Ryan has been with Hackman Capital Partners since 2012 and is responsible for acquisition, development, leasing and asset management for Western US assets. Ryan has overseen numerous marquee projects while at the company, including the development and leasing of The Culver Studios, The Culver Steps and the Beats Campus; and has negotiated lease transactions with Apple, Amazon, Macys and other Fortune 500 tenants. He has acquired and managed company-sponsored investments with over $1B of market value.

Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Ryan worked for ten years in acquisitions and asset management for The Archon Group, a fully-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure at The Archon Group, he worked on the growth and management of its portfolio in the Western region of the United States. Following his time at The Archon Group, Ryan was Senior Vice President of SCI Properties and was responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of nearly $2B of product. Ryan most recently served as Director of Asset Management at TriCal Commercial Investments, where he was responsible for leasing and asset management of the company’s portfolio throughout the Western United States. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with a double emphasis in Finance and Marketing.

Mr. David Saeta serves as a Senior Vice President of IDS Real Estate Group. Mr. Saeta joined IDS in 1992. Mr. Saeta is responsible for development, leasing, construction management and property management for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to joining IDS, Mr. Saeta was a marketing director with Trammell Crow Company. Active in civic affairs, Mr. Saeta is the former Chairman of the Pasadena Gold Line Construction Authority, and former Mayor of South Pasadena. Mr. Saeta also serves on the BOMA Board of Directors. Mr. Saeta graduated from Stanford University and earned his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Graduate School of Management.

He has worked in the areas of architecture, landscape architecture, city planning, urban design and land planning in the public and private sectors as a Planning Director, Community Development Director and Program Administrator.

The firm partners with institutional investors, family offices, developers, and infrastructure sponsors to originate, finance, and scale data centers, energy infrastructure, and strategic real assets. Since inception, Cambridge Pacific has executed and advised on more than $1 billion of transactions.

Over a 24-year career spanning $4.5B+ in institutional real estate and infrastructure transactions, Perry built and led Greystar's Southern California Development Division, deploying $1.5B+ across institutional development and raising $650M+ in equity from global pensions and sovereign wealth funds. His earlier work at Recurrent Energy covered utility-scale solar acquisitions — land control, interconnection position, and offtake diligence — experience directly relevant to today's powered land market.

Perry holds a Master of Arts from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a concentration in International Finance & Banking and cross-registration at Harvard Business School, along with a B.A., cum laude, from Pepperdine University. He splits his time between Texas, New York, and Paris.

Patricia Rhee is a Partner at Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects. She is a graduate of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and is currently a chair of AIA Los Angeles’ Women in Architecture Committee. The firm was recently awarded the 2015 National AIA Firm Award, one of the industry’s highest honors. Patricia is the lead designer on many of the firms award winning commercial projects, including two in Culver City: The Culver Steps (Parcel B ) with Hackman Capital and Ivy Station Creative Office Building with Lowe Enterprises. Her project experience ranges from civic to institutional and commercial developments of all scales.

Sean Slater

Sean Slater is the newest Principal at Retail Design Collaborative after spending over twenty years practicing architecture in Berkeley, Atlanta and Austin. He has been a leader in nationally recognized firms including four years at ELS Architecture and Urban Design, seven years at tvsdesign and five years directing his own firm. Sean has specialized in the design of town centers, university-oriented retail, shopping center expansions and renovations and mixed-use district planning. With Sean's extensive experience in the domestic retail market, he will continue to further develop new business endeavors for Retail Design Collaborative. Sean was recently honored with the Urban Land Institute’s prestigious Apgar Award for co-authoring “New Suburbanism: Reinventing Inner-Ring Suburbs” and his article “Crafting Authenticity” graced the cover of the magazine’s June/July 2015 print and web edition. Sean provides a distinct focus on design and design process at Retail Design Collaborative. He is tasked with overseeing the creation of a robust design culture as well as organizing an externally-focused series of symposia regarding the evolution of retail and internally-focused design competitions to hone the staff’s skills in forward-thinking design. Sean is also involved with crafting the firm’s marketing message and delivering targeted business development toward the retail and mixed-use field. He is passionate about the future of experiential design and the challenges of the internet age in retail and commercial development. A registered architect in numerous U.S. states including Texas, Illinois, Washington and California, Sean serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Entertainment Development Council and has spent time volunteering on various boards of directors from Berkeley to Austin. He is also active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Institute of Architects. Sean received his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rick Corsini, AIA was born in Los Angeles and received his Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona. His work has been published nationally and internationally, and in addition to over 20 years of professional practice, he has held faculty appointments at schools of architecture including Cal Poly Pomona, Woodbury University, and most recently, the University of Southern California.
