Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President – Europe of Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. Jo is a member of Oxford’s Leadership team, Investment and Executive Committees, and most recently took up a non-executive role at ESR, a Pan-Asian fund management business. Jo was one of Oxford’s first team members in London, joining the European investment team in 2010, and over the past decade has contributed to and led many of the organization’s most significant investment and development transactions. Jo was most recently responsible for the operating performance of Oxford’s European business and leadership of the 40+ person European team.

Prior to joining Oxford, Jo worked in investments and development at leading real estate companies. Jo has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honours) from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from the Oxford Brookes University and currently lives in London. She previously received recognition as a PERE Woman of Influence and received a 2021 PERE Award for European Industry figure of the year.

Alexandra Notay

Alexandra Notay is Build to Rent fund director at PfP Capital, the fund and asset

management arm of Places for People Group, overseeing a UK-wide residential

strategy. She is an internationally recognised expert on build to rent,

placemaking and sustainable urban development, with 15 years’ strategic

advisory experience to private sector, government and third sector organisations

across four continents. In January 2019 Alex was selected as one of the 48

women shaping the future of UK real estate at the prestigious BISNOW Women

Leaders event.

Alex is a published author and editor of over 30 books and reports on real

estate including the renowned ULI UK Best Practice Guide on Build to Rent

(2014, 2016). Alex is a vice-chair of the ULI UK Residential Council and serves

on the BPF Build to Rent Committee and is an Associate Member of CREFC

Europe. She is also a non-executive director of Essensys plc, Sound Diplomacy,

SouthWest Board Member for LandAid and trustee of the SunScreenIT

Foundation.

With a reputation for being ‘abnormally energetic’, Alex is passionate about

enabling tangible social impact through innovation and collaboration as well as

mentoring the next generation of diverse talent.

Alison Abbey

Alison Abbey is Director at Eastdil Secured focusing on pan-European logistics transactions, and has been at the heart of some of the world’s largest real estate deals over the past few years. Alison has almost 20 years of logistics real estate investment experience, including 14 years working across Europe. Eastdil advised Blackstone in its €12.5B sale of Logicor to CIC in 2017. In this capacity, she played an integral role in one of the largest private real estate M&A deals on record. In recent years, Alison has managed and advised on large-scale logistics transactions totaling more than €25B, ranging from multi-jurisdiction portfolios and platform trades to large single-asset deals. Before joining Eastdil in early 2016, she was vice president of transactions for Prologis. Alison recently launched Ladies in Logistics, a women’s networking initiative to foster relationships amongst women across the sector as well as support the rising of women in logistics real estate.

Adina David

Adina David is Executive Director at MGT Investment Management where she is responsible for

leading the company's rental living strategy, growing the firm’s residential portfolio across London and

Southern UK.

Adina has over 12 years of industry experience. Before joining MGT, Adina was Director of Urban

Living at Greystar, where she was responsible for consolidating their global strategy around the

development and acquisition of urban living assets. Prior to this, Adina worked in acquisitions of UK

BTR and shared living developments at Greystar and The Collective. Notable projects include the

world’s tallest modular building which opened in Croydon in 2021. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016,

Adina worked in acquisitions and asset management for Dermot, a residential company in New York.

She started her career in commercial real estate with Knight Frank in Bucharest in 2010.

Adina is the Founder of Ladies in Real Estate, an 1,100-member networking group, and Co-founder of

Doyenne, a road cycling club for women in property, with both groups supporting LandAid’s Networks

Against Homelessness initiatives. Adina is a Member of ULI UK's Residential Council Steering

Committee, Member of ULI Europe's Living Concepts Forum, and a supporter of

their UrbanPlan programme.

Patrick Williams

Patrick Williams is a partner in Fried Frank's European Real Estate Group, resident in London.

Mr. Williams has wide transactional experience on commercial real estate matters, including large scale mixed-use developments and pre-letting arrangements, joint venture agreements, complex real estate investment transactions and real estate finance.

He acts for a broad mix of clients, including property investment companies (including those on the FTSE100), global real estate fund managers, banks, infrastructure development and land promoter specialists, ultra high-net-worth individuals and family offices, and a range of Asian sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Williams was a partner at a large international law firm.
