He brings a wealth of specialist knowledge in highly sustainable, low energy buildings, structural engineering and building facades and has a proven track record working with some of the most renowned artists, designers and architects to deliver truly remarkable projects. He joined Clark Pacific in 2020 to provide leadership in an ongoing effort to develop a suite of prefabricated building solutions, and grow, advance Clark Pacific to a total building solutions provider.

Senior Vice President-Development, Student Living with The Michaels Organization (Michaels), leading the company’s public-private partnerships with higher education institutions in California, by bringing nearly 20 years of real estate development and finance experience including the development of large-scale housing and dining facilities that utilized public-private partnership (P3) delivery models. In addition to delivering P3 real estatement development projects on-campus, Raoul is the company's leader for off-campus student housing development in California.

He has over 10 years of experience in the building industry predominantly in offsite construction methodologies in the US, UK and Australia, and a degree in Building Surveying & the Environment. Nick has led successful projects for clients in healthcare, government, corporate and creative fields. He has played a vital role in growing our Construction Solutions Division's capabilities and portfolio of successful projects.

Daniel Gehman attended Cornell University in upstate New York before relocating to California. Daniel has been involved in the industry since 1986 and brings specialized expertise in architectural design to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Multifamily, he is responsible for the growth of the multifamily practice, focusing on business development, client service, and project execution. Daniel's background includes a variety of multifamily project types, with 25 years of specialization in Southern California and current projects in the Central Valley and Arizona. He currently teaches a class in the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the University of Southern California as an adjunct professor and is active in many industry associations.

Brad Lancaster, CPC, is a Senior Project Manager at Vertex's San Diego office, where he is primarily responsible for owner representation in all stages of the Construction life cycle within Southern California. Brad holds over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, and has managed a wide variety of development, logistical, and capital expenditure programs in retail, healthcare, food service, sports facility, education, aviation, and office sectors.

Jim has degrees in both Civil Engineering and Architecture. Before founding Stack Modular, he led the construction of over $1 billion US worth of commercial office towers, high-end condominiums, and university buildings.

Jim’s extensive education, leadership experience as a Professional Engineer, penchant for global travel, and desire to deliver modular buildings globally, led him to Shanghai, China. Here, Jim produced one of the first Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises owned solely by a Canadian.

As President and Founder of Stack Modular, he hired architects, engineers, and project managers from Canada, the USA, and China to oversee design and construction, as well as product delivery to the rest of the world.

Justin Stewart is the CEO and Owner of 8-time National Excellence in Construction Award winning Synergy, Inc, and industry disrupting Synergy Modular. Synergy has built over 10,000 units and countless commercial projects as a GC over the last three decades in the Pacific Northwest. In 2017, in response to a demand for predictability, Justin founded Synergy Modular, building projects at a fixed cost, in 30-50% less time.

Doug is a modular industry veteran bringing many years of experience in modular built multifamily

and hospitality projects; including, executive experience at Guerdon Enterprises

An expert in operations, Doug offers extensive experience in strategic relationships. business

planning, leadership development and creative problem solving. Doug has in-depth experience

developing and implementing processes that contribute significantly to profitability.

Doug is taking Prefab Logic to the next level. He is responsible for designing and implementing

innovation that drives the modular industry forward while establishing a progressive culture.

RICHARD J. ROZYCKI is a growth-driven executive with 14 years of experience in senior operations

leadership and corporate law. His background includes specialization in the modular and prefabricated

construction industry where he has developed a proven track record of transforming startups into

burgeoning revenue producers.

Rich brings to the table a unique business perspective, having served in C-suite leadership roles and as

general counsel at major companies like Z Modular and Champion Home Builders. He is a forward-thinking

strategist who identifies opportunities, mitigates risks, and builds tactical partnerships that result in

multimillion-dollar revenue growth.

In March 2021, Rich stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at CRATE Modular, a leading

manufacturer of modular buildings made from reused shipping containers. As a member of the C-suite

leadership team and board of directors, Rich focuses on driving a strategic business direction to help the

company transition from an early-stage manufacturer to a high-growth industry player, all while supporting

the enterprise’s sustainability mission. In his new role at CRATE, Rich is poised to take the company to the

next level. He is excited to drive the vision and strategies to maximize value for customers, employees, and

shareholders.

Before joining CRATE Modular, Rich served as Senior Vice President at Z Modular where he was the #2

US-based employee. During his tenure, he worked side-by-side with the company’s president to shape and

execute strategic plans. Under his guidance, the company experienced explosive growth, increasing the

construction pipeline from $12M to $170M in projects. He played a direct role in expanding the startup from

0 to 4 production facilities and increasing the workforce from 15 to ~600 employees.

Previously, as General Manager of Champion Commercial Structures and Assistant General Counsel at

Champion Home Builders, Rich demonstrated invaluable versatility. Notably, he raised divisional revenue

from less than $1M to ~$40M over a 3-year period, along with securing Champion Commercial Structures

as 1 of 4 modular vendors selected by Marriott International to build hotels during its modular initiative

launch in 2015.

Rich’s early career includes tenures as an attorney within private practices. During that time, he negotiated

a multimillion-dollar public construction project contract, served as first-chair defense of a residential

development involved in a commercial contract dispute before the American Arbitration Association, and

obtained full payment of a contracted fee for a structural steel contractor involved in a lien dispute.

Over the past few years, Rich has honed a reputation as a thought leader in his field, participating in public

speaking engagements nationwide to promote Z Modular and the modular construction industry. He has

delivered presentations covering a range of topics from sales and business development to construction

process optimization.

Rich holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a bachelor’s degree

in business administration from Michigan State University. He is also a member of the Modular Building

Institute and is licensed to practice law in Michigan.

Nolan Lenahan is an Associate Principal at DCI Engineers. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Nolan focuses primarily on structural designs for projects across southern California. This includes a variety of volumetric modular buildings where he specializes in steel volumetric modular construction. He’s often relied upon for helping clients navigate the new and often complex world of volumetric modular construction where he’s credited for his ability to coordinate with manufacturers and on-site construction sequencing.

Lisa is a passionate advocate for sustainable structures, serving as rotating Chair of the Structural Engineers Association of California’s Sustainable Design Committee since 2009 and co-authoring several papers on sustainable design and construction, including one of the first studies on the life cycle impacts of structural systems. Highly engaged in California’s AB2446 embodied carbon workshops, she continues to lead efforts that advance low-carbon building strategies. Building on her expertise in timber innovation and sustainability, she supports clients and project teams through feasibility planning, design management, cost planning, and pre-construction, guiding early decisions to deliver pioneering, environmentally responsible projects.

Thomas Robinson is the Founder of LEVER Architecture, a design practice with offices in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles. His firm is widely recognized for material innovation and for pioneering work with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT). His recent projects include 843 N Spring Street, slated to be one of the largest mass timber buildings in Los Angeles, as well as first-of-their-kind timber buildings for clients such as The Nature Conservancy and Adidas. Thomas’ work also includes more than $1M in research to develop and test wood building assemblies. He has lectured on mass timber throughout the US, Europe, and South America, and served as the USDA Wood Innovation Grant Visiting Professor at the University of Arkansas.
