on projects in both Canada and the United States.

Dave lives with his wife Bethany in Phoenix, Arizona. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking and trail running.
