Marcus advises on the procurement and construction of complex projects and real estate development, particularly major UK markets and future direction. Collaborative construction and the adoption of Modern Methods of Construction is a key focus. Marcus is adept at strategic alignment of project delivery with investor and funder requirements and works across a range of asset classes. Projects include oversite development for TfL; St James’s Market Development; ICON at The O2 and the Athletes Village and Stadium for the Commonwealth Games 2022.

Marcus is a Trustee at The National Portrait Gallery.

Harry is a development director at Oxford Properties – the real estate arm of OMERS, one of Canada’s largest Defined Benefit pension plans with approximately 500,000 active and retired members. Located in London with a pan-European focus, Harry’s work focusses on large and complex projects across multiple use classes. An advocate of sustainable, healthy and productive places, Harry is a chartered town planner and academician for the Academy of Urbanism.

Helen leads the Sustainability and Building Physics team at Bryden Wood. She promotes sustainable building design which delivers a tangible reduction in energy bills whilst considering the comfort of occupants and the whole life carbon of an asset. Helen works on projects from the earliest design stages through to completion, and on the ongoing maintenance and refurbishment of buildings.
