In 2009, Todd was recognized as the most successful broker in the Western United States and the ninth most successful broker in the entire world. He was recognized by The Los Angeles Business Journal as a “Top Los Angeles Broker” numerous times. He was further singled out by receiving the prestigious Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award for his relentless drive to be the best, challenging himself and those around him. Also, he was a member of CBRE Americas Advisory Board as well as the CBRE Foundation Board.

Prior to joining CBRE, Todd was an Executive Managing Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc. in Los Angeles for four years, and prior to that a Senior Vice President with Cushman Realty Corporation for fifteen years. He has published articles and lectured at national real estate conferences, U.C.L.A. Graduate School of Management, and U.S.C Master of Real Estate Development program.

Todd maintains a high level of community and charitable involvement. He was on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and chaired the Board Development Committee of the San Gabriel Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In 2008, he was awarded the Silver Beaver Award, the highest Boy Scout honor given to leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the Council. Todd is also on the Advisory Board and Development Committee for the Hathaway-Sycamores; is on the Board of the Metropolitan YMCA as well as the Physical Resources Committee of Loyola High School; and served on the Development Committee and Chairman of the Board Affairs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Mayfield Junior School in Pasadena. Shelley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dwyer-Curlett, a Southern California based mortgage banking company founded in 1933. Prior to joining RealtyMogul, Chris was a Partner of Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm managing more than $8.3 billion of equity commitments from investors. From 1999 through 2011, Chris was responsible for acquisitions and asset management on the East Coast Chris served on the Investment Committees of multiple funds, and was member of the Research and Strategy Committee and of the Management Committee.

Jay Newman joined The Athens Group in 2000 as Chief Operating Officer where he focuses on the company’s financial affairs and development opportunities. He has more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate including development along with entitlements and design, acquisitions, joint ventures, finance and dispositions. Jay is primarily responsible for managing the acquisition and financing of many of The Athens Group's projects including the raising of equity capital. In addition, Jay was primarily responsible for the development and financing of the mixed-use Montage Beverly Hills in California and the acquisition, re-entitlement and redesign of the West Hollywood mixed-use Edition project and is currently engaged in the planning and entitlement for the re-development of the Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica.

In 1993, Jay was one of the founding members of the national real estate law firm of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks based in Los Angeles where he was a managing partner and a real estate transactional attorney. In 1995, he joined Highridge Partners in Los Angeles as Senior Vice President of the Summit Commercial Properties Division, where he focused on the purchasing, repositioning, leasing, management and sale of shopping centers and office buildings on both a one-off and portfolio basis. Jay was one of the founders of Lend Lease Development (US) in 1996, where he focused on the development of resorts (including The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California), shopping centers and office buildings. As Senior Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., and a member of the Lend Lease Lodging Group, he focused on the development of new hotels and resorts throughout the United States and was primarily responsible for the creation of the Resort Development Program.

Jay received his undergraduate degree in applied economics (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1978, and his MBA and Juris Doctorate degree from Stanford University in 1982. He is a guest lecturer at the UCLA School of Public Policy and Planning and a frequent speaker at ULI, Meet the Money, Bisnow, the Southern California Development Forum and CLE International. Jay sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Conference and Visitors Bureau, and the Board of Directors of Beverly Hills Rotary. Gabe Weinert, senior vice president, joined Walker & Dunlop in 2014 through the Johnson Capital acquisition where Mr. Weinert lead the Opportunistic Finance Group, the division of the company which focused on providing structured investment banking services to real estate operators and development projects by raising institutional joint venture equity, structured debt, and co-investment GP equity. Mr. Weinert brings over 15 years’ experience to the capital markets team. Throughout his career, Mr. Weinert was responsible for the asset management and origination of over $2B in structured real estate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Mr. Weinert managed the west coast office for the Carlton Group. Prior thereto, Mr. Weinert was an investment officer with Emigrant Bank, as well as with a Lehman Brothers sponsored opportunistic investor, TVP Asset, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was part of the acquisitions group of Heitman Capital Management, and also worked at JP Morgan and UBS Warburg in their CMBS and derivatives trading divisions.

Mr. Costa is responsible for overseeing all activities at Highridge Costa Housing Companies, which include Highridge Costa Housing Partners LLC (“HCHP”) and Highridge Costa Investors LLC (“HCI”). The companies specialize in the development, financing, construction and asset management of affordable and mixed-income housing for families and seniors throughout the U.S., utilizing low-income housing tax credits, as well as other types of public and private financing.

The companies were created in 2010 as a joint venture between Mr. Costa, President and Chief Executive Officer and founder of the Companies’ predecessor firms, and Highridge Partners, a diversified, privately held investment firm that has acquired, developed and/or financed assets totaling more than $7 billion.

Over the past 17 years, Mr. Costa and his team, under the companies’ various identities, have been responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of approximately 27,000 housing units in more than 275 communities throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico, all of which were financed using tax credits. Throughout a career spanning nearly three decades, Mr. Costa has supervised the development and financing of nearly 40,000 units of multifamily affordable and market-rate housing.

