Kenneth T. Lombard, President & CEO, is responsible for the overall direction of BRIDGE Housing, a leading nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing. He joined BRIDGE in November 2021.

Over a career that spans three decades, Mr. Lombard has garnered extensive experience in business development, management, investment banking, economic development, corporate expansion and real estate investment. Mr. Lombard joins BRIDGE from Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG), where he served most recently as Special Advisor; he was an original Board member when Seritage went public in 2015 and subsequently served as Seritage’s EVP and COO. Seritage is a self-administered and self-managed REIT with properties totaling approximately 39 million square feet of space across 49 states and Puerto Rico.

Earlier, Mr. Lombard was President of MacFarlane Partners, an investment management firm that acquires, develops and manages real estate assets on behalf of pensions and institutional investors. Prior to joining MacFarlane Partners, Mr. Lombard served as Vice Chairman, Partner and head of investments for Capri Capital Partners, and President of the Capri Urban Fund, which invested in more than $1 billion in commercial, residential and mixed-use development, redevelopment and repositioning projects in densely populated urban markets of the U.S.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Lombard was President of Starbucks Entertainment, where he managed the collaboration with Concord Music to form a new Starbucks music label. In 1992, Mr. Lombard co-founded Johnson Development Corporation and spent 12 years as the President and Partner of the firm, creating a legacy of economic improvement in underserved communities of color in 65 cities and 17 states. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington.

Devin Elder is a Real Estate entrepreneur and San Antonio native with a proven track record of repositioning properties, delivering quality housing products to market, and delivering consistent double digit returns to hundreds of passive investment partners. Devin began investing in Real Estate in 2012 and has grown revenue and profit every year since.

Devin Elder is sole owner of DJE Texas Management Group LLC (DJE), which manages all aspects of acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of single family, land, development, and multifamily projects in Central Texas. DJE has successfully completed over 200 Real Estate renovation projects, with renovation budgets ranging from $10k to $1.2MM+. Devin is a Principal in over 2,000 units of multifamily valued at over $150MM. No investor capital has ever been lost on any DJE project.

The DJE multifamily portfolio is managed by DJE Properties LLC, the company’s in house property management firm.

Prior to his Real Estate investing career, Devin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and enjoyed a near decade-long successful corporate career in Operations, IT, and Marketing roles at two of San Antonio’s largest employers, Rackspace and 3M.

Mr. Elder is the host of The DJE Podcast, a weekly show interviewing the top Commercial Real Estate investment experts in the country, and is himself a regular expert guest on the top multifamily investment podcasts in the world.

In 2020, Devin founded The DJE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) foundation, as the philanthropic arm of DJE. The non-profit supports an orphanage in the Philippines, local Christian organizations, and numerous other impactful causes.

Mr. Elder is Co-Founder of ApartmentEducators.com, a consulting firm that teaches successful professionals how to invest in multifamily communities as passive investors and operators. Devin co-founded the Real Estate Brokerage Accelerated Commercial Real Estate in 2020 with his ApartmentEducators.com business partner to assist clients in sourcing and closing multifamily investments.

Devin has a broad network of experienced and trusted advisors, attorneys, brokers, investors, and accountants that facilitate the continued success and growth of DJE.

Devin has been married to his wife Amber since 2008. They reside in far North San Antonio with their three children. He enjoys family time, golf, playing guitar, and spending time with his sons at Eventide Ranch, the Elder family’s South Texas wild animal preserve, home to a variety of exotic animals including a herd of the extinct-in-the-wild Scimitar Horned Oryx and a Zebra named “Pete”.

Heather McClure

Heather McClure is responsible for nationwide structured finance executions on multifamily, single-family build-to-rent, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality properties at Walker & Dunlop. Structures include joint venture equity, preferred equity, programmatic GP co-investments, stretch seniors, construction, and mezzanine.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. McClure was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Behringer, an investment management firm. There, she structured, executed, and managed $1.9 billion in debt financings on 14,000 apartment units, 1,000,000 SF of office space, a large iconic hotel with mixed use, and foreign industrial and retail. She also disposed of or restructured assets in legacy funds. Before moving to the principal side, Ms. McClure was an originator at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where she closed commercial mortgages for Prudential’s general account, structured finance products, and its conduit. She started her career in real estate at Archon Financial, a Goldman Sachs Company, as an underwriting associate after working for Texaco as an internal auditor, both domestically and internationally.

Ms. McClure has received the Dallas Women in Business Award as well as Women of Influence: Next Generation award. She received a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Latin American studies from Texas A&M University, as well as an MBA from the University of Texas.

Mike Sebastian has been in real estate technology for 14 years working with many different asset classes including multi-family, office, industrial and retail and other types of assets in real estate. Mike has worked with investment management clients for over 10 years ranging from small offices and syndications to large private equity funds and institutions. Mike has worked with clients to help them leverage state of the art software to streamline business process around the entire lifecycle of real estate starting with fund raising and investor relations, acquisition and underwriting, investment management and reporting, though property management and construction.
