Dan Martin serves as CEO of Martin Automotive Group, a family owned and operated Cadillac / GMC dealership located on the Westside since 1950. As Co-Manager of Philena Properties, Dan also oversees the redevelopment of the dealership into the Martin Expo Town Center. Prior to these roles, Dan worked as a senior investment professional at Canyon Capital Advisors (Los Angeles) and investment banker with Morgan Stanley (New York, London and Moscow). Dan holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.S., B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.

City Manager Rick Cole has 30 years of experience in public policy and administration. Most recently, he served as Deputy Mayor for Budget and Innovation for the City of Los Angeles where he was responsible for a budget of $8.6 billion and oversaw five city departments with more than 3,000 staff. He also supervised LA's Chief Sustainability, Technology and Data Officers.

For 15 years, Mr. Cole was City Manager of two Southern California cities, Ventura and Azusa. He has been recognized as one of America's Public Officials of the Year by Governing Magazine and one of the "Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers" by Government Technology Magazine. He has won awards for municipal management excellence from the American Society of Public Administrators and the Municipal Management Association of Southern California, as well as for urban planning leadership from the Congress for the New Urbanism.

Mr. Cole served 12 years on the Pasadena City Council and was Mayor when Pasadena adopted its landmark General Plan, an early model for smart growth. Called "one of Southern California's most visionary planning thinkers" by the Los Angeles Times, he has been an active leader in the International City Managers Association and the City Managers Department of the League of California Cities.

As Santa Monica’s City Manager, Mr. Cole is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the City of Santa Monica, which includes implementation of City Council ordinances and policies, oversight of all City departments and a budget of $564 million.

Juan Matute

Juan Matute studies a number of areas relating to the future of urban mobility and accessibility, including sustainable transportation and land use, transit, SB 375 implementation, transportation as a service, and local government climate planning. Juan recently worked with Stephanie Pincetl on a study of California policies indirectly linked to petroleum use. That study, Unraveling Ties to Petroleum, was recently published by Next10.

His work with JR DeShazo on frontiers in local greenhouse gas emissions measurement and management was published in the Oxford Handbook of Urban Planning. Juan recently instructed and advised a team of undergraduates in UCLA’s Environmental Science program as they created a carbon neutral scoping plan for the City of Hermosa Beach.

Juan worked with Caltrans to develop a Statewide Transit Strategic Plan and he manages an implementation measure of that plan, TransitWiki.org.

His work related to transportation and climate change includes research California Energy Commission to introduce life-cycle assessment of energy and emissions into transportation decision-making and service as co-chair of the Transportation Technical Advisory Committee for ICLEI’s U.S. Community Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Reporting Protocol.

With an MBA and Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA, Juan brings an interdisciplinary market-oriented perspective to land use and transportation policy.

Robert F. Kane joined Lincoln Property Company in 2012,

and is responsible for Acquisition, Dispositions,

Development and Finance related activities for the

Company. Since joining Lincoln, Robert has been involved

in the acquisition of over $1 billion square feet of commercial

development projects and successfully entitled more than

one million square feet of commercial projects including the

Parsons campus, the largest commercial project ever

approved by the City of Pasadena.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Robert was a Vice President at

Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TPGI), where he

focused on acquisitions and development of office,

residential, and mixed-use properties throughout the country,

including the entitlements effort for the Wilshire Grand

Redevelopment project proposed by Korean Air Lines

totaling $1.4 billion and 2.5 million square feet of mixed-uses

which was unanimously approved by the City of Los

Angeles.

Rob is on the Board of Directors for the Ketchum-Downtown

YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.

In this role, Mr. Cyburt executes on investment opportunities to bolster Monday Properties’ capital base and grow its national footprint.

Mr. Cyburt has been a senior executive with two Fortune 500 companies, where he was responsible for the management of vast global real estate and development portfolios. His institutional real estate responsibilities have included: corporate and structured finance; transaction structuring; debt/equity formation and negotiations; strategic planning; portfolio valuation and feasibility studies; as well as residential and commercial development. With over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Cyburt has been instrumental in completing more than $10 billion in various types of real estate transactions in major markets across the United States.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Cyburt was Chief Executive Officer of the Laurus Corporation, a principal real estate investment private equity firm that invests in office, hospitality and retail. Prior to Laurus Corporation, Mr. Cyburt, as Managing Director of Alvarez and Marsal, LLC, served as interim CEO of Lehman Brothers Holdings real estate division, where he managed their debt and equity portfolio consisting of over $30 billion of assets. He also co-founded Cyburt Hall Partners, where as Managing Director he acted as an investor, developer, and operator for approximately $500 million of real estate investments.

As President of Boeing Realty Corporation, Mr. Cyburt successfully directed the company’s real estate portfolio ($9 billion in assets comprising of 125 million square feet in 26 states and 63 countries). In addition, he spearheaded Boeing’s relocation of its world headquarters from Seattle to Chicago. Mr. Cyburt was also elected as President of McDonnell Douglas Realty Company, which serviced and restructured a $750 million commercial real estate loan portfolio in the early 1990’s. The portfolio consisted of nonperforming loans and REO properties including office, industrial, retail and hotels located throughout the United States. Early in his career, he was also Director at Tishman Realty and Construction.

Mr. Cyburt attended Chapman University in Southern California, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also attended graduate courses at Chapman University, Pepperdine University Executive MBA Program, and the investment real estate certificate program at University of Irvine. Philip currently serves on the advisory board for the UCLA Anderson School of Management – Ziman Center for Real Estate, in addition to being an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Jeff oversees the asset management, leasing and operating teams for Federal’s West Coast portfolio, which comprises nearly 6.5 million square feet of some of the best retail and mixed-use real estate in the country.

Prior to his current role, to which he was promoted in 2023, he served as senior vice president, West Coast Leasing. Prior to joining Federal in 2011, Jeff was the principal in charge of leasing for the CIM Group where he was responsible for formulating the leasing strategy on CIM’s commercial portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet. Prior to that, he was vice president of development and operations for Regent Properties, Inc. and before that, he formed and operated Vision Property Management, Inc., a full-service real estate development, leasing and management company. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in leasing, entitlements, property and asset management with an emphasis on redeveloping and repositioning underperforming and functionally obsolete assets.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in real estate finance, his master of business administration and his master of real estate development from the University of Southern California. In addition, he holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM), Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designations, and retains his position as adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching Retail Development in the Masters of Real Estate Development program.

Colby Goff is the general partner and co-founder at Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants. He was the CEO of Curby, a valet parking app, from 2013 to 2015. Curby has recently been acquired by Curbstand. He also served as the SVP Strategy & Business Development at Boingo Wireless from 2001 to 2012. Colby Goff graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics.

California, with a primary focus on Los Angeles’ prestigious “Westside”. Zac possesses a passion and creative talent for providing strategic merchandising and unique leasing solutions for a variety of retail assets including but not limited to: high street retail, urban mixed-use, lifestyle shopping centers, and community centers. He is currently involved in four of the largest ground up developments in S. California with a total project cost of over a billion dollars.
