Kim Snyder is President of Prologis’ Southwest Region and is responsible for all regional activities including development, acquisitions and operations for Prologis. Key markets included in this region are Southern California, the Inland Empire, Las Vegas and Phoenix. A thirty-year veteran in the development business, he joined AMB (pre-merger) in 2005, bringing experience in real estate development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and finance. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President during his tenure at AMB, Kim managed AMB's Airport Group, Mexico and Brazil operations.

Prior to AMB, Kim served as President of Paragon Capital Corporation and CEO of Paragon Development, Inc. and was Managing Director for Insignia-ESG's Western region development operation. Prior to Insignia, he was a partner with Investment Building Group.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is on the advisory board for the NAIOP-Inland Empire Chapter, and is a past President of the Chapter. Kim is also on the Technical Committee and Advisory Board of the Prologis Fibra (Mexico), a publicly traded real estate investment company based in Mexico City. He is currently serving on the Industry Advisory Board at the Drucker School at Claremont University, and is a Trustee on the Board of the Gooden School in Sierra Madre, California.

Mr. Schwimmer serves as Rexford Industrial's Co-Chief Executive Officer and on our Board of Directors since July 2013. Mr. Schwimmer has served as Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of our predecessor business and President of Rexford Industrial Realty & Management Inc. since December 2001. From May 1983 until November 2001, Mr. Schwimmer, a licensed California real estate broker, served at various times as manager, executive vice president and broker of record for DAUM Commercial Real Estate, one of California’s oldest industrial brokerage companies. Mr. Schwimmer’s thirty-year professional career has been dedicated entirely and exclusively to Southern California infill industrial real estate, including its acquisition, value-add improvement, management, sales, leasing and disposition. Mr. Schwimmer has experience forming real estate investment companies, managing real estate brokerage offices, serving as a real estate brokerage company board member and acquiring, repositioning, developing, leasing, selling and adding value to over thirty million square feet of industrial properties in Southern California. Mr. Schwimmer received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1983 where he majored in business with an emphasis in real estate finance and development. Mr. Schwimmer serves on the USC Lusk Center Real Estate Leadership Council, is Board Chair of USC Hillel, and is the Allocation Committee Chair of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Real Estate Principals Organization.

Brett Dedeaux serves as President of Dedeaux Properties LLC., a Los Angeles-based logistics real estate investment development, and asset management firm controlling a portfolio of over 6,500,000 sq. ft. of primarily distribution, cold-storage and transportation-orientated properties largely in Southern California, including a strategic presence in Northern California. Currently, the firm has a project pipeline of approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. in various stages of development and entitlement. Brett’s affiliations with various organizations have included Board Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Inland Empire Chapter, Advisory Board of the USC Lusk Real Estate Center, SIOR Corporate Member, Trojan Board of Directors and the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. Brett also serves as Executive Director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation which provides much needed funds for amateur and inner-city youth baseball and softball programs including college scholarships, equipment and

field renovations.  The Foundation hosts the USA Baseball Golden Spikes Award, given out the nation’s top collegiate baseball player, in addition to the USA Baseball Rod Dedeaux Coach of the Year Award. A resident of Los Angeles, Brett is married with two children and has a passion for outdoor activities including golf, mountain biking, surfing, skiing and tennis/paddle tennis. Brett is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business with an Entrepreneur emphasis and was a member of the varsity tennis team.

Matt Evans, Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

As CIO, Matt is responsible for developing investment strategy, supporting the firm’s continued rapid growth, and driving operational efficiency.

Matt has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and finance experience. Matt has played a pivotal role in the acquisition of $40+ billion in assets including $4.4 billion in commercial real estate through single asset and portfolio transactions in both equity investments and loan purchases.

Prior to joining Dedeaux Properties in 2016, Matt led the Asset Management and Capital Markets activities for Arden, GE Real Estate’s wholly owned office portfolio, nationally (approximately 15 million square feet).

Prior to his role in Asset Management, Matt was responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of commercial real estate joint-venture equity partnerships and investments in industrial, multifamily, office, and retail assets.

Before joining GE Real Estate's equity team in 2005, Matt spent four years as a member of GE Capital's Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he identified, analyzed, and executed on GE Capital acquisition targets in existing and new industries.

Matt is a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP), a 100+ year leadership development pipeline and he is also six-sigma quality trained and certified.

While at GE, Matt represented GE’s Hispanic Forum as a member of GE Real Estate’s Diversity Board.

Matt has a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University.

Ken Fields, a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Real Estate Practice Group, practices all aspects of real estate legal transactions, including buying and selling individual properties and multi-property portfolios, construction and development and leasing of industrial, retail, and office properties, and permanent, construction, mezzanine, and other real estate secured loans. Ken's clients include industrial, retail, and office building owners and tenants, commercial brokerage firms and real estate investors and syndicators.

