Srinivas Yalamanchili is a Principal at Positive Investments, a diversified real estate investment and property management company founded in 1976 and based in Los Angeles, CA. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and management of apartment buildings which is Positive’s focus, but also has experience in other property types including industrial, office and hotels. Positive is also now beginning construction on their first new construction multifamily development.

Srinivas holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He has also been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2004.

Donahue Peebles III

Donahue Peebles, III is the Executive Vice President of The Peebles Corporation and handles new

acquisitions and business development.

Mr. Peebles actively pursues public and private real estate transactions in for The Peebles Corporation’s

various markets, including South Florida, Washington, D.C.-metropolitan area and New York tri-state area.

In addition, he maintains substantial involvement in the pre-development phase, and is capable of

advancing projects through the development process through strategic partnerships, management and

community engagement.

In addition to his role, Mr. Peebles is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the Peebles Emerging

Developer Fund I – a $500 million investment fund for minority and women developers in markets that

include New York, Los Angeles and South Florida.

Mr. Peebles is the Owner and CEO of Legacy Real Estate Development, LLC a Residential Real Estate

Development firm that focuses on the development and acquisition of low-income housing projects in

South Florida, Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and New York tri-state area.

Mr. Peebles takes an active role in The Peebles Corporation’s public image, participating in business and

entrepreneurial summits, as well as real estate panels and forums. He also serves both the Washington

D.C. and New York City communities by engaging with multiple philanthropies that benefit and expose

youth to various opportunities in entrepreneurship. He currently works with the New York City Mission

Society, Best Buddies, Harlem Mothers S.A.V.E., and various other organizations to improve the quality of

life of impoverished and special-needs individuals on a global scale.

Mr. Peebles holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.

Ryan Park is currently Head of Real Estate Lending for Mizrahi Tefahot Bank LTD (UMTB USA) specializing in the financing of commercial real estate properties in California. Prior to joining UMTB USA in November 2021, Ryan held various real estate lending positions at Union Bank and Bank Leumi, where he cultivated relationships and tailored financing solutions for some of the well-known, privately held real estate companies in the country. This depth of experience has allowed him to provide insightful real estate solutions to his clients and be invited as a guest speaker at various conferences. Mr. Park earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics / Economics from University of California Los Angeles in 2009.

Elizabeth Dryden is a Partner in the Real Estate Department of Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP. Elizabeth’s practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financings, and joint venture and syndication formations. Her practice experience includes extensive representation of institutional and noninstitutional lenders, property owners and developers, private equity investors and high-net worth individuals across all asset classes. With a strong background in finance, Elizabeth specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate finance transactions, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine and other subordinate loans, preferred equity and joint venture structures, syndicated credit facilities, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans, bridge loans and construction loans. Prior to joining Ervin Cohen & Jessup, Elizabeth worked at the Am Law 100 firms Paul Hastings LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University. She is also the Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Real Estate Section.

Damian Gancman oversees the operations of Cityview and its investments while supporting the strategic growth of its finance, acquisition, asset management and property management functions. An 18-year veteran of the firm, Damian is also a partner at Cityview and a member of its investment committee. As CFO, he helped build out Cityview’s best-in-class finance department, including the implementation of strategic process, accounting, reporting and technology improvements that enhance the investor experience.

In addition to his role at Cityview, Damian is a guest lecturer for the University of Southern California’s Master of Real Estate Development program and is a key contributor to the Cityview Leadership Academy. Damian earned a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California and a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration and psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.

He previously was an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners. He holds a BS in Economics with a finance concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Daniel Kattan is an executive director of high yield originations at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Los Angeles, Daniel is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring high yield and structured real estate investments including senior loan, mezzanine, and preferred equity investments for the western U.S., including the Mountain States and Texas.

Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Daniel was with Canyon Partners Real Estate where he was a Vice President with a focus on equity acquisitions and high yield debt originations throughout the Western US. In his five-year tenure, Daniel was responsible for executing $430 million of invested equity equal to $1.5 billion of total real estate capitalization.

Prior to Canyon Partners Real Estate, Daniel was an associate with Colony Capital, an institutional real estate investment management firm, with a focus on equity acquisitions and bridge lending. Previously, he was an associate with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, a leading accountancy firm, with a focus on tax and accounting services for institutional and high net worth real estate clients.

Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in history and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Jewish Federation Real Estate & Construction (REC) Network of Los Angeles.

Mansoor Ghori

Mansoor Ghori is a Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Petros PACE Finance. He leads Credit, Underwriting, and Business Development, and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is integral to underwriting and structuring transactions, leveraging his 30+ years of experience in structured finance.

Prior to Petros, he was the President and CEO of Accent Capital and was responsible for the investment and administrative activities of the firm. He was also a Managing Director at Transamerica Technology Finance Corporation, which was subsequently acquired by GE Capital, and a Principal at Sternhill Partners, a $100 million venture capital firm based in Houston.

Prior to joining Sternhill, he was the Founder and SVP/Regional Manager of Imperial Bank’s Southwest Region of the Emerging Growth Industries Group (acquired by Comerica Bank). He was also a VP in the National Accounts Division of Silicon Valley Bank, focusing on investments in high-technology and biotech companies in Texas.

Mansoor also currently serves on the following boards: Petros, STG Design, PACENation, C-PACE Alliance, as well as the Andy Roddick Foundation. In addition, he is also an Executive Committee Member of Petros, PACENation and C-PACE Alliance, and a finance committee member of PACENation and the Andy Roddick Foundation.

Mansoor is a graduate of Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California and holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.

Ryan Patap is a Senior Director of Market Analytics for CoStar, where he is responsible for Costar’s

coverage of Los Angeles’ commercial property markets. Ryan has a decade of experience in real estate

research and was previously at CBRE Investment Management, CBRE’s investment management

business, where he was a Director in the Research & Strategy team.

Prior to CBRE, Ryan started his career in research at Heitman, a real estate investment manager based in

Chicago. Ryan has also had other real estate roles at developer Hines and flexible office startup Knotel.
