Mr. Kang is a Partner with Kearny Real Estate Company and has been with the company since 2001. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of acquisitions, as well as the development management, asset management and dispositions of Kearny’s current development projects. Mr. Kang played an instrumental role in the acquisition of four million sf of properties as well as over $400 million of non-performing loans. Mr. Kang managed the successful execution of Heritage Corporate Center and took part in the successful RFP process and the development of the Los Angeles Air Force Base office campus as well as acquisitions of the Vought property and Hawthorne Airport. In the past two years, Mr. Kang played a pivotal role in the acquisitions of over eighty non-performing loans totaling over $400 million. He continues to serve as the asset manager for many of these assets.

Prior to joining Kearny, Mr. Kang was with L.J. Melody & Company, the investment-banking arm of CB Richard Ellis where he analyzed various capital structures including equity, joint ventures, and debt from various sources such as private investors, institutional investors, life/insurance companies, conduits, and mezzanine lenders. Mr. Kang has also held a NASD-licensed, supervisory position with Liberty Mutual Funds. Mr. Kang’s community involvement includes serving on the board of directors for a start-up charter elementary school in East Los Angeles. Mr. Kang also serves on the board of directors for Business Finance Capital, a 504-SBA loan clearinghouse focused on loans to small businesses in southern California. Mr. Kang has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard College in Cambridge, MA and is a member of Mensa.

Mr. Glaubach is a Managing Director in the Ares Real Estate Group, where he focuses on U.S. real estate equity and is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Real Estate Opportunity Funds. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Real Estate Group's U.S. Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Glaubach was a Managing Director, head of the firm’s west coast office, and a member of the Investment Committee at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where he focused on sourcing and executing opportunistic real estate investments in the multifamily, hospitality, office, retail and industrial spaces. Previously, Mr. Glaubach worked at ING Barings in its New York, London and Frankfurt offices, where he focused on investment banking. Mr. Glaubach has served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the University of Southern California, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New Media Advocacy Project, a non-profit organization. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard College, a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jerome A. Fink is a co-founder & Managing Partner of The Bascom Group, LLC. Bascom

has completed over $12.0 billion in multi-family and commercial value-added

transactions since 1996 including more than 300 multifamily properties and 80,000

units. Bascom has ranked among the top 50 multifamily owners in the U.S. Bascom’s

subsidiaries and joint ventures include the Southern California Industrial Fund,

Rushmore Properties, Bascom Portfolio Advisors, Shubin Nadal Associates, Spirit Bascom

Ventures, REDA Bascom Ventures, MHF RM Holdings, Bascom Northwest Ventures,

Bascom Arizona Ventures, Harbor Associates, Village Partner Ventures, and the Realm

Group. Bascom’s subsidiaries also include Premier Business Centers, the largest

privately held executive suite company in the U.S.

Prior to founding Bascom, Mr. Fink acted as Senior Acquisitions and Sales Manager from

1991 to 1995 for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. His responsibilities included

market assessment, property identification and negotiation, and the acquisition and

disposition of real estate investments.

Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a

Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of

Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managements (IREM)

and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Mr. Fink is a licensed real estate

broker in the state of California, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a

Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA),

and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He has appeared as a guest speaker at

various functions, including those for the Urban Land Institute, University of California

Los Angeles and Irvine, University of Southern California, and other assorted industry

events. Mr. Fink previously served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Real

Estate Alumni Association and is currently a member of the USC Lusk Center for Real

Estate Executive Committee.  He has previously served on the board for the Young

Presidents Organization (YPO) California Coast chapter and is currently a member of the

World Presidents Organization (WPO).

In 2004, Mr. Fink was awarded the Apartment Executive of the Year by the Real Estate

Conference Group, the industry's largest and most prestigious multifamily conference

on the West Coast, and was later awarded the Rising Star award by the University of

California Irvine Center for Real Estate in 2008. Mr. Fink was also recognized in the 2011

Multi-Family Executive Magazine. In 2016, Mr. Fink was awarded the Ernst & Young

Entrepreneur of the Year, Orange County.

In addition to his position with SEI, Mr. Lustgarten is President and founder of Snowmass Capital. In his 23-year career, he has participated in over $11 billion of transactions. His prior roles include serving as Director at Lowe Enterprises Investors; Director of North American Debt at GE Capital; Finance Director at CIM Group; and Manager in RBC Capital Markets' Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Lustgarten received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

As the CEO of iBorrow, former real estate lawyer, real estate owner and adept businessman, Brian has a vast array of knowledge in the commercial real estate sector, specifically structuring complex deals. Borrowers and investors alike turn to Brian because of his ability to underwrite deals quickly while adhering to a high standard of ethics and due diligence. Not only is Brian well-positioned in understanding every aspect of the deal process – including what is vital and what isn’t – but he goes beyond the numbers by taking a comprehensive and strategic approach to each deal. Brian first founded Eagle Group, LLC in 2001, as a fully-integrated real estate company that handles all aspects of commercial real estate including finance, loan servicing, management and advisory services. In 2012, Brian branched off to create iBorrow (formerly Eagle Group Finance), a dedicated lender specializing in private loans for commercial properties in the Western U.S.

Prior to iBorrow, Brian was a real estate transactional attorney at the law firms of TroyGould and Kulik, Gottesman & Mouton, where he represented real estate investment trusts, publicly traded real estate companies and high-net- worth individuals. He also served as President and Board Member of TenantDirect.com, the developer of the first web-based property management software system for the real estate industry. Brian earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He also has an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

Brian is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the State Bar of California. Austin Khan is Chief Investment Officer of Laurus Corporation with the completion of over $3 billion in real estate transactions in both principal and advisory roles over the past 16 years under his belt. Mr. Khan’s extensive experience in the hospitality, office, retail and multifamily sectors has positioned him as an expert in the commercial real estate arena. In his role as CIO, he oversees the acquisition and capital raising for Laurus. Prior to joining Laurus Corporation, Mr. Khan was Vice President of Acquisitions for the primary real estate and hospitality investment platform for TRT Holdings, a diversified private investment firm with $5.5 billion in assets under management. In this role, he led the global sourcing for new investment deals while staying on track with acquisition strategy. His efforts were also utilized in managing capital market relationships on behalf of the firm. Mr. Khan was a key player in completing such landmark transactions as the acquisition of the real estate assets of the Amelia Island Company, the development of the 1,000-key Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel and the recapitalization of the 720-key Champions Gate Resort in Orlando. Prior to that, Mr. Khan was a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager for the Palmetto Hospitality Fund on behalf of its development affiliate, OTO Development, where he focused on acquisitions and ground-up development of midscale and upscale hotels in the Hilton, Marriott, Starwood and Hyatt families of brands. Mr. Khan started his real estate finance career in investment banking as part of the leisure, lodging and gaming group at Bank of America Securities and the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Andersen Corporate Finance, a broker-dealer subsidiary of Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Khan received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

As a leading multi-family professional, Ms. Lustig-Bower has handled approximately $9 billion in multi-family property sales in the Los Angeles area within the past ten years. She is the founder and leader of Team Lustig-Bower, a team of nine professionals who specialize in the marketing and sale of multi-family properties in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically focusing on the sale of apartment buildings, condominium conversions/reversions and land for apartment and condominium development. Ms. Lustig-Bower has been rated one of the top brokers in the United States for the past 20 years. Prior to TMMC, Mr. Rose was Vice President at Rosen Consulting Group, where he was responsible for national real estate market research, covering the office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors.
