Khalif Edwards is the Managing Director of Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Cityview. Edwards is responsible for investment management intelligence and driving new capital development opportunities with private and public pension fund plans, insurance companies, foundations and endowments and family offices. He also manages investor and consultant outreach, leads the formulation of fundraising strategies for multiple investment vehicles, and increases brand recognition for Cityview in national and international markets. Edwards has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry working with a broad base of clients, prospects and consultants with a focus on the Western United States and international markets. In his previous role as managing director and equity partner at Clarion Partners, Edwards was head of West Coast capital fundraising and client relationships for all of the firm’s funds and separate accounts, leading his team in raising $3 billion in equity from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, he served as senior director of business management at TIAA-CREF Investment Management, director of private equity funds group at Merrill Lynch & Co. and senior vice president at EastDil Secured, LLC, among other senior positions. Edwards earned a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School with a concentration in real estate and corporate finance, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Daniel Palmieri is a Managing Director at Northwood Investors and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions, with a focus on the western United States. Mr. Palmieri previously worked as a senior analyst at CIM Group, Inc. based in Los Angeles. In this capacity, he was responsible for underwriting and executing real estate and infrastructure investments throughout the United States & North America. Mr. Palmieri received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with a focus in Investments.

David Gaultiere is the Direct of Product at AppFolio, where he leads software development initiatives for their real estate investment management platform.