Through his extensive utilization of both federal and various state tax credit programs over the years, Mr. Costa has gained a wealth of specialized knowledge of the intricacies of tax credit financing and syndication. He is considered an industry expert in tax credit-based asset management, including the myriad of compliance issues associated with managing tax credit properties.

Mr. Costa was named the Freddie Mac Multifamily Builder of the Year in 2000 and the 1999 Builder of the Year by Multifamily Executive magazine. He is currently a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, and also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Financial Resource Center for Los Angeles, one of California’s most active nonprofit CDFIs. He also holds the CAASH (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing) designation from the NAHB.

Mr. Costa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and also holds a general contractor's license from the State of California.

Prior to joining HPN, Hughes served as the President and CEO of Abode Communities for 26 years. Abode

Communities is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit architect, developer, manager, and operator of service-

enhanced affordable housing. Under her leadership, Hughes transformed the organization into one of the

nation’s top developers and the premier provider of environmentally sustainable affordable housing in

California. During Hughes’ tenure, Abode Communities developed more than 50 residential and mixed-use

communities; created new affordable homes for over 12,000 California residents and provided a social

safety net for its residents through Beyond Homes, the organization’s substantive resident services program.

Early in her career, Hughes held positions in the private and public sectors including The Richmond Group

of Companies, Citibank, the Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles, and the

Office of the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles. Hughes received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in

public administration from the University of Southern California and certification from the executive program

in Community Development at Harvard Kennedy School.

Ann Sewill is the General Manager of the City of Los Angeles’ Housing Department, responsible for direction and oversight of the City’s programs for housing preservation development, accessible housing production, community investment, rent stabilization and code compliance. Prior to joining LAHD in July 2020, Ms. Sewill was the Vice President, Health & Housing, at the California Community Foundation, overseeing grant making, lending, public policy and advocacy portfolios, working to develop affordable housing to stabilize communities and end homelessness, and to address root causes affecting the health of Angelenos.

Before joining the foundation in June 2006, Sewill was Vice President and California Director of Enterprise Community Partners; Assistant General Manager of the Los Angeles Housing Department; CEO of the Los Angeles Community Design Center (now Abode Communities), and Housing Director for the City of Santa Monica. She also worked with the Los Angeles offices of the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

In the past Sewill has served as a director of the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Affordable Housing Advisory Council of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, the Loan and Grant Committee of the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing, and of Mercy Housing California. As the Functional Industrial Leader, Mr. Strasmann has the additional responsibility of managing approximately 130 selling industrial professionals throughout 12 Southern California offices. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Strasmann served as the Managing Director of Brokerage Operations for Voit’s Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland Empire Operations. Mr. Strasmann’s region accounted for approximately 75% of Voit’s revenue and profit. Mr. Strasmann was directly responsible for opening up offices in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for Voit. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned at Voit to accept a position at CBRE.

Prior to Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Strasmann worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 24 years. Mr. Strasmann held many positions at Grubb & Ellis working his way up from an Industrial Broker to eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire operations). Kevin Demoff is in his 11th year as Chief Operating Officer with the Rams. In this capacity, Demoff serves as the team's top front office executive and liaison to owner and chairman, Stan Kroenke, on all organizational matters.

After serving on the working group that helped Kroenke return the Rams – Los Angeles' original professional sports team – home to L.A., Demoff is now playing a significant role in delivering on Kroenke's vision to design and construct the 298-acre sports and entertainment district in Inglewood that will serve as the future home of the Rams. The campus will include a 70,240 seat stadium, performance venue, retail district and office complex and is currently the largest entitled real-estate project in Southern California.

Immediately on the heels of the National Football League's historic return to Los Angeles, Demoff and the Rams helped lead a regional effort to bring the Super Bowl to the new L.A. Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park. In addition to being the most-watched sporting event in the world, Super Bowl LVI, which will be played in 2022, will attract tens of thousands of people to the Los Angeles region and generate hundreds of millions of dollars for local hotels, restaurants, shops and other businesses. Super Bowl LVI is projected to be Los Angeles' largest tourism event since the 1984 Olympics.

The Hollywood Park development is expected to generate hundreds of millions in new annual economic activity across the region. There are up to 3,000 construction workers on-site daily, with Inglewood residents given priority placement, and more than 10 million worker hours have been completed to-date since construction began. Once completed and fully operating, the stadium and retail components are expected to generate thousands of additional jobs with long-term regional benefits.

Demoff and the Rams have also joined forces with the LA24 Olympic Bid Committee, chaired by Casey Wasserman, to help deliver the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games to Los Angeles. In addition, L.A. Stadium and Entertainment District will host the College Football Playoff final in 2023.

Demoff was recognized by the Sports Business Journal as one of its "Forty under 40" class members of 2016 and in 2010 he was named one of the "NFL's 10 Future Power Brokers" by Sports Illustrated.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Calif., Demoff received a bachelors' degree in history from Dartmouth College in 1999 and a Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2006. Kevin and his wife Jennifer have two children – a daughter, Claire and a son, Owen.