He has assisted clients in buying or selling billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets, has negotiated leases affecting billions of square feet of space, and has helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate syndications. Ken frequently represents owners and tenants in single-tenant "big-box" leases. Ken understands his clients' business objectives and strives to help achieve those objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He maintains a business-like and deal-oriented approach, focusing on what is important to his clients. Among the many other transactions Fields handled in 2020, he partnered with his clients to close four of the ten largest industrial transactions in Southern California, with those four deals alone totaling approximately $750,000,000.

In 2021, Ken was recognized as a top 10 real estate attorney in California by Connect CRE in their annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. Ken has also been recognized in real estate law in both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He received his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He is a Founding Member and member of the Advisory Committee of the Conejo Valley Boys and Girls' Clubs, and has previously chaired the Legal Committee of Heal the Bay.

During his career, Mr. Floriani has been responsible for the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of over 10 million square feet of industrial real estate. Prior to co-founding Pacific Industrial, Mr. Floriani was a Partner and Executive Managing Director a privately held industrial real estate development and investment firm that completed more than $100 million in industrial transactions during his tenure.

Prior, Mr. Floriani was a Vice President at DCT Industrial (“DCT”), the second largest publicly traded industrial REIT in the United States. At DCT, Mr. Floriani led all leasing, acquisition and development activities for the Southern California region and closed 14 transactions, increasing the 2.5 million square foot regional portfolio to 4 million square feet while simultaneously decreasing vacancy from 17% to 1% in 18 months.

Prior to DCT, Mr. Floriani was a Partner at Phelan Development, a privately held development company that purchased, entitled, and constructed industrial properties throughout Southern California. Mr. Floriani joined Phelan Development by way of Panattoni Development where he worked on several million square feet of new ground-up development in Southern California valued at over $250 million. Mr. Floriani commenced his career at Spieker Properties which later merged with Equity Office Properties (“EOP”). During this time, Mr. Floriani helped negotiate a high volume of transactions culminating in the disposition of a $60 million dollar business park. Additionally, Mr. Floriani led a team that managed all construction activity for a 10 million square foot Class A office and retail portfolio and coordinated over $100 million dollars of construction projects.

Mr. Floriani is a graduate of University of Southern California (B.S., Urban Planning and Development emphasis on Real Estate Development and Minor in Business Administration.) He currently lives in Newport Beach with his wife and three young children.

Lang Cottrell is Regional Director for the Southwest Region for Goodman. He is responsible for managing the company's investment and development activities from California to Texas.

A twenty-five year industry veteran, Lang has handled the acquisition, design, development and disposition of more than 15 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to joining Goodman, Lang served as Southwest Regional President for LNR Property, LLC, a large, privately held commercial real estate investment and development company.

Lang earned both a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Southern California. He is active in industry organizations such as ICSC and NAIOP and also served as President of the Local NAIOP SoCal Chapter in 2013.

Jeffrey Jennison

As President/CEO, Jeff Jennison manages the entirety of Watson’s 20 million square foot portfolio. His many years in the commercial real estate industry have made him an expert in portfolio management, new construction, building systems, project transition and start-up, tenant retention programs, emergency building procedures and inspections, management plans, and budgeting requirements.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, Jeff is working to become a Certified Property Manager® with the Institute of Real Estate Management, in which he is actively involved. He is also involved in the Building Owners Management Association and the Big Brother Program of Orange County.

Mr. Collins is an associate with Voit's commercial brokerage unit. He focuses on client service in the industrial markets of Los Angeles with an emphasis on food storage and production buildings and companies. Prior to Voit he was a Regional Vice President for Steadfast Capital Markets in the Midwest. He was also a Manager for T.C. Collins and Associates in Irvine, CA. His experience gives him insight and expertise in financing, construction, property management, facilities planning and food facilities. He is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. He graduated from University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree.

Sandra Jacobson is a partner at Allen Matkins in the firm's Orange County office. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties across the United States. Sandy has extensive experience in representing sellers and buyers in complex and portfolio projects involving industrial and office properties.

Sandy has helped her clients to develop more than one million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets, including the negotiation of construction contracts, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, CC&Rs and other related development agreements and has helped her clients in the disposition of multiple industrial and office condominium projects. In addition, Sandy has extensive retail experience. She has represented several "big box" tenants and other anchor tenants in their acquisition of real properties and with the negotiation of their leases, SNDAs and other related lease documentation. She has also represented landowners in the negotiation of leases and other related documents with a wide array of anchor and junior anchor tenants.
