Mike Ralphs is Head of Digital Technology at Quintain Living.

Mike has spent over two decades working in the Technology, Marketing and Property

industries. In his existing role at Quintain Living Mike leads the Technology and Marketing

departments as one Digital focused team. Part of his role incorporates analysis and

implementation of the industry’s most innovative proptech solutions.

Before joining Quintain Living in the Build-to-Rent space Mike founded and grew the

Commercial Real Estate customer engagement platform Cureoscity and previously spent 5

years implementing global digital campaigns for Dyson.

Bronny is a seasoned operator across commercial property with more than a decade’s experience working in Commercial Real Estate and Proptech.

As Regional Head of Equiem Europe, Bronny has led the firm’s UK and Ireland team since its inception in 2017, having headed up Client Services and Onsite Staffing in Equiem’s Australian business for five years prior.

She spearheaded the company’s growth when she opened its first international office in the UK, overseeing the platform’s rollout across more than 34 million sq ft of prime commercial space and helping grow platform registrations across the region to more than 50,000+ users.

Bronny is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience and has a track record of helping landlords to execute a customer engagement strategy and gain a deeper understanding of their occupier drivers, resulting in greater tenant retention and attraction.

In addition to her work at Equiem, Bronny co-founded the UK chapter of Women in Proptech association in the UK, the leading global organisation for women in proptech which is dedicated to promoting thought leadership, tackling diversity issues, and connecting brilliant individuals working in the sector globally.

Matthew O'Halloran, Director and Head of Revenue, leads the global sales, client services and account management teams at Smart Spaces with a focus on building value and client satisfaction. He has 30 years of experience in digital transformation in global markets. Matt has brought innovative advancements in user-experience to drive engagement to the forefront of the Smart Spaces brand, and is an essential part of promoting Smart Spaces' product, while maintaining lasting relationships with some of the UK's biggest commercial real estate developers and enterprise occupier brands.

Andy is Chief Revenue Officer at Valos, helping to streamline the valuation of real estate. Andy is an experienced and passionate leader who has over 15 years working in online PropTech solutions. Prior to his current role, Andy was the CRO at fu3e and prior to that was Director and Head of UK Sales at CoStar Group, which saw him responsible for driving revenue growth, client retention and service across the company’s UK business over a sustained period of growth. Alongside growing CoStar’s market-leading data business, Andy also played a leading role in the launch of Realla, the UK’s leading online marketplace for commercial listings, now branded as LoopNet.
