"Tushar is Co-founder and CEO of Hubble (hubblehq.com). Previously, Tushar worked in Investment Banking at Greenhill & Co, Barclays, RBS and Morgan Stanley. He hold a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Sophie Ross joined Hammerson in 2013 as Group Head of Multichannel, with a remit to drive transformational digital and physical product-based initiatives across the company’s retail portfolio.

Sophie knows retail well. After completing her MBA in the States, she joined Home Depot’s leadership programme, where she was involved in the opening of the company’s Manhattan stores. On her return to the UK, she joined Home Retail Group, where she worked in various strategy, trading and multichannel roles.

Dandi focuses on investments at Concrete, a proptech VC in partnership with Starwood Capital, JLL, Skanska, Fora, innogy, and Seedcamp. Dandi’s background is in real estate development and acquisitions, and prior to Concrete, she worked for global hospitality chains incl. Fairmont Raffles and Minor International in valuing high-end hotels, resorts, and branded residences, and expanding portfolios across Europe and Asia Pacific. Dandi holds Ms in Real Estate from MIT, MBA from University of Cambridge, and Bs in International Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne.

As Investment Director at The Collective, Jill is responsible for the firm’s debt and equity fund raising, investment acquisitions, and strategic growth internationally. The Collective has developed the largest co-living community, a well-amentinized, fully-stablized 550-bed asset in London, and is expanding internationally to be the best co-living provider worldwide.

Prior to The Collective, Jill worked for Greystar managing its £1.5bn student housing portfolio in London and Charleston, and for UBS Investment Bank on its Asia cross-border M&A team in Hong Kong and Beijing.

Jill received her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Economics. Jill is fluent in Chinese and conversational in German with professional experience in U.S., Europe and China.

Jill was recently listed by Forbes as “30 Under 30” in European Finance.
