What Panellists Will Discuss on the Webinar

Join the discussion: Energy performance has moved from a sustainability metric to a financial one. Investors, lenders and occupiers are pricing the difference between efficient and inefficient buildings, access to power is becoming a driver of value, and physical climate risk is now part of underwriting. Most owners have more data than ever, but turning it into decisions is where many portfolios stall.

Join Bisnow and Deepki for a practical session on moving from insight to action. Following short opening insights from Deepki, including findings from the new Deepki Index, a panel of senior UK and European owners, investors and asset managers will discuss how they are identifying underperforming assets, building the business case for action, and protecting value in valuations, financing and at exit.

This is a practical session, not a theoretical one. Panellists will share how they are prioritising capex, approaching electrification and climate resilience, and using data and AI to make faster decisions, including what has worked and what they wish they had addressed sooner.

Don't miss the opportunity to hear candid views from market leaders and ask your questions live during the interactive Q&A.

What You'll Learn:

  • How leading owners and investors are turning energy data into approved, funded action rather than another report

  • Whether energy performance is now showing up in valuations, financing terms and liquidity, and what inaction is really costing

  • Why access to power and climate resilience are becoming core to how assets are valued and underwritten

  • How benchmarks such as the new Deepki Index can show where your assets sit and where to act first

  • Where data, AI and the right people are shortening the time from spotting an underperforming asset to fixing it
