Designed with smart-tech and sustainability at its heart, 50 Electric Boulevard is the latest 200,000 sq. ft office at Battersea Power Station. Now 50% leased to global brands including Foster + Partners, SharkNinja and TEAM LEWIS, the WELL Platinum-rated, BREEAM Outstanding building offers the opportunity to join this vibrant new mixed-use neighbourhood, which is already home to over 70 office tenants and 4,200 office workers. With spectacular views of the Power Station’s iconic chimneys, 50 Electric Boulevard by architects Foster + Partners features biophilic design throughout, including an 1,800 sq ft communal roof garden and a 240-capacity amenity pavilion called ‘The Light Box’ with trees and giant skylights, both offering incredible spaces for all workers of the building to enjoy. Each of the typical 16,000 sq ft floor plates also includes its own outdoor terrace and floor-to-ceiling glazing with openable windows, while its SmartScore Platinum-rated digital infrastructure offers world class connectivity and a touchless building experience via a dedicated app. Workers can also enjoy over 150 shops, restaurants and bars across the curated Battersea Power Station estate, as well as the Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground Station directly under the workspace.
